David was super helpful switching us over to a family plan! Very patient and extremely nice! He made switching a couple of the lines over to Metro PCS easy and painless. Highly recommend checking out this location and switching over to Metro PCS. Really great service, he went above and beyond!
The people at the Cheektowaga Metro by T-Mobile are buffoons! Before I went to their location, I called Metro to see how much it cost to add a line to my plan. The rep told me it would be 25 dollars. Im like ok cool. I didnt have a sim card so I went to the Cheektowaga location for service. I get there and tell the first associate that I wanted to add a line to my plan and he tells me it would be 50 dollars a month extra. I told him the Metro rep on the phone told me 25 dollars. He says, theyre wrong its 50 dollars. I leave the store. I call back the Metro phone rep and they tell me to go back to the store and just buy the sim card and theyll activate the additional line over the phone. I go back to the store and ask this skinny white lady to buy a sim card. I think she was the manager. You can tell just by looking at her she hates her life. She tells me oh no you cant buy a sim card here in a condescending rude manner. Again I said the Metro rep said to buy the sim and they would charge me 25 dollars for the extra line. She says theyre lying to you with a straight face. She checked my account and said its 50 dollars. I leave the store. I go to the Niagara Falls Metro store and told them about the ridiculousness at the Cheektowaga store. They all laughed. I bought a sim card not activated with no problem, call the Metro rep back and activated my phone for 25 dollars like I told them in the first place. Bottom line, the associates at the Cheektowaga Metro PCS store needs to be retrained. Horrible service!
I bought a brand new phone, and it randomly doesnt work right, for ex.. it will go into airplane mode by itself, texts wont come thru or send unless I restart the phone and the volume turns off by itself so I dont hear my calls. The store told me they couldnt help me unless I could replicate the problem. I asked how I was suppose to do that when it happens randomly. I even showed them text conversations.that clearly show and even state that I wasnt receiving texts and then they all of a sudden all showed up at once. I told them its not even possible to send all these texts in one minute, but that wasnt good enough. I just spent hundreds of dollars on the phone, its still under manufacturers warranty, and they refused to help me. I will be switching phone carriers immediately.

People Nevers open this time store on time and people inside and open and closes whenever they chose.
I am very dissatisfied.Apparently I only needed a new charger. But was told my phone was bent and was not under warranty.Dont try and sell someone something because your sales are 👇 down. I can see why. Which is unprofessional for 2 to 3 people trying to sell a phone to one person.Then I tried returning the phone for a refund within the hour and was told i couldnt because it was an upgrade. I wouldnt recommend anyone doing business there.Usually Im happy when I get a new phone but Im very displeased. But i definitely will be calling the manager in the morning!Im sadly not happy to be a new customer.
The lady was the absolute WORST yesterday. Basically asked me to leave when i wanted to send port to port back with the phone number from Verizon Wireless because my phone number originally did not come through. Then convinced me of trying to cheat her commision. Never going her again. RUDE

Beware of this store. They try to tell you they no longer have the cheaper $30 plan for 2 GB. I called all the other stores and they still have the cheaper plan. Nothing but lies. Bad way in doing business with customers. I will never go there again. Who knows what else they lie about.
