These people just charged my credit for $11k. for a account i have no knowledge about that was created this year when I haven’t been to their dealership at all. However, 3 or 4 years ago I voluntarily gave them a vehicle back that was not worth the price they charged me for it & they also took my 4-runner title and kept it after not letting me get my items out of the vehicle. It was a black 2001 nissan x-terra. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

Bought car paid cash and never got title. Took 3 months and a had to return because car was stolen with this ones vin reported. Got it fixed and took car back home and filed for title. Came back as a salvage in another state. Still havent gotten car titled yet to date

Chattanooga Motors has been absolutely amazing! We fell behind a little and wasnt able to make payments or had only a partial payment, and they had absolutely no problem at all working with us. Angela is awesome she is the one who has helped us every time we didnt have a payment or only had part of it.

Horrible seller. Selling a car that is leaking oil. I drove 2 hours as the manager stated good and doesn’t have issues. Well the vehicle drop oil. Owner/manager left the place as soon as I arrived.A “sales person” came out and try to tell me its good and its old oil.. moved it forward.. still leak and smokes so much. Paint is rough. “Sales person” tried to convince the owner that it leaks, but owner refused to understand and didn’t care that I drove 2 hours to buy it. All junk and wrecked cars on property, stay away and do business else where. The car listed as is and they keep telling me it has warranty? I see how they fool people. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMER AND CHECK THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS.

Got a 2010 fusion. While staff is very polite. Car was junk! Broke down 2 weeks after I got it. Fixed it. Broke again same problem. What was wrong? Got me the auto shop couldnt figure it out. When I talked to the mechanic he pointed out at least 25 cars on his lot all Chattanooga motors cars. His advice was 2 return the vehicle. So that is what i did. Was never 1 payment late. Always early! Now they want me 2 pay remainder of 22 grand for garbage. Nope see ya. I suggest u run!!!! Oh btw the stereo and security system are linked on this 2010 silver fusion and i was told by a Ford dealer because the stereo was messed up my security system was also. This was the day after i got the car. I asked them 2 fix it and got laughed at.

I missed one payment and was 2 days late on it and they repossessed My car and told me I had to pay 660. 500 was for the repo fee . I paid the 660 and got my car back and realized that the repo lady stole 114$ out of my wallet and my wallet was in the back seat. She didn’t let me get anything out of my car before taking it. My son had to miss his game because they had his t ball stuff . They lady ran to my car and sat inside and lit a cigarette and peeled out. A week later I have another payment due. I had to have my work lend me the money to get my car back and tried to tell them I was gonna pay it Tuesday but they said I had until Monday. They took my car at my place of employment last night and left with all of my stuff again. I don’t recommend this place at all. Horrible service. All they want is money. They make it seem so great when you get your car but if you miss one, they repo it and you have to pay 500 for someone else to drive your car back. Shittiest place I’ve ever been too !!!

These people are straight up scam artists!! I told him I wanted to purchase one of his cheaper cars outright and went on a test drive to my mechanic.Lets start with the fact the cars computer had been cleared of every code it had. Basically a less expensive scan wouldve came up clear despite the many problems it had. The car had been wrecked before, it had engine and transmission problems, and the topper on the cake : both catalac converters were stopped up and the car never would have passed emissions!! You think its over? So did I until I tried to return from my test drive and the car wouldnt even start! The starter is going out as well!!Any dealership that clears dangerous and major codes and tries to sell you a car that cant pass emissions or even start up every time is a SCAM.

This company are prey 100% on minorities and young people trying to keep their head above the water. My daughter purchased two junk cars clueless- as she is attempting to make it on her own. She was taken complete advantage of as they gave her the worst one on the lot. We are now seeking legal assistance to get out from under the horrible deal they gave her as she has never missed a payment and wishes to turn the junk car back in on the lot. Please be weary!

I actually used to work here and I felt it was a good company but since then Ive purchased two cars. Both cars were great, unfortunately the service has gone downhill. Every time I call they want more money then my usual payments. They say its because of late fees and when I ask for the total, I never get a straight answer. I was told two weeks ago that my payments would go back to my regular payments and yet today when I paid, I was told I still owe an additional 120. When I ask for it in a print out form, Im told they wouldnt be able to do that. At this point Im just not thrilled with the service and would not recommend this place unless you are buying cash and are not dealing with payments or the people that work here.

Purchased a car from them not even a month ago. The first week it hesitated to start. The following week it kept cutting off on me and shaking. Took it to the shop they told me to send it to 3 times and they charged me 209 for wear and tear. I havent even gotten a chance to really drive the car. I recommend NO ONE to get a car from them. They only try to find ways to get more money from you!!!

They put a vehicle out on marketplace on Facebook, text me back with locale and details. I showed up and they said it wasnt there, getting major repair! I was livid because only minutes went by till I showed up after the texting. It was all a scam, to get me to lot to convince me to buy from them. I dont recommend.

I bought a 2002 Nissan Xterra from them that had exterior damage, interior damage, the transmission has been missing since time of purchase, keeps running hot, and came without a car radio. They insist they will fix it after you pay to buy a vehicle, but they never do unless you give them an arm or leg. The auto pay systems are illegal, and can be harmful especially if you are in a emergency situation. So DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! YOUR PAYMENTS WILL SKYROCKET AS WELL. TRUST ME.

