My A/C was broken when the heat index was in the upper 90s. Their receptionist and on-site crew were polite, friendly, and easy to work with. Sadly after 21 years our Carrier unit blew a compressor. Called Ted Fugent that I have used for same 21 years. They agreed time to replace with a new unit. Blake took care of our needs and Preston did a great job on the install. Thanks guys.., hopefully another 21 years.

I do the maintenance contract where they come out twice a year to clean and check my air unit. There service people are always on time and friendly. On this call they discovered a relay going bad and replace it. Much better than having my unit go down during the hot summer months.

I was having a problem with my air conditioner not cooling my home so I contacted Ted Fugunt Heating and Air. A gentleman by the name of Charles came out diagnosed the problem and let me know what the cost would be upfront in order to take care of the problem. He was very courteous and prompt. The problem was fixed the same day!! Will definitely use Ted Fugunt again. Nothing like walking into a cool home when it is 90 degrees outside in Tennessee!!

RED FLAGTotally dishonest. Blake the owners son came out and said my fan motor on the unit in my garage was faulty and will replace it just for the cost of the part that he said was $1600.I called Trane but could not get a price till I called 20 times. The cost of the fan motor with the entire module was $570.00. He was there less than an hour. He said the est was $65.00.Blake said their Company cost of of reacing a fan motor is $1600.He told me he was doung it for the cost of the part.DO NOT CALL Dishonest FugentS

Our upstairs air conditioning unit quit working during the last blast of summer. Blake came out on a Saturday morning and got it running before lunch.

A few months ago my son came over to eat one night and was down in our basement where are heating unit was. We had noticed every since our heating unit was installed a few years ago that there was a smell in the basement but we were told by the guys at Ted Fugent, who install the unit, that it was just a smell that the units that were dual-fuel had. My son said we had a gas leak. We called Our gas company to check the unit and when they came out they said the unit had been leaking every since it was installed because it was installed improperly. So for several years our unit had been leaking gas all the time because the installation was done wrong. At any time we could have had a disaster because the unit was leaking gas. We paid over $7,400 for this unit and it was a top-of-the-line Carrier unit. For this to have happened is beyond anything we could imagine. We would never recommend Ted Fugent to anyone.

Service man was at my house an hour (15 minutes on his cell phone), kind of fixed the problem (I still have to call someone else out to finish fixing the problem) and charged me $285. for the service call. When I spoke with the manager at the office about this (I felt like it was too much), he told me that they charge $225. and hour for service. If you call them, be sure you have pockets lined with gold to pay them. I will NEVER use them again!

Worst experience Ive ever had with a company. Rude and never on time. Then they make you feel like you are wrong for being upset about THEIR tardiness. Never using this company again.

Ted Fugunt Heating and Air Came out to service my unit. They serviced my unit and found copper wires rubbing and fixed them for free. Also they found my contactor burnt pretty bad and my capacitor bad. They had the parts on their van and didnt have to go anywhere to get the parts. For the service call and the parts it wasnt expensive at all. Also they had a coupon and mentioned it at the time of service. Highly recommend giving this business for any of your HVAC needs

Didnt fix anything. Replaced capacitor, still didnt blow cold air. My husband had to tell them what to do to get it bowing cold air again.

If its an emergency theyll take card of it. They have saved situations a few times.

I had a well-known company come out and tell me I had a bad compressor the repair cost was going to be $3200 I called Ted Fugunt heating and air for a second opinion and Blake came to my house and found a problem that stop the compressor from running.he repaired the problem for $300 and also cleaned and serviced my unit it has never worked better thank you Ted Fugunt heating and air.
