I was in the Buffalo area from another state on family business that involved my being at the hospital. On Friday the screen burned out on my phone. As all my contact info, flight info and just the ability to be in contact with the hospital. When I called the store in Cheektowaga and explained my situation they said to come in and they would get me taken care of. Upon arrival they helped me file an insurance claim and told me they would handle the rest. The store told me I had more important things to worry about than my phone. The store went above and beyond to repair my phone and get me back to my family. I am grateful and highly appreciative of the service I received and would both recommend their company and use their service again.

Took an apple laptop to try and get data off of it.The machine turned on after liquid spill. Let them know and they stated no guarantees and I was fine with that. I recieved a call that a video adapter would be needed and should take care of the issue.Waited and after 4 days of hearing nothing, stopped in to pick it up.Well it didnt even power on, desk clerk looked clueless and after coming from the back basically stated, it was beyond repair and couldnt be fixed. Well thank you for letting me know and the receipt mentioned the battery was toast... funny how it did power up before bringing it in.Would give them 2 stars but added one just because they didnt charge me even though unit is now completely dead on return.I work on PCs not Apple which was why I entrusted it to an Apple auhrorized‽ repair place... now I know better.

My deceased husbands phone broke because I was letting my 8 year old son use it. The screen smashed and it wouldnt even take a charge, which depressed both of us because all of his old photos, texts, and emails were on it. I walked in and the phone was completely fixed within 30 minutes. Im so happy and relieved (and amazed, this phone was in bad shape)!!

After going to a place in the mall to have ny phone fixwd, I ended up here after I realized the phone wasnt working properly and the screen seemed smaller. Once they replaced the knockoff screen and back with the correct Samsung parts, the phone is like new. What difference, phone is back to normal! Great service!!

My experience here was less than stellar. First, I had an Asurian claim repair scheduled to co.e to me through UbreakiFix, and they no showed. I then attempted to drop off my phone for repair instead. After being told I could pick it up after I got out of work, I arrived to them closing up shop for the day 2 hours early. I admittedly got verbally frustrated at which point they went back I side to retrieve my phone for me. I will be avoiding repair with this outfit as often as possible.

These service tech guys really helped me out big time. (Wish I could remember their names). Took my phone here to have it looked at 4-1-2021 cause I couldnt make calls, text or recieve any. Was there about 15, 20 minutes and I was back up and running. Dont know what you guys did but it helped so much being Im in the process of planing a funeral. Greatly appreciated.

The responsiveness to my problem was thorough and professional. The manager, Josh, was very attentive. The issue I had was with a laptop. Every attempt was made to service the product through the manufacturer’s warranty. It took a while as it needed to be sent back to the manufacturer, which took months, but the turnaround in the Ubreakifix repair shop was reasonable. Time was taken to stay in communication and keep me apprised of repair status. Laptop is back with me and is working.

Brought my note 9 in for screen repair. Phone came back good as new, im a happy customer plus if you notice any operating problems you can return to the store and they fix it [within a set time limit of course].

DO NOT LET THEM WORK ON APPLE COMPUTERS THEY KNOW NOTHING!!!I recently took my MacBook Pro in for a service that they recommended because it was working a little slow but it was still working they told me itll take between 1-3 days on the 3rd day I called at it was still not complete. a week and half goes by and a get a call from them say my MacBooks data was completely erased and there is no way of getting it back and on top of that the computer does not work anymore. then recommended that I upgrade the memory chip inside the computer to get it to work again.I went in and took back the computer, took it straight to the apple store they retrieved all my data and told me that when they did the BackUP they erased the software that operates the whole computer and didnt know how to put it back. so apple download it back to its factory state and backed up the hard drive the MacBook works like new and only took about an hour to do. These guys are crooks and only want you to sign up to asourion so they can get there commission I was asked 20 times in my visit to sign up poor excuse for a business. ill never come back and make sure family and friends dont either

I relied on Ubreakifix in San Antonio to fix my phones when I lived there. Recently needed repair for my Google Pixel 4, so I drove 2 hours to the Cheektowaga store to get Google certified service. I had to wait around all afternoon (Google engineers fault, not Ubreakifix). They got it running for a reasonable fee.

