Please dont go here, I know first hand they. They do say 3 years, but its actually 4 and half then turn around wanting 4,000 dollars. After paying a total of 27,890. They say they will do oil changes for 3 years nope that dont happen. They say warranty, but there is no warranty at all. They will never ever tell you how much you paid.They will also charge for insurance when you already have full coverage.

Corporate sent me to the Chattanooga store to submit and sign new documents for my residual amount in order to obtain my title. They will tell you its a three year lease. It is not you will pay at least 4 years on the car. I have had mine for 3 years on jun 1st of 2021. I requested the payoff and with what they have me, I have only paid less than half of the original amount. And guess what according to them I still owe more than half of the original amount. So no matter what do not buy from these people. You will not be able to trade at the end of the three years. Yes the sales people are nice, but once you sign your hooked for 4 or 5 years at least. And they do everything to get out of and warrenty issues. So if your smart you will stay far away

I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone the $500 down is a lie ànd they say that they dont run your credit because your job is your credit. Well thats a lie as well. Took 9 hours of waiting only to be told I needed to put$2000 ànd then be told I dont qualify they are all lies dont go there.

Justin was here in Huntsville but now in Chattanooga. My daughter, 2 of her friends and I come from Huntsville to get my daughter her first car and was greeted awesomely. The car she had choosen was great as well. If u want or need a car JUSTIN is the man to go to. If not him, one of the crew memebers, K.T, or the other guy (cant remember his name) is who u want. This is the worst car company ever. You will never get a title on your car unless you pay 3000 more after your done paying off a leased car. I would never recommend this place to anybody. Then they want send a print out of payments and keep adding on more cost.

I can’t get it to start, I have called & called & called to talk with someone to either get another car or try to fix it. Nobody has contacted me back and let me know anything! I will be trading this car in. they will not be getting a DIME from me on no car not until they either fix my car or give me another one! I haven’t had my car a whole year yet! they are going to get what’s coming from them. I will be contacting cooperate and a lawyer at this point! They are dead wrong!! I have two kids & need to get back and forth to doctors appointments and school and work, but do they care!? NOPE! but I will definitely be treading this raggedy car in and making sure I send NOBODY there! they are so wrong how they treat their PAYING customers! I put almost 2,000$ down on this car and I dare shouldn’t be having issues out of this car, but do they care!? NOPE! so it’s fine! I will be in a better car, if they can’t do their job! I will be contacting a lawyer like I said and cooperate office because y’all are low down!

Just tired of being put throught the ringer. All of these places that claim credit doesnt matter but still wont take other forms of income such as lyft just tie your hands. The fact that I make the income but its not recognized as real actual money that can be used to pay a note boggles my mind. In the meantime without a car, I cant even get to work or lyft. Its a catch 22 and they are no different here. No help whatsoever.

Worst car center I have ever dealt with Had my car 3 years in March still not paid off they give you the run around about getting your pay off. I switched insurance companies in October 2020 they have yet to update that I have coverage so they try to charge me an extra 120 a month for damage wavier fees and then say it’s over $1000 owed on damage wavier fees I’ve literally had full coverage the whole 3 years! I would never recommend this company to anyone

They are the worst I can’t get a pay date changed without paying $25.00. I’ve switched pay dates with the company that I work for and racking up late fees because of this I don’t have the $25.00 to pay. They have me owing damage waiver trying to keep the late fees down and that not right I’ve been paying everything but the late fees because of my pay date I’ve been on time before the change. Not to mention that I was lied to about the car I was told that I will own it in 3 years and that wasn’t the truth I’m up side down in this car and then will have to pay almost $5000 additional to get the tiles to the car . My rating is really a zero

Mind you this review is for the company as a whole, and not just for one location. Of course the retail stores will have great people. But their corporate values are off. The company WILL NOT work with you and the $500 down car payment is a lie. It’s at least $1k minimum. The cars also do not come without having an issue. They also have horrible customer service representatives who hang up on you or put you in a never ending hold loop when they don’t want to deal with your issue. They have absolutely NO belief in customer loyalty and could care less what issues arise even when they claim to “want to help”. They DO use remote kill switches which I absolutely abhor because it can leave someone in a life or death situation. You also call in to talk to someone and they “claim” to note your account, and then mysteriously your call never happened. If I could give negative stars I would. You’re better off going to a local buy here lay here or to Drive time than using this company!!!

If you’re 1 payment behind they dot not help regardless of any situation, very rude representatives! I will no longer be sending customers, but they are quick to sale you a car but not too quick to go over everything with you! You’ll be better off taking your money else where!

