Excellent customer care, treatment and handling, from making the initial service appointment, and even having to reschedule due to a last-minute emergency. Scheduling was simple, quote for work was accurate and brand new loaner car was very much appreciated. We have been customers for more than 20 years and I always appreciate how attentive and responsive the service department team is at Lexus at Chattanooga.

Experience 1: I pull up and I’m looking around the lot, a salesman comes out and asks me how I’m doing, he notices I’m young and turns around and walks off.Experience 2: I’m looking around the lot on a Sunday, Im looking inside an unlocked car, a manager driving a BMW X6 walks up and says “let me help you out” and locks the door, and runs me off the lot.Experience 3: I visit during open hours, I’m invited into the business managers office in the back, he tells me I don’t have any ‘auto-credit’ (which doesn’t exist) and treats me like I’m not worth anything because I’m young, twenty years old.Now, I may be young and my credit may not be perfect but I expect to be treated like the other customers. I’m running my own business and I am a potential customer, Genesis and Lexus are my two favorite brands and I love them both equally so it’s one or the other and I’m basing my choices on dealership experience and so far the Hyundai dealership has treated me like family. I would also add that I would go as far as Atlanta or Knoxville to buy a Lexus so I don’t get treated like a peon.If you want younger customers, treat them like your older customers, even though we aren’t buying right away, because my generation will one day be the ones who have all the money and experiences like these will be a factor in our decisions.

I took my 2017 Lexus in for a oil change and rotation of my tires and they found my water pump was leaking and replaced it. It costs a little more to have it serviced there but they check and inspect everything. I’m thankful they caught the problem and I wasn’t stranded out on the road. GREAT JOB, LEXUS OF CHATTANOOGA AND THANK YOU SO MUCH!

The service I received was excellent from the minute I drove up to when I returned to pick up my vehicle. The staff was courteous, caring, kind and efficient. They truly went above and beyond to serve us appropriately. We only have an older used Lexus and they treated us as if we had bought a brand new one.Just needed a simple part replacement and they investigated to see if we had anything still under warranty that might need replacement (and found a couple of things that they could replace at no charge to us). Funny thing is that my wife really wants a new GX 460. We’ll be doing business with them because they understand the right way to do customer service and add value to people in order to gain repeat business!

I was so impressed with my experience at Lexus of Chattanooga this week. We have been using the service department for years but this was the first purchase we made from them. He was incredibly kind, so patient, and he really worked to get the best deal possible for us. I was extremely pleased with the generous trade allowance and the price of the new vehicle. In 30 years I’ve never had a negative experience at Capital Toyota and Lexus. I did have a less that wonderful experience at the body shop. My first purchase was a 1993 4Runner. Over the decades my family have bought many Toyota and Lexus vehicles from Capital Toyota/Lexus of Chattanooga and utilized the exceptional services for general oil services and Tires. Believe it or not they are competitive on tires for cars.

Chattanooga Lexus told us the repair would cost $730 and was not covered by our Lexus extended care warranty. We thought this was in error and contacted Lexus Financial Services directly. Lexus Financial Services told us the repair was covered and gave us an authorization number. Chattanooga Lexus checked and found that we were fully covered. Lexus Financial Services said Chattanooga Lexus had originally submitted an incomplete claim and so it had not gone thru the system. We are very unhappy that Chattanooga Lexus failed to do the extended warranty correctly and then automatically said it was not covered (which they should have known was untrue) and that we would have to pay out of pocket. When we asked them to contact Lexus Financial again, they originally refused, saying we had to do it. So we did. Finally Chattanooga Lexus did call Lexus Financial. The repair was made under an extended warranty authorization of $598.31. When we picked up the car, Chattanooga Lexus gave us a bill for $598.31, bit did not ask for cash payment. We assume this bill will stay open till they are actually paid by the extended warranty. Until now we had been very satisfied by Lexus and were planning to continue buying Lexus cars. However, we no longer trust Chattanooga Lexus and this is a serious problem for us.
Lexus of Chattanooga is by far the best service dept in the southeast and maybe entire US. Randy has assembled a first class team. Entire staff acts with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. They go out of the way to provide top notch customer service. Having the vehicle cleaned and detailed is a nice touch and prices are extremely fair. My wife is very comfortable taking her car there when i am not able. I wish they could work on my GMC truck. Great great people

Jennifer called me at 8:03 to set up the appointment with the service dept, I was greeted upon arrival within a minute, and Eric sent a text to set up communication. My car was ready when promised, as they even called my mechanic back home to explain the repairs needed.

Great service. Had a failed wheel bearing on my 2017 rcf, it was actually a month out of bumper to bumper before i brought it in, but it had obviously been going bad before end of warranty period. They replaced it free of charge. Took appropriate amount of time for the replacement, and they gave me a 2021 rx350 to drive around chattanooga instead of having to wait at the dealership. Ryan Kennedy was the service advisor and is a top notch guy. Not personally a big fan of dealerships myself as i typically do all my own maintenance and repairs, but if i needed work done for one reason or another i wouldnt hesitate to bring it back.
Treated me with the upmost respect and were very professional. Changed my oil and gave me a free car wash as well! Great people highly recommend them!

The service consultant called and told me that my car was ready later that afternoon and I could come pick it up, I explained to her there was no way I could come back to Chattanooga that day. She told me she could arrange to have my car delivered to me and they would get the loaner., and that is what she did.You talking about convenience her offer really helped me.Lexus offers superior service.

I brought my wife’s car in for alignment service and an oil change. My advisor was Ryan Kennedy who was completely honest and courteous with us. What they found was that the alignment was not out, but the tire was under inflated. They charged me $59.95 for the oil change and had us on our way! Good, honest, service...it’s hard to come by.

We lost our transmission in our 2017 RX just outside of Chattanooga Tennessee which was fortunately only about 18 miles from the Lexus of Chattanooga. Once we got to the dealership, Ryan did a tremendous job of taking care of my myself and our family and three dogs as we were on our way to Florida for vacation. Ryan had our vehicle fully repaired and delivered back to Lexington Kentucky which was incredible service and we truly appreciate Ryan.

Did not feel the service was as good this time. Not sure what happened usually get the royal treatment. When you pay that much for a car you feel like you should be treated differently I guess not. Go figure usually get a flat tire changed free of charge out of courtesy for my business got charged 46 dollars. I guess nothing is for free anymore.
