Overall, my experience was great. You simply cannot ask for a better sales person other than Derrick Parker. Not only was he professional and courteous during the process, he was very knowledgeable of the vehicle purchased. I drove over 2 hours just to ensure I went through Derrick for my purchase. It was well worth it and I will continue to do business with him anywhere he goes.

The service was on point, but the communication could have been better. When I made the appointment, I was not told that they were backed up with work and I had the assumption I would be taken car of within ample time. They had to keep my car for a few more days which made me have to take more time off work then borrow someone’s car just to get to work on the days I could not afford to take off work. The service on the car was great once they got to it but in the future maybe add a automated message on the phone warning others due to high demand of work, repairs may be delayed.

I was expecting to have a bill to pay, but when I asked what my cost would be when called that my car was done, i was told it would be $0. I was a bit excited. Due to the powertrain warranty my car was covered for the repair. Was a great early Birthday present. :-).

Nice people to talk to, but watch yourself buying a car. Checked out a car that was 30k. No rust underneath, BUT the car had multiple warnings lights (told no big deal and they would fix it... should have been fixed during the month its been there already), rusty back brake discs, no backup camera (stated on their own website it has one, but they said it doesnt state that on the sticker in the window...then it shouldnt say it on your website...). Price was a little high, but throw in the issues and thats an easy nope for me. They literally drove it back to the front of the lot after they said they would get it checked out. Probably do the old remove battery cables reset and hope that tricks it for a while. Also, there was literally still dirt on the steering wheel. Could definitely tell it was rode hard and put up wet.They also became very pushy when these points were brought up and stated they werent coming off their price. That was fine. Found a Carvana car that was the same car, except it had 20k fewer miles, $500 cheaper (free delivery as well), a full infotainment setup, a backup camera, new tires, a year newer, clean brake pads and discs, came with a 400 mile or 7 day return policy, AND 100 day or 4,500 mile warranty that covers almost everything. Guaranteed this dealership wont have those return and warranty free of charge.Watch yourself buying from them. They get pushy you know theyre selling you a problem.

I am beyond disappointed in Mountain View Chevy. :(My daughter bought a new vehicle there a couple years ago. I bought one from Mountain View Ford the same day.Every time she would go in for any covered service, they would try to tell her that she didn’t have coverage. Fast forward to this week, and she needed a tire.Purchased Road hazard coverage when she bought the car. Evidently someone had cancelled the coverage? After they cancelled it they reinstated it the next day. ALL WITHOUT HER PERMISSION.The warranty company refunded someone but it wasn’t the loan holder.Someone made some extra money at her expense.I’m sorry, but if it looks like a duck and walks like a duck…..we’ll you know.After trying to charge my daughter almost 200.00 for one tire and upsetting her using intimidation and gaslighting her to think it’s her fault - our whole family is done with Mountain View.

Matt in the service department went out of his way to make sure my every need was meet . I travel out of town for work I explained he said it was no problem . I even had a blow out on the loaner car they have given me he explained he would be off in the morning but assured me he would have someone take care of me when I arrived. And he did everyone I came in contact with was very professional. I couldnt thank them enough. Will definitely be back

Had an appointment, but still had to wait forever. Was told by the technician that they would program my tpms sensors for me. When the lady calls to make my appointment for the airbag I reminded her of this and she acted like I was lying and had to go ask the technician herself.. he confirmed that I was telling the truth. So she scheduled me for my airbag and she said she put in a little side note for them to program my tpms sensors. However they did not program them... if fact they were never mentioned the entire time and there was nothing in the paperwork about programming them... now Ive got to make another appointment just for that... it couldve already been taken care of..