I chose to update my review since Ive had to use their services again recently. The five stars are staying, as theyre completely deserved. I needed a screen repair to be completed the same day. They managed to complete the task in under an hour. While your repair time may vary, as the store wasnt particularly busy that day, the very friendly and extremely helpful associates are the reason I will always bring my broken tech to this location.

I went to have the Touch ID Haptic Feedback repaired on an iPhone 7, which stopped working after having a new battery installed. I knew that this was the problem with the phone.When doing a quick diagnostic, they told me Id need a new home button. However, I asked to keep the Apple original home button, as Ive had negative experiences with third-party ones.Pang was amazingly kind and understanding. I have no issue at all with the customer service at all, and would go back just for the warmth and accommodation Pang showed. However...I get called back after about an hour and a half. Someone from the back comes out and tells me that the issue with my Touch ID was exactly what Id anticipated -- when the new battery was replaced, one of the ribbon connectors wasnt properly fastened. I say thats excellent!Then Im informed that my screen was broken in the process and would have to pay $50 for the cost of the new screen. So to me, this shows that since the actually issue was just a simple fix, they had to get more out of me.I wouldve paid for the cost of labor and the convenience of them fixing it, however, they accidentally breaking my screen and repairing it, and then making me pay. It seemed like a scheme, which felt dishonest to me.The person who repaired also said -- So it turned out to be pretty convenient that the screen broke, huh? Implying that they found out about the loose Home button connector because of the broken screen.To finalize, Ive had problems with the screen since. The screen sensitivity is very inconsistent, with no way of fixing. Either too responsive or not at all at parts.Im very disappointed with my experience. Im sure others have had great ones, which is awesome! This is just to heed a warning to those that may have an idea whats wrong with their device -- assuming its not a simple fix.

This place was great. Clearly laid out expectations and price. Hang the service rep at desk was super customer focused. Going to place like that is like the Emergency Room he makes all people fell good that they are gonna help. Great demeanor...all customer service should be like this.

It did take a little bit of time to get my phone fixed. But I had it fully repaired within the same day and it works great. Insurance claim was easy to do and process so I wouldnt have to pay out of pocket .

Fixed my phone very quickly and the store is very clean inside and smells very nice and the workers were very friendly.the walls in the store tasted very nice and like soap and a little cold on my tongue.

I was told my tablet would take 3 - 5 business days to repair. I dropped it off toward the end of the day on Saturday (they were closed on Sunday) and MUCH to my SURPRISE, I received a text at 10:00 AM on Monday that my device was repaired and ready for pick up. The staff was very professional and friendly. This is not the first time I have used u break I fix and I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend them.

Brought in my ps4 because it was running a little slow and long story shorty 2 weeks and $150 later they... switched out my hdd.. a literal 10 minute job that the part is 30-50 bucks and takes 4 screws and a click to achieve. My GF had it done as a surprise and I was happy until I heard they charged a whole new playstation to change out my hdd with one im sure isnt new. I cant talk on how the work is because the job was as hard as ejecting a vhs and inserting a new one. Next time just go on youtube and buy your part off amazon. Im sure had I taken it in it would have been significantly less since I know a hdd issue is a simple fix and they saw a girl that didnt know any better and charged $150 plus tax to fix a console I can get new for $200.

So I broke the lens to the camera on my phone! I have no idea how I could have happened overnight but it didnt happen overnight! My camera phone is my livelihood I take photos! And so I decided to call up I spoke to a gentleman named sShe, he was professional gave me all the information that I needed. I came in I was given a three-hour window of repair it was done on under that time. It was a fast easy service, a little bit more expensive than I had imagined it would be. The only thing I would have changed about my visit is that they could have cleaned my phone off seeing that were in the middle of a pandemic and they had their hands all over it. Other than that it was a quick fix!!

