Found exactly what I was looking for. And they even pulled out 15 slabs for me to confirm the two pieces that I wanted.

My mother-in-law was so excited to have granite installed in her new home. When she and my wife met Mark, they were impressed with his knowledge. She gave him the go-ahead to measure and again, was impressed. When the install team was over an hour and a half late, she was willing to overlook it. While they worked, the 2 guys were whispering and kinda made her uneasy. When they were finished, all was well; or so we thought. When I went to install her faucet, the hole that was cut wasnt large enough. So she placed many calls to the office, and to Marks cell phone, and got no answer or return calls all evening. We also discovered that the drain apparatus and fittings were not installed. So the next morning, my mother-in-law went up to the office to inform them that the hole needed to be drilled and the drain needed to be installed, only to be told that the drain was an additional cost (which Mark failed to inform her when she purchased the over $200 sink) and that Mark was out of the office, and they couldnt call him, they could only text him. When he finally answered once, he stated that he would return our call when he got back to the office. While we were waiting for his call, we realized that the install guys dented the brand new $2300 refrigerator. My mother-in-law told the guys in the office that she was very upset about the refrigerator and wanted Mark to do something about it. This was all on the week of July 8th, and to this date we have had no response. I had to go buy a drill bit and pray that I didnt damage or crack the granite in the process. I would NOT recommend this company due to irresponsible owners who do not want to take responsibility for the damage their installers do. They were willing to write off the $1500 still owed on the account to keep from replacing the refrigerator that they damaged.

I was recommended to this company with high reviews as well. I have called three separate times the last two weeks with no return phone calls. I left two voice messages for someone in the sales department and spoke to someone personally that said someone would call me right back. I hate leaving a negative review, but since I was referred to this company my hopes are that someone reads this and fixes the sales department communication methods!

Wow, is the only way to explain them, great price, quality work and material, friendly, and up front explanations on what to expect, they will no doubt work to please you, I wish I had enough time to tell you everything but this is all I can get in. Bottom line is you want them for your project, but please take there advice, they know what they are talking about.

Scott and Mark were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We are still deciding what we want in our new home and these folks took time showing us around and explaining the products and their services and process. They jumped to the top of our list!

Scenic City Granite did a wonderful job at my house. The original kitchen counters that came with the house were not installed well, the bar area was very narrow, and the builder used a prep sink instead of a standard size kitchen sink. Scenic City Granite suggested a wider bar area and installed a large kitchen sink (big improvement), as well as beautiful new counters. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend.

Recently I had granite countertops installed in my kitchen and I LOVE the results. A friend recommend Scenic City and I found Scott, Mark, and Charlie all to be very helpful and patient with the selection process. They helped me find the colors in the granite that were perfect for my kitchen while still staying within my budget. Their installation team was so nice and it was a relief to find a company that would deliver when they said they would. This company had what I considered most important - selection, price and dependability.

Im currently remodeling a house and as expected Ive had to hire a people to do some of the work that Im not skilled to do. Scott and his team surpassed my expectations by doing something the others that Ive hired didnt do - showed up when scheduled and did exactly as they said theyll do. Loved working with this company everyone was so nice and friendly and very helpful. Explained everything to us. The guys that came to install the countertops introduced themselves when they arrived at my house and they even called the next day to check if everything was okay and if I liked my countertops. Will definitely use them again for other projects.

From first meeting with Scott out on the lot picking out a piece of stone, to deciding on a sink (which are better quality than the box stores), to the very knowledgeable measurer Mark, to the very detail oriented 3 person install team, this was a great experience. First time Ive ever purchased and had a countertop installed. I highly recommend SCT&G. You have many places to pick from for granite, this place was top notch!

Our experience with Charley and his team has been exceptional from the day we set foot on his lot straight thru to install. We were greeted within one minute of arrival, two team members met with us and explained the different options and asked great questions to make sure we understood it all. They completed our quote in one day; upon approval of the quote, within one day called us to schedule appointment to come to our home to make measurements and within one week the granite was professionally installed. For each appointment, they arrived exactly at the time they scheduled us for. The installation team worked with great care in bringing product into our home and did not cause any damage to our cabinetry and cleaned up, hauled off and left us some gorgeous countertops.We were in the cabinetry business for many years and worked with a number of countertop companies - SCTG is by far the best.We will enjoy our kitchen for many years to come. Scenic City Tile and Granite is terribly disappointing in their service and quality of work. My husband and I picked out a slab of granite from a discount pile as we only needed one slab for our kitchen. They nicely gave us a small sample to take home. Upon scrutinizing the sample in our kitchen, we were worried about the color choice. A few days after, and a week before our scheduled installation, my husband went back to Scenic City Tile and Granite to pick out a better aesthetic granite option. (Prior to this, I called to confirm no work had been started on our granite and it was fine to pick a new slab.) While there, we talked to the same lady who originally helped us. We confirmed our new granite choice. We even saw her write it down in her notebook.The day of installation, my husband and I were at work so had our childcare provider open up our house. When she sent picture texts, it was the wrong granite! They had installed the original choice color, and not what we had finalized on. After my husband called to make them aware of the issue, he found out they did not even install the slab we picked from the discount pile. Instead, they had installed a slab (same type/color) from the full-price area. Because granite is a natural stone and can vary so dramatically from slab to slab, that is why there are granite yards so customers can go and pick out the right granite for them. This all said, they didn’t even make a mistake in our granite change installing our original choice. They installed the wrong-wrong granite!Due to their mix-up, they told my husband that they would charge us the price of the granite we had finalized on. However, when we got the bill, it was for the first granite price (which was more expensive). They did update the bill, but it was quite disappointing we had to correct their every error. They were too sloppy in their management to catch this before causing the customer multiple issues!Additionally, we had two errors in installation. The first error was a door in our kitchen could no longer open because they did not cut the granite to accommodate the door swing. While originally meeting with the lady who helped us, we even mentioned that the measurement would need to be perfect because of this tight door space. Our current countertop had this tolerance allowing the door to close and we assumed the granite would allow for the same need. However, it was not cut right and our door would not fully open. They did eventually send a crew back out. They did not secure & seal off the area before cutting, nor give me the opportunity, before they began work. Instead, they left our kitchen and adjoining rooms a dusty DISASTER. My husband and I spent a whole evening washing down walls, appliances, cabinets, floors, countertops, windows etc. all for their original mistake.The second issue we had with our granite was it developed a bright green fluorescent tint. They came out and blowtorched the area, but there is still mild discoloration. Additionally, we are disappointed no one has ever followed up with us after all of our TERRIBLE service to make sure the job was done correctly. After this much hassle from them, I would appreciate some courtesy. Additionally, each time they were scheduled to come to the house (for measurement, installation, and repairs), they were terribly late on all occasions. Most times my husband or I would have to call to confirm they were even coming.After the poor service and workmanship we have received from Scenic City Tile and Granite, I can confidently say I will NEVER patron their store or recommend them to a friend, acquaintance, or even enemy. Truly disappointing on every level.
