We really enjoyed meeting Matthew and testing a couple of their new 2021 Miatas. We drove from Knoxville to see a new red car that we were considering and ended up mulling over two different cars. There was no pressure and we were encouraged to take our time assessing the cars, which we did. We ended up buying elsewhere to get a used car with different features, but would certainly shop here again. Their website is useful and informative, and friendly, pleasant salespeople like Matthew are unique in the business.

It was my first time buying a car, and before I came to Integrity Mazda my shopping experience was nothing but frustrating. I was having a difficult time making it through the process even though I knew exactly what I wanted. As soon as I showed up to the lot in Chattanooga I was greeted by the salesman Gerardo, who was very kind, patient, and super fun to work with. When I needed help with the details of the agreement Chris was happy to help and super understanding. During the signing Gary was very patient and helped explain what the contracts meant and everything. This super friendly team helped to make buying a car actually fun, which I know can be hard to believe. It was fast and honestly a blast! Thanks to them I have my first ever new car.(Which they even helped explain all the new features and set up the app.) 11/10 these guys are top tier!

I drove from Knoxville to Chattanooga to buy my first brand new car purchase. Ron was my salesperson. I’ve always bought slightly used cars. Integrity had exactly what I was looking for. They had already equipped my CX-5 with every additional option I had wanted. They said they add these options as standard to all of them because they are the most requested. There was a minor issue with my car that I only noticed after I had already driven it home. Integrity really had no obligation to resolve the issue at that point. But I called the manager Chris and he had me bring it back and resolved my issue with no questions asked. I’m very happy with my level of service and communication throughout the process was great.

All I can say is WOW! My husband and my experience was phenomenal. We only went for a test drive and ended up driving off the lot with a new (to us) SUV! Our salesman was John and he was personable and not pushy. He just made us feel as comfortable as we could have as first time car buyers. Even the music in the lobby was awesome. Chris helped us in the financing department and he looked at a quote that we got from another dealership he beat the price. I can’t tell you how great if felt to finally be done car shopping and relax in a nice clean car. The process was quick and easy. Disappointed in the level of customer service. After spending over $800, the car over heated and shut off on the way home. We found a fan and battery cord were unplugged. When we called the dealership, they said they didn’t know what we wanted them to do, and asked if we needed them “to come plug it in for us”. I already spoke to the service manager and was just talked over and interrupted the whole phone call with no real solution.

Just upgraded to a new 2020 Mazda CX 5 from Integrity Mazda in Chattanooga, TN. The AWD model I wanted was not available on the lot, so Integrity quickly located one at an AL dealer. I didn’t get the guys name or I can’t remember it, Im traveling and I locked my keys in my Mazda3 trunk, got my car unlocked and still couldn’t get into my trunk or my keys. The gentlemen came across town to see if he could help me. My boyfriend had found a way to take apart the car seat safety hooks to find the emergency trunk release just before he arrived, but he came all the way out to see and help and that service is something I am thankful for and always appreciate about Mazda dealerships. My experience with Integrity was wonderful! My Sales rep was Cole McDonald and he could not have been better. Plus he was willing to answer my endless questions. I never felt pressured or rushed at all.Chris Sitterding is the Sales Manager. He introduced himself and gave me help, also.Ill add that this is the first time Ive bought a car, on my own, and I am 64 years old. Yep, I wondered if Id be treated like a silly woman. Stopped in looking for a Miata for my wife. Didnt have what she wanted. Was told by the manager that there was no way he could find her the car with the options. They could only go by their allocations. Went to another Mazda dealer (a 5 star review will be posted there). I explained what my wanted and the issue at Integrity. Manager at the other Mazda dealer came back in 3 minutes withe the exact far she wanted. We pick it later today or tomorrow.The Integrity people could have had a sale instead they treated us like idiots for actually wanting something they didnt have on the lot. It pays to shop around.

While other Mazda dealers would not give me a deal, Integrity did. Purchased a 2020 CX-30 and a 2020 Miata. Would not have done that without a great deal. Their out of the way, but worth the trip. Ms. Goforth was great!

I purchased 2021 CX-30 from this dealership by doing most of negotiation including trade-in by e-mail very smoothly and just visited them for test driving and final paperwork. Juanita, sales lady, was very professional and friendly. This was least stressful car buying experience in my life.

First of all, the car is great! The sales team was friendly and helpful. The finance department had some rough edges. I did not appreciate the way they snuck in an extended service contract (at extra cost) which I did not want and they had not previously discussed. The service contract was cancelable, so I contacted them the very next business day to cancel it. They tried to get me not to cancel, but I insisted, and they finally agreed to cancel it. Eventually (after 2 months) it finally got canceled, but not without a certain amount of frustration with communication glitches (webmail through the dealership website apparently gets lost in cyberspace and voicemails go unanswered because they dont have access to their inbox.) Overall, a reasonably good dealership experience tarnished by a few miscues and poor communication.

We normally dont enjoy shopping for cars because of the high pressure environment, but Integrity Mazda did a great job with our car buying experience. Chris and Jaunita were excellent to work with and would be another car with them in the future.
