I went in today for a gaming computer that was giving me trouble, and he immediately fixed the problem & was friendly. Definitely coming back if I have any more issues.

Dropped Alienware laptop off on a Tuesday, for a diagnosis on why the screen wouldnt work. Was told labor would be 35$ plus the part if necessary. Wednesday we called, they said they didnt know what was wrong yet, they would call us Thursday. Thursday they never called us, we called 3+ times, left 2 voicemails, never reached anyone. Friday we call, they say it needs a screen replacement, cheapest part they can find is 486$. We say no thank you, because another shop further from us had quoted us 100$ for the part. We look online, cheapest part we see is 80$, most expensive part we see 225$. Never told us exactly what was wrong with the screen or why it needed to be replaced, when 2 other shops both said the screen cables had been damaged. Would not recommend this shop.

Took my HP computer in to have it serviced. I was very pleased with the service. He was very professional and so very polite. He had my computer ready the next day as promised. Not only did he fix my computer but he gave me pointers on what to watch for. I would recommend this business to anyone needing computer service.

I had an amazing experience here, they guy was super helpful and was super attentive with me. I felt warm and welcome from the moment i walked in until the moment I left! It took a few trials to get my laptop fixed, but the worker was very patient with me to the point that he ended up only charging me for the parts to a certain degree! I was amazed! Totally recommend this place and if my laptop ever crashes again, this is the first place I would go!!!

Ended up deciding to fix my laptop myself but the owner was very helpful, gave me an itemization of the parts and services. Overall a very positive experience.

This is the best and most reasonable computer shop in town, the owner John will treat you right and give great quality service. If bought TVs, desktop and laptop computers and a few accessories to make my life easier. When youre in need and dont know which way to turn, just go to Aspire and get it done.

I took my PC for repair and chose this shop because of the high ratings and I was not disappointed. Safi tested it at no charge. Then repaired within 24 hours. Very friendly and a man of integrity. Will return again if I need to in the future! Thanks Safi!

Not cheapest around, not professional, and not the best. I took my desktop in because it was freezing and having hardware issues. The guy offered a free diagnostic, then charged $80 to wipe my hard drive and reinstall windows. He was upfront saying that it may not fix the issues, so I only have myself to blame I guess. Hes an amateur PC repair guy. Wiping a hard drive is NOT standard procedure or the first thing they should do. I dont understand all the 5 star reviews now that Ive been there. Dont be fooled. Google computer repair in Chattanooga and go with the place that has 94+ 5 star reviews. He might be far to drive but he is the best and only charged me $50 to diagnose and repair my computer - and he ACTUALLY repaired it.EDIT: In response to Aspires reply. I only have myself to blame. As I said, you are correct that you were upfront with me with what you would do and that it may not fix it. And yes, you were fair and nice to offer to install a new hard drive no charging for the service. Let me explain (1) not cheapest around - I just got my computer FULLY fixed (new hard drive installed, new fan installed, stress test program run on PC to test, new Windows installed) for $75. This local PC repair did more work than you for less money. (2) not professional, and not the best - While you were respectful and polite, the clutter of your store does not inspire confidence, I had to come back to get small parts from my PC you left out or replaced with sub-par parts. I just did business with a PC repairman that kept me fully updated with pics, advice, and more to ensure I could trust him and understand what he was doing before I paid him. I got more necessary work done on my PC, by someone who went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong (not just wipe the hardrive...which it didnt need), for LESS money.

This place will fix exactly what is needed and not charge an arm and a leg! Very honest and kind!

I finally decided to get my laptop fixed. I took it several places to get a price. Cell Phone Repair said they would take a look at it for 70$ then tell me what was wrong with it, then take up to 2 weeks to order and install the parts. I finally ended up at Aspire Computers on 58. Walked in and asked Dude if he would see what the problem was with my laptop. Dude grabbed it from me and started taking it apart. He had it fixed in like 5 minutes. He said it was a bad stick of ram. Charged me 10$. #happycustomer

They were great. My son built his own computer but it didnt work. When I took it to Aspire they said they would need to charge $60 to analyze it, which sounded very reasonable. They took it apart and found the motherboard was broken. They waved the $60 as they felt sorry that my sons computer wasnt working. I insisted to pay them but they said no. These guys are amazing. I will definately go back to them for any computer issues.

Took my laptop here to have repaired after Norton didnt catch a virus. Place was filthy & employee was barely one step above rude. He asked me what I wanted to save & I told him my pictures (from KodakEasyShare) & documents. He said he would save ALL MY PROGRAMS & pretty much everything else so after all the great reviews I was not too worried & assumed he would do what he said. I called that evening (Friday) at 4:45 & he said it was ready so I went & picked it up. Gave him cash & got no receipt. There was no conversation other than cost as he was in a big rush to get out of there. To make a long story short ALL MY PICTURES ARE GONE along with EASYSHARE software which renders my camera useless as EasyShare is no longer available! 10 years of pictures GONE! I have NONE OF MY PROGRAMS! No MS Office, no games, no Cyberlink DVD Burner NOTHING. Just a basic edition of Windows that is iffy at best. When I open pages they come up as just type half the time & after a few seconds will load properly. Not what I was told he would do. I would not recommend them to anyone. I just ordered a new computer which sucks because I LOVED this one.