I was a mess - phone shattered and unusable and starting a new remote job in less than 24 hours - with a call expected and no way to contact my new employer. Josh calmed me down and handled everything. I had a fully repaired phone in a couple of hours. So relieved!

Workmanship so far looks good, but how Im treated as a customer is another story. They had to order the screen for my phone bcuz they dont carry it on hand, so I paid half down. They took my number and I was told they will call when it comes in. I waited about 3 weeks and no call...I called them and they said it has been in. I took my phone to get get fixed, was told it will take 5 hours. I show up and again they said it has been done. Both my phone and my contact phone was written down incorrectly. This is ridiculous. I gave them my mothers number to call when the phone is done. The technician took the number and I asked if he got it 3 times, yet they still didnt call me.

Low Quality Phone ScreensWent in with my IPhone XS Max to have the screen replaced. After having it for a week I noticed the 3D haptics weren’t working right especially when typing on the keyboard. I took my phone in, Showed them and his response was we gave you a low quality phone screen. And instead of fixing it I was told I’d have to pay for the high quality ( Apple ) screen to have it back to normal. Which would be another $140 on top of what I already paid. They don’t tell you that they are using a low quality screen when you bring it in. And they say they are professional. Professional would be only having apple certified screens... Extremely disappointing especially with such an expensive phone.

Very bad service experience.I had an approximately 2 hours fix for my phoneand i wanted my phone fix at the same day. I Arrived to the store at noon but the part was missing from store, they said they will ship it from next store within half an hour . And have it ready in 2 hours. After more then an hour of wait the part didnt Arrive. I Traveled 30 min. to the next store to save time and there they informed me it cant be fixed today because theyre busy . Spent a day an half waiting for a 2 hour fix.

The work they do is top quality! But they try to put other services on you and dont seem to understand the words no thanks.

Expensive but cheaper than a new phone

Fixed quickly, two educated and professional employees, but one bad egg. This gets a 4 star because I went to the amherst location to get my brothers galaxy note 10 plus fixed. I called in before hand and let the employee know I would be there soon. When I got there he said there were no screens in stock and to go to the transit location. Now obviously, he should have told me this information before hand. I got to the transit location and they ALSO DID NOT have it in stock. The employee there though, was competent and took 5 seconds of his time to locate a store that did have it in stock in Cheektowaga. The last store employee did great explaining and breaking down coverage, deserves a raise and promotion. Name on receipt was Eh. S.Overall speedy, but the 1st employee failed to give me good information because he was just lazy. I will never go to the amherst location again, he should be fired for wasting an hour of my time.

I would highly recommend this establishment. Their customer service and expertise are both highly impressive. I went in to fix my IPad and wasn’t even charged! They said the repair was too simple to put a price tag on it! I hope none of my other electronics break, but if they do, I know where I’ll be taking them. Thanks so much guys!

Should be called “we break you fix”Guy gave me a broken phone, realized it when I walked out the door and when I went back in to tell him he said I had to pay to get it fixed again, even though he’s the one who broke it. Guy is a typical scam artist, just a heads up. He also broke my buddy’s iPhone X when he couldn’t figure out how to put it back together. Steer clear. Guy will break your stuff.

Was told a price for my phone, then after dropping it off got a call that i needed to replace the back glass (shouldve been told that before I left or I wouldnt have even paid the deposit). Had to drive back out to get phone without it being repaired. The miscommunication was the reason for the poor rating as it felt like an attempt to oversell me.

Amazing experience. My laptop wouldnt turn on or charge and I was going to just buy a new laptop, but instead I brought it here and they fixed it in a matter of hours!! They said it would take a couple days but they got it done a few hours! Everything is working now and Brandon, the guy who fixed my computer was very informative. Cost me only 49 bucks to get my laptop back up and running! Definitely would return!!!

Joe and Lonny were incredible! My phone screen shattered this morning, rendering it unusable, and as a 20-year-old girl that sucks. I made an appointment online, but showed up early. Lonny immediately checked me in and Joe got to work. Not only were they fast and efficient, but their customer service skills were unmatched.