Today I went to the service department at MTN View CHEVY. I had a 930 am appointment and had to take my four year old with me. When I went in Jeff asked how he could help me, I told him I had a appointment. He then asked if I would be waiting with them, I asked him how long it would take because trying to keep a 4 year old occupied while at a car dealership is insane. He told me it would be about a hour and he would do what he could to get my car straight back and for. Quickly. So I told him we would wait. One hour from the time I got there and only 30 mins from my original appointment time he had my car service done and we were ready to go! I appreciate the hard work and timely manner it was fine in! I brought my 2020 duramax truck in to have the oil changed. At my previous chevy dealership the fluids were topped off at every service visit. No fluids were topped off and the windshield washer fluid was empty also 2 days after the service the fuel filter warning light came on stating the fuel filter needed replaced. When I called the service department the associate stated that we need to ask for that courtesy! I am not pleased with the service at Mt. View Chevrolet and will be finding another dealership to service our truck.

Great place to buy a vehicle from, but when it comes to service and needing something done on it you can forget about it, recently had my frame “under coated” here and they only did the visible parts on the sides of the frame not the actual bottoms of the frame or anything.

I receive an oil change, and left to go home, heard and unusual noise from my rear tire on drivers side. Returned to dealership, an associate asked me to back the car slowly so he could check, he found a wire had attached itself to my tire, on my way home and removed it. My 2018 Chevy Blazer was getting water in the floorboards. I scheduled the service with Jeff and brought the car in. Jeff was very polite and kept me well informed of the process that was happening with my vehicle. My 2017 Silverado 5.3 has vibration under a load. Also when accelerating from mid throttle to full throttle the engine has valve ping from the timing advancing too much and seems to hesitate almost like it has a miss fire. I explained to the service advisor how to reproduce what the truck is doing but when he called me back I was told that the technician drove my truck and there was nothing wrong with it. This is my first Chevy and I hope this is not the way they are supposed to run.

I experienced bad communication from service tech until service manager and general manager intervened. I dropped of my vehicle at 930am for my 10am appointment on Monday January 18, 2021. I was told by one service tech that there is a chance they might not be able to complete the work until the next morning. Another service tech was going to be in charge of my vehicle and will call to give me a quote and let me know of my options. I did not receive a call until I called the dealership at 5pm that day. I was told my vehicle is just going into the bay and my service technician is busy but I could leave a voicemail. I left a voicemail and never got a phone call. Tuesday I waited until 2pm to get an update but never got anything. I waited in the waiting area from 2pm to 4:30pm and no update. I could hear service tech laughing and not busy with people. At least 2 people dropped off their vehicle and got it back while I was waiting. 2 other people were already waiting and got their car back. I went to the front desk and saw a few techs without their mask on walking back to the desk. I was told they are taking my car into the bay now and would take awhile to get the update. I asked for the manager, Mr. Harris took over and got my quote in 1 min. I was told that those waiting in person take priority over drop off vehicles and appointments do not matter. Unfortunately, It would not be ready until the next day, Wednesday January 20 at 10am. I sent a message in the MTN Chevy website chat room about talking to the General Manager. I got a voicemail from Mr. White that he will get some answers. On Wednesday, I arrived at 830am and waited again in the waiting area. 10:30am I was told that the bearing was rusted and took longer to replace. I was able to sit down with Mr. White and talk about what just happen. My car was ready at about 11:10am. There was 1 screw that still needed to be fixed and a mechanic was able to pop it back in place. After leaving the dealership, I emailed Mr. White again about an invoice issue. I was told that the total labor hours was just over 2 hours and was initially only charged for 1.5 hours but it should have been half off on labor. Mr. White said he would send $100 gift card.

I was simply going to pick up my Cruze from service and stopped to look at new SUVs available. Tara Phillips came out to answer any questions we had and made me feel so welcomed. It was close to closing but she was more than happy to help. She was able to get me approved quickly and now I am the proud owner of a new 2021 Chevy Trailblazer. Before I even stepped foot at the dealership, Justin deserved 5 stars. He was communicative and on top of everything! I requested a test drive for a vehicle that wasn’t on site as yet and he made sure I knew when it arrived and when I could come and test it out. We spent last Saturday test driving vehicles to find one that we wanted. We decided on the Chevy Equinox Premier and spent the next few days online trying to find the exact one we wanted. We found it at Mountain View Chevy and drove an hour there last night to buy it. We arrived at 5:30 pm. There were no other customers around and we spent some time walking around outside and not one person came out to greet us, despite making eye contact with us through the windows. Since we really wanted the vehicle, we then went inside to make contact with someone. There were two employees in the office straight ahead as you entered. They made eye contact with us and continued talking. There was a salesman in the cubicles off to the right. He was asleep. Then another salesman walked right past us and into the office of yet another salesman so that they could talk. We waited and waited and still no one bothered to make any contact with us at all. We decided to leave and still no contact. They just lost a $35,000 sale and wasted our evening.

