Went in to get an iPhone 11 Pro, Ryan did an amazing helping me and their was a glitch with giving me my device credit and the manger mike said they had to do a form to resubmit it. I’ve called 7 times and sent mike the manger a email asking if they could Submit it cause Verizon says they haven’t received it, they have not returned my email or any of my calls. Would not recommend the store! Only reason for not getting a one star is because Ryan did a great job.

My phone was repaired in short order. It was tedious...maybe. Does a customer really care to witness visible frustration and unraveling? No. It begins to appear unprofessional in front of customers.This review is being written during a Tennessee second COV-19 surge. Train your representative how to properly wear a face mask. Exposing nostrils (as the only one doing so in the entire store) is not safety conscious and inexcusable during a deadly pandemic. Cassandra was fantastic to work with this evening. Her and Kevin offered great advice while I was dealing with a broken port on my phone. Cassandra was fantastic at explaining my various options and the steps I could take to fix the situation. Due to my work, I really needed a working phone before I left. Its always great to find someone who cares more about me as a customer than their paycheck. She helped me make a decision and get back to having a working phone without any complications.

Carter was fabulous. Hadnt been able to connect to the internet, he fixed the problem, backed up my info, did not try to sell me a new phone and found savings of almost $60 on my account. Will definitely go see him when its time for a new phone

I like to give a big thank you Sandy. In the past Ive dealt only with corporate stores. I was in the area and only had a few minutes to spend today so I thought I would give the store a chance. To my surprise I was very comfortable with Sandy. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. Thank you again Sandy.

It started off looking like it was going to be a good relationship between myself and this authorized Verizon store. I was trying to upgrade my plan and add a line.....which I did. A gentleman named Mikel Southerland worked with me and really helped me out a lot.....to start with. After selling me the plan, the monthly bill turned out to be $100 more than what he had told me. Well, he had told me to let him know if he could help me in any way. When I got my second bill and it was still $100 higher than I expected....so I asked Mikel to look into it for me. He said that he would and quickly get back to me.....that was 3 weeks ago. Ive contacted him twice since and he will not respond to me. I do not recommend using this place as they will tell you whatever lie they can to get you in a plan. Now I am stuck with a bill that is way higher than I expected. I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated.

I was thoroughly impressed with Matt Robertson in how he spent 3 hours to resolve my problem that a store in Inverness, FL had totally messed my order up. He had confronted multiple issues because of the wrong information that was placed on my order from Florida. He diligently worked through it all to the end until he had finished it and satisfied me. Great great great professionalism. Can’t say enough about his concern to make my situation right and to resolve everything that needed straightened out. This was all done and accomplished due to NONE of his fault. I will be a long time customer at the 58 Chattanooga store as long as Matt is there! Great service!!!

I came in frustrated because I couldn’t upload a photo to a website to rent an RV. I had tried everything in my power to fix this on my own and failed. Finally I came into this Verizon store thinking they could help. My sales representative Preston helped me tremendously and went above and beyond what he needed to in order to fix my issue. He even called the website customer service and spoke on my behalf in order to figure everything out. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire transaction. I will continue to do business here and request Preston every time.

We have been with Verizon for years....love our service. We met our sales rep over two years ago, and wouldnt think of using someone else. My I phone 6 is like new but Im having operating issues. The sales associate did not even attempt to resolve the issue she was only interested in selling me a new phone and adding $15.00 or more to my monthly bill. I went home connected my phone to my home computer and downloaded the new update and the phone is fixed.I will not go to this location again.

This company is just an authorized dealer for Verizon and can do nothing for your account even if they set it up wrong. They have a system set up where they move their workers around everyday so if they make a mistake with your account it’s harder to address it with the same person. I will be filing a lawsuit against this company and Verizon tomorrow morning. I’ve tried to contact the guy that set up my service (John Smith) and left him voicemails twice today to give him a chance to fix my issue but the way they move the employees around they don’t have to be held accountable in person cause there are always new faces in office. The way I understand it there isn’t a manager either only a lead representative. There were a few associates that actually took my issue seriously and tried to help. Their names were Michael & Lex.

I went in for a 2nd replacement for my defective Google Pixel. They said I was out of warranty. I knew this didnt seem right for them to try and charge me a deductible, so I went to my normal (not off brand) Verizon store. I was in and out in 5 minutes with my replacement on its way. This store wants your money. Stay away!

I bought a phone and a screen protector on 12/12. Google Pixel 2. 12/13 screen protector starts to fall apart after the general manager ranted and raved about them. 12/17 the phone starts to come apart. They would not replace. The older lady basically told me I was SOL. Absolutely no accountability.

Most of the time they are helpful but they have not been helpful with the problems I have been experiencing with the new Android 4 ICS update. I think its lack of knowledge or training on this issue by the Verizon Corp for their employees. Or they dont want to get involved because its not an issue directly related to Verizon.

I am currently in the store right now, when I walked in I was not greeted nor told that it would be a moment because both of the representatives were busy with other customers. I would rather pay over the phone or go somewhere else where I felt like my business was wanted! I was asked if I needed to pay a bill after being in the store for at least 4 minutes. Ridiculous!

My experience at the store was an awful experience the sales representative was rude and he and first told me the sim card would be $10 but then after he rang it up he said it was $20 so then I stated that he told me it would be $10 he said he never told me that so I told him he was being rude and that it was poor customer service he then said I dont care and so I asked for a corporate number he said that they didnt have one so I left out the store to go get my wallet but tried to go back in and realized he had locked me out so I will never shop with this store again.
