I have been with Verizon for nearly 20 years. I called this location and was working with Bridgett and then planned a visit. I was adding a line onto my account. She got it all added and is helping me with business account and options to save money with all the lines. She worked efficiently and was courteous. I want to note 4 other customers came in and she worked respectfully and quickly to get to all the customers despite being short staffed. This is why I love Verizon. Bridgett deserves a raise and a pat on the back!

Today was the first time I had used the Russell Cellular store. Very courteous and knowledgeable, and also offered a price that fit my budget. If I choose to stay with Verizon, this store will be where I will always purchase my phones.

Went in today to get a new phone and Beth the store manger was absolutely awesome! Stop in and see her if you need a new phone!!

I am so disappointed at the service we recently received at this location. I admit, part of the problem was our own fault, but a company as popular as this should have worked with us and come to some type of compromise. Ultimately, we were forced to pay for 2 phones, one of which is defective. BUT, no refund. No partial refund, N.O.T.H.I.N.G.!!!!!! I will tell as many people as I can. I will change carriers as soon as I pay for hese 2 phones. We paid two set up fees totaling $87.00 trying to get a usable phone.

Bridgette was very professional and friend. as soon as I walked in she greeted me.

Purchased a phone that was supposed to have been a 400$ eligible discount. Well that didnt happen. You then get your bill and there is no discount. They say it will be on next month bill but it is not. Now being told that there is no discount applied to the account and have to pay the original cost for the phone. Buyer beware. Whatever they out is what you pay. Make then show you in writing about discounts and incentives.

We were greeted promptly by Isaiah. He was friendly, professional and very helpful in my transition from my old phone to my new one. I have 4 children that came with me and it did not unravel him. He was kind to them as well. I will reccomend this store to anyone and everyone just because of how Isaiah treated us. Just an FYI....not everyone can or should be a Customer Service Rep.....but Isaiah had it going on in that department. Two thumbs up Isaiah. You represent Verizon Company well! Thank you

I realized I had no coverage with TMobile at our house and section of ChattNooga, so I needed to switch after just 2 weeks with T-Mobile! When I went into Verizon, Beth White was a HUGE help! Because of the ineptitude of TMobile and their tech support, it was a huge job to switch me over to Verizon. Beth White was on duty and because of her expertise and patience, we were ableTo switch me to Verizon and make me a very grateful and happy customer! Thank you, Beth!!!

I went in to see about my screen and the nice gentleman told me about a promotion I had on my account that got my phone paid for by Verizon Chance was a very helpful young man I will forsure go back

Amanda helped me pick out a new phone, showing me new models and the difference between the phones. She was extremely helpful. She even went out of her way to help me delete a line I no longer used. She was the best.

Beth is always kind and patient. She has helped me with 3 different transactions and has been very knowledgeable and helpful .

At Verizon Russell store today Amanda and Tami were so nice and helpful with great professional customer service all in representation of their co-worker Beth White who is also a great sales lady.

Amanda was great. She took the time to help me set up my new phone and even paired it with my watch. She was very kind and patient with technical dummy!!!

My mother has had service for over 20 years. She recently changed her service to prepaid. She was assured by Jacob and Beth white that the money would come out of her account like it has for the last 20+ years. But this morning for the first time in years her phone is off. She just spoke to Beth on Saturday and was reassured her payment would be taken out. But Beth White lied. She screwed over a loyal customer. So an elderly woman has her phone cut off by incompetence by this stores staff. Fire the whole bunch and start over.

Sarah and Beth(?) Were the best. Didnt have what I wanted at first but said it would arrive soon and theyd call me. They did. Patiently took the time to set it up and transfer everything from the past five years (a Galaxy S5) to the new phone. Great experience. Thanks!

Stopped in at this Verizon store at what’s usually the busiest time of day. Beth greeted us promptly & finished working with the customer in front of us, tended to 2 other customers over the phone & still accomplished adding a new phone to our plan, in under 8 minutes! Well done!

I called and spoke to Amanda about phone pickup and what I needed to bring. When I got to the store, Beth was waiting to help me with my phone and answered my questions as well as making suggestions for my future use. I was very pleased with my experience and wanted to share with those who might be considering this store.

They said I had to upgrade my plan to get the jet pack (hot spot), but wasnt told Id no longer be able to use my phone as a hot spot. Then was told Id have to upgrade to yet another deal. So I just wanted to reverse everything one day later and ended up paying over $50 they say they cant refund, plus I had to call Verizon and stay on the phone forever to get my plan back to what I started with.The workers are nice, they just need to disclose more information. My last phone I bought there didnt have wireless charging, I had to find that out on my own.Learn from my mistake. Go to a corporate store, not one like this.

