We have been past the DWF showroom between Target and Whole Foods so many times and thought, we should really go check them out when we get to the point in our remodel to do floors. When we finally got to that point, we were definitely impressed with the selection we got to choose from, the kind and knowledgeable treatment we got from Blake, and the quick turnaround to get the project completed. Blake called regularly with updates on the purchase and walked us through next steps. The manager called us a few times as well and was so kind and personable with every interaction. The entire staff was just great! They will be getting more business from us for sure, maybe some in the next few weeks!Pictures are before with carpet, during when the subfloors were being replaced and after, just perfect!

Just finished a kitchen remodel and I don’t know how I would’ve done it without these guys! Mr. Blake in flooring and Caitlin in cabinets were amazing. Friendly people who know what they’re doing! :)

Dalton Wholesale was such a great place to work with! Caitlin took great of us .We never had to step foot into the showroom once. She came out and measured for new cabinets and rearranged our space to better suit our needs. She brought samples to our house for cabinets, countertops, hardware and backsplash. The install went smoothly for the cabinets and the countertops. We could not have asked for a better experience with Dalton Wholesale and have already recommended them to people in our neighborhood!!

If you are in the Chattanooga, TN area DO NOT USE DWF flooring... They make you pay 100% upfront for cabinets and Wednesday will be week 16 of no cabinets. When ordered was told 6 weeks, then told 12-14 weeks, now no return of money and no guarantee of when they will arrive. Poor customer service. Dont give them your business.

Very poor communication. Customer service is lacking knowledge. They also quote one thing and bill another. Had I read the low reviews before I went, I would have gone elsewhere. It is also very very misleading when 4 of their employees leave 5 star reviews to make up for the bad ones. Kaitlin, Vanessa, Cam, and Blake are all employees. Shame on them.

DWF is very professional and knowledgeable of their products. the new management team and especially the new asst manager are so helpful and courteous. I will buy all of my future products with them.

What a great experience we had with DWF. Even the changes with installers, management changes, and Covid, they were always communicating what and where and when things would be done. The new management team and Assistant General Manager went way beyond to make sure we were pleased. Recommend them highly!!!

Theres not enough I can say about the staff at DWF Chattanooga. My husband and I just moved to Signal Mountain and are building our dream home, finding a business that is a one stop shop and friendly has been a dream come true. Our daughter was very fussy that day, the ladies in the office pushed her around and then watched her as we picked out all of our flooring, backsplash, shower tile, cabinets, countertops and cabinet pulls. The professionalism shown by each employee was more than we could have ever asked for. If we could give a 10 star, we would. We are referring DWF to all of our friends. You cant go wrong with this company.

Excellent customer service and best installation prices in the southeast

Customer service not good in Chattanooga store at all! Was very hard to get assistance, and when I finally asked for someone to help, I felt like she was in a hurry (although I was the only customer in the store) and that I was a nuisance.You have beautiful products but pricey.Customer service needs to be improved!!

Good prices and customer service

Walked in and nobody acknowledged me or said hello after I did. There wasn’t any other customers inside and I didn’t receive any help from 3 employees talking amongst each other. I never pull out a race card but I totally felt Unwelcomed. Other customers walked in behind me and the wider lady with short hair behind the counter helped them. Too bad for them I found the hardwood sample I like for my 7000 sqft custom home but will take them to another supplier with better standards. Put a sign outside your business saying you don’t want customers from different ethnic backgrounds so you don’t waste anyone else’s time.

We had looked at big box flooring samples for 2 days to find what we wanted in sheet vinyl flooring. 10 minutes here was all it took!