I was going threw a hardship. The man told me to email in the paperwork. I received a call from Mrs Coppinger. She yelled at me told me she was going to turn off my car. She didnt care what I was going threw at all. That this is a business. She hung up on me I called back 5 times each time she hung up as soon as I said hello. Today I will. E REEporting her to whom ever I need to. She told me in was always late on my payments and its always some excuse. I have Never been late always paid early.she told mentors call my Momma and get the money or she was turning off my car .

The salesmen really don’t care what car you can get. They stick you in any car on the lot. I’ve gotten 2 cars from them. The first car was nasty. It had ticks and animal hair all throughout it. They don’t clean the cars properly before you buy them. I had to take the car to them 3 times before they actually detailed the car. The guy over the company was really rude and careless of my complaint. I went to the er 2 times due to an allergic reaction. The team there didn’t care.My car was totaled I went and got a 2nd car this go round the customer service people over in Memphis were rude. They don’t listen. Barely can read! They turn your car off after begin 3 days late on your payment. I’m looking to trade this over priced car in and officially begin done with this company as a whole!!!!It’s easy getting a car from them most of the cars start giving you problems within 3 months of having them.

Everyone was awesome! As soon as we got out the car, Justin Brown helped us and got us started on the paperwork. Everyone there was nice, we personally dealt with Justin Brown and Justin Sue. They were honest from the start about everything. I like how he didnt toy with us about picking out a car until after he got our info and we were pretty much approved. Just overall wonderful experience, and able to get a newer model vehicle without having perfect credit. Also, being able to lease and trade after a certain period of time, to keep up with todays cars is a plus.

The people at American Car Center have great attitudes!!! Wish I could say the same about the people they finance through!!! They are very RUDE! I cant believe how they talk to you. I told them my child passed and the lady said Oh well Ive had 7 cars repossessed this week and Id hate for yours to be the 8th so come up with the money They will turn your car off if youre a couple days late. Ive made my payments on time for over a year. I was a couple days late and they shut my car off. I was far from home, phone only had little charge and I had my 4 small children with me. If they wouldve told me they had a switch to shut the car off I wouldnt have gotten it.

OMG where do I start?! Well first let me say I highly recommend anyone to get a vehicle here. These people (Justin Sue, Justin Brown, Tony, Eric, and especially the one who helped me get my car Kristy Hughes) are the most professional, compassionate, down to earth, knowledgeable, helpful, and most of all genuine individuals that you’d ever want to deal with when purchasing a vehicle. I went in with poor credit, less than $1,000 to put down on a vehicle, and not too much hope. With patience and determination, thanks to Kristy and her supervisor, Justin Sue, I drove off the lot in a 2013 VW Passat with less that 37,000 miles on it. When you feel like all hope is gone in finding a dealership that will work with you, go to American Car Center and let them get you right together. Oh and the best part is that my payments are low. TOOT TOOT!!!

I went to American car Center In Chattanooga TN and it was the best car buying experience I have ever had! They were all so welcoming and it was the most relaxing experience. To begin with I was met byTony Walker and Justin Sue, I told them what I wanted and needed and they were so nice and professional and made everything so easy for me. I was a little picky and looked at almost every car on the lot and Tony was so patient as I looked and explained the vehicles so well. And then we went in and HustinSue was so nice and they took my information and I had to go back to work so I left. The next day I went back and that was when I wanted to look at a couple of the cars again and Merrit Moore showed me again and we talked and I looked and I test drove the cars and picked the one I wanted and then went in and Justin Brown sat woth me and patiently helped me get my paperwork in order and explained it to me and I then went in and Justin Sue went over my contracts and I signed and it was such an easy transaction with the he nicest down to earth people! I told them I wish I worked there also because it was the best experience! I’m going to take those guys a huge pan of lasagna and some desserts one day bc they deserve it! They work hard to get you in your car

Im on auto pay, the company always takes the money out first thing in the morning on pay day. Well they didnt this week so I called. Spoke with a gentleman told me it should be okay and still come out. Well its day two and hasnt come out. I call down there today and the lady threatens me with a late fee! And gets rude with me! They have done this before! Would not recommend based on customer service after purchase!

I have bought a var from here. They are really nice. No credit checks but they do help with your credit as you pay on time. They want you to be in a car. If something is wrong with the car they will fix it in a well manered time. I get free oil changes for three years. They show you what you qualify for on their lotso that your not disapointed being told no. They do not carry older models i was aproved for a 2013.
