Purchased a used diesel truck with interstate batteries. I could tell they were weak, pulled them and brought them in within the warranty period. They swapped them out with a pair of batteries better suited to the application, no questions asked. The upgrade was reasonably priced, the service was great. This place is recommended!

Theses folks are near Chattanooga State now. You can get the Interstate batteries or reconditioned batteries with a 6 month warranty at a very good price. The folks here are very nice and helpful.

Its a long way from Flintstone GA. but I have a Toyota. Everybody knows that Interstate Battery and Toyota go together like peanut butter and jelly. I called to make sure they had a MTP 24F with 30 Month Replacement 72 month Pro Rate Warranty in stock. The knowledge staff at the Interstate Battery Distributor were courteous and concise.

Had an issue with my battery during the holiday season that I had just purchased not even two months prior. When I went to the store I saw a sign on the front door that said for any warranty replacements see NTB, Valvoline or Express Oil Change because the store was relocating to Amnicola Hwy. The store wasnt reopening until well after the 1st of the year. I tried all three and was refused a replacement of my battery. Why wasnt there communication with these stores for the relocation? Historical would leave me stranded without a battery for weeks during the holidays and at a very cold time.

The service is AWESOME !! Always have been a big fan of Interstate Batteries . A great asset to Chattannoga .I have used them for tractors to automobiles. 2 thumbs up !!
