I walked in this store expecting to receive just a run of the mill experience. However, to my great surprise and pleasure I had one of the most superb customer service experiences in my life!I was assisted by Natalie and she was extremely professional as well as extremely savvy. She provided details ab my service and device that I was unaware of and she was totally committed to providing me customer satisfaction. I want to thank you again Natalie and I really hope that you are acknowledged within your company for going beyond my expectations. PS. I also watched as she assisted another customer who needed a Spanish speaking rep. This chica was fluent in Spanish as well! I was really surprised at how well she multitasked while assisting both I and the other customer. My hat off to you maam! Thank you again for everything!

Love all the employees no matter which store I go too! I recently purchased the A-51 Samsung galaxy phone, and I love it! Ive been with cricket collectively over 20 years! I suspect Ill be with them till one of us parish! 🤣🤳

I was behind a gentleman, and he asked about the service.The most rudest blk woman behind the counter. I was embarrassed for him. Everyone in the store heard how she talked to him. I will NOT visit that store again. To the lady behind the counter, you need to work for the DMV.

Worst one to go to went in for to warranty out my phone due to the charging port was messed up the lady at the desk told me that it was my charger that i needed a new one even though i have already got 4 different new chargers just to have the same problem she didnt try to sell me a new plug in charger she sold me the wireless one that causes my phone to over heat and not even fully charge after about a week or 2 of having this problem half my screen stoped working due to it now that they beat around the bush my worranty on my phone is up and i have to pay to get another phone. Dont go they theaves.

Very helpful staff! She was kind enough to help me choose the phone that was right for me amd assisted me with switching things over. She didnt seem worried about the covid and even applied my screen protector for me! Great attitude! They also were open on Sunday afternoon which was so helpful to my busy schedule! Thankyou!!

The female representative in the store today cost you a phone upgrade from a 20 year long customer. She was rude to me, and she prevented a helpful young man from making a sale. If she is the manager there, S.O.S. to whoever she answers to. Shes sinking your ship.

I paid my bill in this store on april1 2020 at 6:32 pm the lady nicole said my auto pay was not on so we paid 147.33 thenext day i was gettin messages that auto pay would be taking my payment on the 3rd. Needless to say cricket turned my phone off even the new hotspot we jyst bought and activated. Cash app says the payment completed cricket says it didnt and neither one will refund my money. I spent 300 dollars on 1 pho e bill that was only supposed to be 130 dollard. Pay in cash dont leave withput reciept no matter what.

When did professionalism go out the window? Not one of their employees looks like they work there. They all look like customers. There was a line with at least 5 people waiting. (Only reason Im sure of this is they were sitting down and 2 kept asking how much longer) One of their employees just walks outside and does whatever for 10 minutes. I just left. VERY unprofessional. Wont go back!

I waited in line for about 20 mins to change my service, so when I got to the counter he said I cant help you because Im about to close I felt if he didnt have the time he shouldve asked what everyone was they in line for instead of having people standing and waiting. He never even greeted any customers....