Chloe was a life saver for me. I need my phone for work. It was getting late when my older note 5 became stuck in a boot loop. Fortunately for me, Chloe was working that day. She was able to get my phone back to a useable state and transfer my data on to a new note 10. She showed a great level of professionalism, assisting me in a prompt manner, as closing time came and went. I live in Stockbridge Ga, but I will use this Chattanooga location as my Verizon store from here on out. I have never been so satisfied in a consumer process as I was this day.

Needed to get a new phone charger and Beth helped me find the one I needed. She was very sweet and apologized for me having to wait...even though I hadnt been waiting very long.

I came into store and had the best customer service. I never had a tablet before and Brittany showed me how to use it and download my favorite games. Her coworker Beth is very sweet. I highly recommend this location they go beyond and above for you.

How actually likes cell phone stores anyway. The first thing we asked is if they are a authorized Verizon store or a Verizon store. She said we have everything verzion does. When trying to pick our phone anytime we went to get one that wasnt in a higher price range they told us that is no longer available. We asked why it is on display and priced then. They said because they are phasing it out. I do not recommend this location.

Brittany has been a tremendous help, I would have returned my phone if it werent for her taking the time to show me how to use my phone, I have never been helped this much I didnt get those kind of service at Corporate. She also took the time to set up my new tablet and I love it! Great store, Great customer care. I will only do service here from now on and sending my son to go see her to fo his Verizon service.

I will never go back there. Worst customer service ever. Verizon has never disappointed me when it came to customer service but these employees do not feel like Verizon. After numerous attempts of calling (had to leave a message for the sales person that helped me) because she absolutely would not take my call. I truly believe she felt that I would tire of it and give up. I finally left a message for the district manager and was never called. I left 5 messages over 2 weeks before she ever called me back. I explained the whole situation to her. She told me she would look into it and find out what was going on, she NEVER returned my call. At that point, I DID give up. It was exhausting and angering to be lied to, basically tricked into buying a new phone (sales associate said I needed to buy a new phone quickly before my old one completely died and I lost all of my data). This wasnt the case. I simply needed a new charging cord. Anyway, I did buy the new phone and never one time used it but they refused to discuss any of it with. I did eventually tire of it and gave up. Thats on me. But, the incredibly non professional and underhanded customer service is on them.Dont go there, dont trust them. Just dont do it.

Came in for an upgrade and got excellent service from Cat who was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Her knowledge of the products and available options helped with my decision and she was able to get me a great deal! Definitely ask for her if you need quality service!!

Quoted me 150 to 160 and my bill hasnt been under 206 . Missed my bill estimate by 25% and slipped in $17 per line insurance that I couldnt get refunded . My service with AT&T was faster and cheaper and they were honest !

I had to gi to the store 3 times to pay my bill..and all 3 times I have asked them to mail me a bill where I dont have to go to the store..They need to hire people who know what to do..

I had a great experience here at the store. Brittany was so sweet very professional. Loved her so very helpful.

We bought 2 phones on Monday. The protection plan on the screen protectors we purchased was greatly misrepresented. the low end cases we bought were the same price as the high end ones next door at Walmart. the store manager ultimately dropped one of our brand new uncased thousand dollar Note 9s on the floor and shrugged it off as no big deal. she also ruined the case of the dropped phone by applying the screen protector compound to the back of the device and putting it in the case before it was finished drying. after being urged by a cellphone repair specialist to take the device back due to unseen and likely damage to the circuitry inside the phone, caused from the fall, they would hear of no such thing and when we inquired about the ruined case we were told to take it home and try to clean it ourselves. if we then still had an issue, we were instructed to call the manufacturer of the case.

It was a great visit to this verivon dealer today very friendly staff Brittany she answered all of my questions and help me in getting me set up on my iPad. She showed knowledge and care for her work any more issues i must return this store. I sure recommend t huh is dealer

If you’re in Chatt and need a phone or accessory, this is the place. I went in and Cat hooked me up! I got an iPhone,Apple Watch, iPad and a note 9- she handled it all. They were fairly busy and instead of helping only one person at a time she helped all of us simultaneously to help get people in and out quick. She utilized promos and her knowledge of Verizon to get me a price I was very happy with. That’s the homie!

Thought I was out of luck with my phone being broken but they traded it in for a new one! My broken glass phone still had a decent value and I was able to get something for my mom as well. PS. They don’t have public bathrooms, but I was able to go next door. No biggie.