Both my neighbor and I brought our Chevrolets to you at different times, for maintenance and both of us were quoted a high price for repairs. Once we both researched, we found the repairs to be under warranty. Too much of a coincidence to happen twice in the same neighborhood. We like the convenience of your service dept. but it is lacking. Jeff was very nice as was Scott, but even though I can walk home I will not come back. 50% of the time you dont even answer your phones. For you all not to check to see if something is under warranty and make the customer tell you that it is, makes me really wonder who is running the show over there. I have gotten 2 emails now from you all encouraging me to buy a new car. How about putting that energy into your service department?

UPDATE: The General Manager Reached out to me immediately and apologized about the situation. He was very nice and sweet. He assured me that he corrected the problem. I am willing to give them another try! Thank you soooo much for reaching out to me about my experience!Customer service was poor. It didn’t feel like I was a valued customer. Wasn’t told that my car was done. I had to go outside and saw my vehicle. When I ask they said it has been completed. (I was waiting in the lobby). I didn’t receive details about my vehicle. I had to ask for them to give me a print out. At other Chevy Dealerships, they wash your car when serviced, but this location didn’t (first time coming here. ) and the price was $20 higher than the Chevy Dealership. Overall, horrible experience and will NOT be back.

This is Mr. Sanders Cooper. I took my 2017 Impala Premier to Mountain View Chevrolet twice for a strange noise in the front end. The first visit, the struts were replaced. Problem not resolved. Had to take car back for the same problem. The shop foreman went for a test drive with me and heard the noise. Had to leave car at dealership again for almost (2) weeks. Dealership had to call General Motors in Detroit regarding the problem. I was advised that the engine cradle had to be tightened up and the bushings were lubricated. On October 9, 2020, I was notified that my car was ready and was advised to drive the car around some to give the lubrication time to work in around the bushings. I have been driving the car and it is starting to do the same thing again. It occurs during acceleration and turning. So the issue has not been resolved. One other issue is the customer service. When calling the service department, a majority of the time there was never anyone available to speak with me, or return my calls while my car was being worked on. On yesterday I called the dealership service department regarding the issue. I had to left a message for the Shop Foreman but I never got a return call. The invoice number regarding my last visit is: 448106.

Abdul was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and he had excellent customer service. Abdul made us feel comfortable about the purchase and doing business with this company. We had just walked away from the vehicle we drove 4 hours to get at another dealership and didn’t have any plans on buying the Sonata. Abdul sold me on the car because he was so excited about it, he is hands down the best salesman I have ever dealt with and I rate him 5 stars. Once we left his office and had to go do business with Tim Cook the atmosphere shifted to very uncomfortable. Tim couldn’t seem to understand that we weren’t financing but buying the car before we left. He was so distracted by this fact that he didn’t even do the title paperwork and 2 weeks later I had to email and call Brandon Mathis to get that part done. Tim is the reason I rated the overall dealership 2 stars. His customer service was awful.

Had an appointment at 8:30. Arrived on time. No one looked at the vehicle to diagnose the problem that day so they kept it overnight. Around 1:00 the next day I call to check on it. Again, no one has looked at the car and I am told they will not get to it. My car sat for two days and I had an appointment. What good is your appointment system when it was going to be three days before anyone looked at it. I had to go pick it up on day 2 (Friday) because I could not be without a vehicle over the weekend. I took the car to Integrity Chevrolet for service and diagnostic. I should mention that I had a previous repair months ago and the same thing happened. It took 2 days to address the issue. Extremely disappointed in the service department at Mtn View Chevy.