Wouldnt recommend to anyone. I am one payment behind, one payment and they tow my car without notice. Didnt leave anything to tell me they even took the car. And tell me I cant pick it up until the next day when my 2nd payment is due so that I have to pay 2 payments plus a freaking 500$ tow charge. Called again to ask her to please work with me because I dont have that kins of money and the answer was no. I understand they are a business and need to make their money, but this was absolutely wrong and not nice to a customer who does pay. One missed payment was not fair for these types of actions. My husband was shot, both my children have the flu, my father is dying so I am going through alot and have had to miss some days of work which is why I was late and really didnt need this. Yes I should have called, but with everything going on in my life would it have really been that hard to reach out to me or knock on my door when you decided to spend money for a tow truck? You would rather go through all that then even attempt to help the customer because things do happen and customer service isnt that difficult. Just shows what type of company you are. And thats not for the customer, its for money. I have never had this happen and was warned about this exact issue. But I put my faith into you instead of the other 3 options and handed you my entire saved up amount down, now here I am carless and you have my belongings which I didnt even get a chance to remove. Your business will never thrive this way, and it truly was unfare what you are doing to not only me, but my family because that was our only vehicle. This post isnt for pitty its for awareness to the next customer looking for a car. I wish I had never given the chance for my business.

Do not buy a car from this Shady car lot!I tried to buy a vehicle from them with cash. Come to find out the vehicle was not as advertised online. Can you imagine that? Then the sales manager promise to have the car repaired by the end of the day and as you can imagine that did not happen either. Then the general manager promise to call me first thing in the morning the next day to let me know when the repairs can be done. After calling several times and only getting voicemails I saw the ad Mark sold online. Unfortunately I guarantee you someone came in and bought that vehicle not knowing there were problems because they are not honorable!

Purchased 1 car through them it went great paid off the car and side note when the engine went bad. Trouble started when I went and traded in my old car for a different one the sales guy told me it was never in an accident OK not even 24 hours later the engine light comes on and the car goes into limp mode after finding out through oine of the automotive shops they use the vehicle was in an accident and water leaking into the truck shorted out the fuse box they fixed it and it went right back into limp mode took it to another mechanic shop they fixed the problem by putting a new sensor in the tranny so after about almost 2 months back in forth from the Mechanic shop and the body shop I was finally able to drive out of the whole time I probably drive maybe a total of 7 days in a 2 month period. It rained vehicle lost traction hit a tree insurance company came out inspected and found out it was also in a wreck and the old damage was in a different place I got a call from the claims department saying the car had been totaled before so the value of the vehicle was not within the 75% to fix the car they totaled it paid dragon off i was told he would put me in another car the sales guy wanted to put me in some crappy car with 200k miles on them I was told the good cars go for the people who have good credit and the crappy cars go to the customers with poor credit its been 2 moths later and still no call back about putting me in a different car so I ended up going to a Ford dealership and getting a great car because I had decent credit avoid this place is they just want your money and youre out of luck if it goes into a shop no loaner cars and you still have to make payments no matter how long its in there for

I would not send my worst enemy to this place. They are so unorganized and rude! They never return phone calls, and get passed around to different people to talk to. The loan company is a joke, they say that it is a loan company gor first time buyers! You pull the loan company up and it shows that it is on Gunbarrel rd, when it is actually on Lee Hwy where the car lot is, and in the same building. The mechanic is worthless that they have working on the vehicles. I bought a truck and my wheel was cracked really bad, someone had put red seal on it. Thats telling me that my truck was never checked out the way it should of been. Very un safe! Idiris is really rude after you have already bought something off him. Oh they treat you all nice at first, until you give them money them you gey treated like S---! They had my truck for a whole week, just to change a water pump, and the oil which was over full! So yeah i would think twice before i go here. I have already talked to an attorney, and if things arent made right then oh well !

From the moment I came in the door I knew I had to be in the wrong place. The salesman was dressed in wrinkled attire but still greeted me with a smile. The application asks for everything but your last born childs blood type. I was hassled by the manager while filling out my app and told if I couldnt be detailed then do not fill it out. But despite that I continued because of my need for a vehicle. After being done I was told to go and find a car I liked! 🤔🤔🤔 Well that was a bust because the vehicles on their website werent representing the vehicles on the lot! Extremely high mileage as well as noticable damages on some vehicles. But i digress. I found a 2009 Kia Soul and told the sales rep! He then proceeded to tell me that vehicle was $2000 down!!! 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 I said you know what Im good. I need a vehicle but am not about to be run amuck and screwed into a dud! He said maam please wait around my manager is on his way back and he wants to talk to you. I waited for over 45 minutes for said manager to come and tell me that this was the best offer I would get and it only had a 24 hour window and if I did not take advantage of this amazing deal that I wouldnt be able to purchase a car anywhere for the next 6 months! Needless to say I bid my farewell and am now the owner of a 2012 Kia Soul with almost 96000 miles less than the model they were trying to bamboozle me into purchasing!!! BEWARE OF THEM!!!!

Awful, awful place! These people tried their hardest to HELP me get the car and I really thought that this was going to be a great business but they turned on me AFTER I got the car. I test drove the car, everything was fine - that night it wouldnt start again!! I continously started having problems with the car and they absolutely didnt care about helping! They try to suck money out of you ANY way that they can! Also, I am a young girl just starting out and trying to be independent, with a lot of goals in life and this car and their business has just been disrespectful AND bad luck! Payment was due Friday told them that I will make a payment this Friday and pay another payment in advance waiting on money from family they said ok but come and got vehicle in the middle of night and you never will get vehicle paid off because very little goes towards payment
