My first time visiting Modern Supply. I was needing an HVAC part. I walked and was treated as if they had known me their whole lifes. Im not a contractor but I was treated as such. Meaning contractors are always there and always spending that money but the employees didnt treat me any different than anyone else. Employees are very, very knowledgeable. Ask for Anthony Patton, he took care of my situation with no problem. A very good place for HVAC parts.
