When you hear the name big lots you typically think big store but definitely not the case here. does have the basics but not as big as some big lots that youve been to in the past. Everybody was really friendly has more of the neighborhood market vibe to it which is right next door!

Good clean store with lots of food items. Some deals and not so good deals. But I did see some hard to find food items.

Wonderful place to find that item, such as decorative pillows, area rugs, furniture, snack foods, decorative items for your garden, phone chargers. I never knew Big Lots had such an amazing selection of things. Very nice cashier.

Its after holidays so Im bring a little critical, but store seems like it missed a few shipments or stock is lower than normal. The folks are helpful and nice but you kinda have to go looking to find someone to help. big lots is a great store, they just need a little more stock and it would be a 4.7 instead of a 3.5. Ill check this store out again next week and see if the stock selection is improved.

This store was well stocked and the employees were polite,but not particularly helpful. We were shopping for a mattress. That we went straight to that department should have clued someone into the fact that we came to spend some major dollars. We could have been shopping for chewing gum from the staffs response. If I am looking to make a major purchase,I would like a little more attention. Just saying...

Found everything I was looking for and was less expensive then other stores. Had a 20% off coupon which saved me money also. Everyone was friendly too.

Christmas selection picked over pretty good, otherwise fine experience, all employees I encountered were friendly and helpful.

I needed outdoor string lights. I looked online and couldnt find any that lights that would not be delivered for 3 weeks. I went straight to Big Lots and got exactly what I wanted for a cheaper price. :-)

There was better stuff here this year for Christmas than there have been the last couple.

It was okay. No refrigerated section. And does not except all forms of payment. Its 2020. You really should be accepting all forms of payment methods.

Day 247. Still waiting in line as the christmas season brings increased traffic. Could open more lines, but returns being processed is vastly more important than checking out paying guests to recoup lost earnings on said returns. Ever wonder why big lots has ample parking? If I had remembered my cooking pan, I wouldnt be here

Still a neat place but the deals have changed. Use to love this place, now its a give or take.

Besides the store being cluttered they had a lot of nice items in stock! There was one item I was going to buy but the last one on the shelf was broken, which ruined my shopping trip at this store. I have 4 stars because they need to make sure broken items are taken off the shelves.

Was very pleased with the Christmas items. The winterland deco was especially beautiful.

Although they didnt have what I was looking for, I was able to get good deals on other items. Customer service was pleasant and friendly.

Pretty well organized. Staff if really friendly, only had one person give me attitude once. They have a little bit of everything at decent prices.

They have some really nice things but not as sweet as bargin hunt on 153 lower prices on couches and loveseat, towels hell go check out bargin hunt you will see

Was at big lots today, it is ok, dont really have much to say. Plenty of packing at that time, can find good deals on and off. The staffs are not too bad but not very friendly. They are ok.

Big selections for the house and very good prices

Retail store who has forgotten its calling. Originally an overstock outlet, now its just another retailer with prices comparable to everyone else. OK change if youre tired of Dollar General.

This is NOT a discount store. Their prices are higher than most places except on clearance items and furniture. The furniture is priced very fairly.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had a price match question for cashier. Was directed to a manager named karen who was talking with her relative. I walked over and ask ? But she didnt reply good and laughed on us after we left furniture section. This woman could care less about the customer. Never going back there!
