The guys that who came out were very helpful and very courteous. They got me on the schedule right away. The only issue I had was, they don’t tell you in advance you pay for a full hour no matter how long they’re there. Otherwise I would definitely recommend them. They know what they’re doing.

Okay, Monday 4/8, my wife called Magic Carpet on Lee Hwy. The first guy was okay, but then he gave the phone to another guy. That guy was a complete A-Hole. Poorest excuse for customer service ever. Complete jerk.The guy had an attitude from the beginning with (why you bothering me), Okay— what is it that you want?. She explained what we needed. She explained we already had the carpet, but they were completely disintersted in helping because literally said they prefer we bought the carpet from them.The guy was so rude she never even got to a point where they gave a quote. My 13yr old son was listening to the call right next to her, and asked her, what was that guys problem?I see how they operate...I wont be recommending them any time soon.

Saved our home! We had massive flooding that damage our entire first floor. After the restoration was complete, Roger and his team restored our floors better than their original state! Carpets are beautiful, no wrinkles even after moving tables and a treadmill over them. LVT we chose for the kitchen and dining room looks so real you have to stare hard to know it is not real hardwood. Installers worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!
