Let me start by saying, I hardly ever leave reviews.. I cannot begin to explain how matt helped me out. If youre reading this, I need to offer my opinion. After giving verizon every dollar they have asked during this pandemic, I assumed I would be considered a valued customer but received no such accommodations. I went in to the phone exchange on a prayer and was met with Matts expertise. I got MORE convo about devices and performances than if i were to go into verizon. I hope he sees this review because even if it doesnt garner another customer, Id like to personally let him know that he made a HUGE impact on me. I doubt ill ever get a phone from a carrier again after seeing the expertise that comes with an economical option. THESE GUYS REALLY CARE!! thanks Matt!

Great place, traded my phone in and got an upgrade, does work with progressive leasing so you dont have to pay for the phone all at once. Owner was very nice and willing to help, was very respectful and courteous. Will definitely go back for future upgrades and definitely recommend.

If I could leave no stars I would. Sold a phone that doesnt even work and is asking money to RETURN the phone. Would never recommend anyone here. STAY AWAYEdit. They will take the phone but charge a 35 dollar shelving fee. Since when does it cost money to place something on a shelf

So I bought a phone back in October great service, very friendly, and helpful. Told my girlfriend she had to give them a chance. Today she got her Samsung s10! They had her done in less than thirty minutes! Would definitely recommend.

My husband is a phone connoisseur and he stops in randomly to purchase a used phone. The staff are friendly and the prices are fairly reasonable if you dont want to wait for shipping from online stores.

Walked in and this guy immediately discounts me, my service carrier and my phone. Peeped in and he was busy with another customer so I stepped out to go use the restroom a few doors down. Evidently he said something because when I came back in the female customer is acting real paranoid of my presence behind her waiting. My money is green just like everyone elses. I was willing to change carriers to get another phone. The guy didnt give me chance to even look around as If he didnt even want me in the store. Pretty obvious the reason why. Said he was the owner. I couldnt believe an owner could be so arrogant and obnoxious. All he kept repeating over and over is he had no caveats for my carrier. You sale phones for other carriers you dummy. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Weve bought a few phones from this place, and have always been impressed by the service. They buy used phones and clean them up and sell them. Their prices are decent; you can probably find something cheaper online, but I just like knowing what Im getting, plus they do a 30 day return. They usually have a good selection to choose from too, covering all budgets.

Sold 1 phone and bought my last 3 phones from here and they’ve lasted me just as long as if I got them brand new. Staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable. The very few minor problems I’ve ever had, they never once hesitated to help and fix it. Don’t think I’ll ever buy a phone from somewhere else. There’s one guy there that’s my fav but I don’t remember his name. If you go in there you’ll know who I’m talking about, he’s awesome.

So, a friend of mine comes through Chattanooga, and his phone dies. He goes to “big corporate phone service provider” only to learn it will cost him x amount of dollars to buy out his dead phone. Not helpful !Thankfully the guy at “big corporate store” had the wherewithal to refer us to “Phone Exchange”.WOW ! Did you ever walk into a place and immediately feel glad that you were there?These guys (former “big corporate phone company” guys) were polite, extremely knowledgeable, real “straight shooters” who walked us through our options, based on our problem (not just some corporate policy blather) and and before we knew it we were happily satisfied and upgraded into a working phone, in a clear and very well explained way, that restored my faith in real live actual “customer service”.I highly recommend these people to anyone who is tired of hype, false promises, and generally lousy service from large faceless phone companies.These guys ROCK !

This place is great. I just needed a used iPhone for a family member so I could add them to my plan, and I was able to find one here for much cheaper than everywhere else I looked. These guys hooked me up with one that worked & all is well.

I feel like I got ripped off by this establishment. Spent almost $285 on an iPhone 6. Which was fine. But when I got home I noticed no matter what, the camera shutter noise would not go off. Even if the phone was completely muted.. so I called apple support and they told me the phone was “foreign” and there was nothing they could do and that is was very “interesting” that a company in america would sell me a foreign phone, especially without telling me it was foreign to begin with. So I call and they tell me I can exchange it. I go in and get the same phone (another iPhone 6). He did his “test” where he called his store phone from my phone and made sure it was working properly and he could hear himself. He said I was good to go. I get home, set everything up, and everything was fine. The next day I get a phone call and they said they could barely hear me like I was far away from my phone... tried to call multiple other people and they said the same thing. Now I can only use it on speaker so that people can hear me clearly. I’m so frustrated and quite frankly, pissed off. I spent so much money in this store and I feel like I got ripped off. I’m even more upset that the guy who worked there “tested it” HIMSELF so he clearly knew it wasn’t working properly. Now I can’t even go back and trade it in because I am without transportation. Do not spend your hard earned money with these greedy people. They will do nothing but rip you off.

Traded in my Pixel 2 XL here and bought an iPhone 7 Plus with cash and trade-in credit. They had everything ready and were more than willing to help me. They are extremely kind (especially Matt) and I definitely recommend. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they told me that they’d give me $375 trade in credit or $300 cash (I chose trade in credit cause I was buying the 7 Plus) And then I looked on their website later and they are selling my old phone for $579!!! Of course I’d never expect a shop like that to give me top dollar but they basically took $200 from my wallet. They could have at least given me $100 more. Over all I had a really good experience though and they helped me solve all my problems and they were very knowledgeable.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Took a 128GB iPhone 7+ in that was refurbished by the manufacturer. They would not offer more than 180 dollars for it. Meanwhile they were selling dinged up iPhone 6 for 400 dollars. Needless to say unless you are starving I would recommend buying and selling online. I sold my phone 4 days later for 550

I just had the most pleasant transaction with these guys. Ive dealt with the folks in Murfreesboro before but this was my first in Chattanooga. They helped me transfer my service over to the phone I got and everything!

Went there and purchased a iPad Mini had problems from the start didnt get there in time before the 30 day warranty so they did not fix problem. Instead they try to charge me another $100 to fix it and I can go get a brand new one for 200. Very nice at first at like they want to help you and Ill take care of anything any problems with any of their devices. Beware they sell devices they know have problems ahead of time I will not return and I wouldnt suggest anyone else to
