This was a wonderful treat. The yogurt was great and the toppings were too many to choose from.

My great nephew introduced me to this place and it has a very diverse selection. Very clean atmosphere and the people that are so friendly and helpful. Also the decorations are really cool and kid friendly.

Wont Be Back!! My husband and I use to come here all the time, years ago, when it first opened. Everything was delicious and fresh with natural flavors. Friendly staff. It has been a few years since we have been here and today we had a sweet craving and decided to stop in for that good frozen yogurt we remembered. NOW...well, the only good thing is the staff is still friendly. The frozen yogurt was watery and did not taste anything like frozen yogurt. The flavors were 100% artificial tasting. My cheese cake topping was like chewing on rubber. The peanut butter flavor tasted like it was made from old, stale peanut butter. Way over priced for the quality. We paid $14 for 2 small cups with 1 topping each. We were disappointed in how much this place has went down hill.

How could you rate a place that only sells ice cream, frozen yogurt and and other type of additional sugar filled topping any thing less than 5 stars? I wouldn’t say they staff are super friendly but if you are coming here to get your sweet tooth fix on then you will certainly be satisfied.

I dont write reviews but I have to, I had the absolute best customer service experience ever! I left my diaper bag there and I didnt realize until I got home. I live 2 hours away and probably wouldnt have been able to go back to get it. Crystal went above and beyond and mailed my diaper bag for me. She did not have to do that and Im beyond grateful she did! She deserves a pay raise for her kindness! I will definitely be coming back everytime I visit chattanooga!

Love this place!!! Took my 2 youngest boys for my middle ones 9th birthday. He got free ice cream fir birthday didnt like it and they let. Him make another for free we loved it

I go here very often and always get chocolate frozen yogurt with caramel cups. It never disappoints and the staff is always friendly.

I work nearby, making Sweet Frog the perfect place to swing by for an afternoon after-work treat. Always a great selection and always tasty. The staff is also friendly. Thank you Sweet Frog for being there to satisfy my froyo cravings. Y’all never fail to put a big ole smile on my face!

Seems to have a new -very nice manager . Everything very clean, lots of selections. They give you a glove to pull the lever! The employee in charge of getting the toppings now.

Great place to spend family time

My daughters and Grandson took me to Sweet Frog for Mothers Day and it was absolutely great! The restaurant is very pleasing to the eye and the setup of the frozen yogurt dispensers are absolutely awesome! They have so many toppings that you would not believe! The cost is charged by weight of your cup, so be careful it can be a bit pricey if you really load it down with all kinds of toppings. This is an awesome awesome place! My husband and I have been there at least three more times within a two week period since Mothers Day. I didnt think he would like it but he truly enjoyed it! The taste of the frozen yogurt is premium and absolutely delicious!! My favorite is white chocolate frozen yogurt and cotton candy mixed together. They have it set up where you can get one or the other from the dispensers located on the wall or you can have them come out of the dispenser already mixed!! They have several different flavors! You will NOT regret going to have some frozen yogurt at Sweet Frog!

I love it here. Its a great place to bring yourself or anyone. Its super family friendly with great music playing and a nice treat after a long hot days work. Love this place!

Great Fro-yo! A little disappointed that its starting to look a little run down and half the machines were out of order when we were in last. Very young staff is uninterested, unfriendly and unengaged with clientele. We hope it will find some better workers and make a great comeback!

Really good frozen yogurt

The product is delicious, I just know I can purchase frozen yogurt of the same quality for half the price at different places. The lily pad tables were cute though. Its definitely more of an aesthetic thing, I suppose.

Love the selections. They used to play christian music, which I enjoyed hearing, although when I was at the Gunbarrel location in October they had it on a local non christian music station.

Can be a little pricey depending upon how many extra goodies you put atop your yogurt. But, the yogurt is good. Decent selection. And, has a couple sugar-free options as well.

Sweet Frog has a great assortment of Froyo and toppings. Prices are a little high but competitive with other places. Staff is great.

Incredibly rude, Will never come back

Honestly, half of the yogurts were empty or not working.. I remember when it first started up my girlfriend and I went there. It was AMAZING. Seems as if it has fallen off. Store was clean, tons of toppings.. but I mean we LITERALLY had 5 options to choose from. They had cups over top of some cause they didnt work. There was paper notes above the handles asking for people to make sure to pull the handle back up.... assuming the handles were messed up... was pretty disappointed.

2 non-dairy flavors- mango and watermelon. I had the watermelon and enjoyed it. There were plenty of fruit toppings. The flavors have allergen labels.

They gave us a glove to use on the handles of the machines. No samples given at this time. And the candy buffet is employee handled only.

Honestly these preboxed ice cream/yogurt places are all so similar in style its hard to determine one from another. But I think thats what makes this one so unique. While still generic business wise, the family feel inside is what sets it apart. It helps, of course, that the frozen treats are delicious that you really cant buy in a retail store.

THIS PLACE HAS MOLD. They truly deserve a zero star. They should have shut down a long time ago. The last few months I have been(only a hand full of times) it was trashed, dirty lobby, the topping counter is covered in crumbs and looks like it hasnt been cleaned all day. Then I saw mold tonight. On the YOGURT MACHINE. I take a closer look and the machine screen says it needs to be cleaned...ican only imagine how dirty the inside is if mold came out. i asolutely will never never go back, I will be contacting corporate. I have 2 toddler 3 & 4. So my hands were very full!! The girl working was awesome. She got warmed up to my youngest ( which is very different hes ALWAYS SHY.. Not with her. Nice folks, good variety except for one thing, most of the yogurt is either low fat or non fat. I like the creaminess of regular yogurt.

The gunbarrel location has lost my business. The last three weeks I have gone in it has been so hot I could not even stay to enjoy my yogurt... and the topping were melted!!! Last week over half of their yogurts were out....They have had styrofoam cups for weeks...not even their name brand...it just looks bad on the store...I cant spend my money in a place that clearly cuts corners to save money and cant even fix the air...

Of all of the frozen yogurt options around Ooltewah and Chattanooga, this place is by far the best! Their flavors are great and the quality of their yogurt is a cut above the competition. Nice place for kids too!

Great selection of yogurt, great selection of flavors available. My favorite part was you can mix flavors together. Flavors can be swirled together to make a unique combination

We love this little shop, but beware that they will not honor Sweet Frogs gift cards purchased from Amazon at this location.

Not impressed at all, the dark headed girl behind the counter(guess no name tags here) has absolutely no personality not a hello, a smile or even a thank you have a good day. Next time we will go somewhere else or go back to Dalton,Ga and eat and support local at the sweet spot!!

I came in and the workers looked dead, so smile what so ever. When I got my ice cream and was gonna pay for it with my gift card, they said it didn’t work, and they made me throw it away, like at least be nice and let me have it for free. Anyways literally, they look like the most mean people ever, I do not recommend eeevvveeerrr going there eeevvveeerrr.

Several machines were broken and flavors were out topping bar was also very scarce. Needs some management attention for sure.

A lot of machines were out of order. Tables and machine areas were all really dirty. Bathroom was terrible. Everything was sticky and there was something smudged all over the bathroom walls. They need to up their cleaning regimen.
