Like all of the newer Market Baskets, this is well laid out, has a great selection and the prices are great. I hate buying nice cheese anyplace else, except maybe Trader Joes, since the prices are so much higher. Its a pretty significant difference in prices across the board.

This particular Market Basket is my personal go-to Market Basket. This store is always very neat and clean. Their shelves are always stocked ( with the exception of shopping on a Monday, occasionally they run out of something that I typically buy, but they have it stocked again asap) the employees are always extremely courteous, kind, and helpful and I can honestly say that after shopping at this particular Market Basket on a weekly basis for over 10 years, I have never had a bad shopping experience!If your looking to shop when its less crowded, I have found that its best to go early morning when they first open. ☺

The kitchen meals are amazing. I love them for lunch through the majority of the week. There is a great variety when it comes to just what you can get. When you know what you want to get and execute the plan then it is a satisfactory experience.

This place is a great store. All employees are very helpful. The food prices are very good . Clean store, Very convenient for me to shop at . I would like to see them sell beer and wine.at some point.

Market Basket owns my second favorite tonic (Chelmsford ginger ale), so I must go there. Beyond that, the prices are so affordable that they have a high volume of traffic. Yep, Demoulas is friend of the poor. And their in-house kitchen and bakery are very good. Try their baby apple strudels from the bakery. Or have them make an Italian sub your way.

In-N-Out stopped in for a quick drink and some paper towels it was nice and quiet in there theyre not as busy since they opened the New market basket

Friendly staff, helpful, will help carry groceries to car. Great selection of meats and produce. Prices are lower than surrounding competition. Must time right to avoid huge crowd and long wait at registers.

I am not happy that the senior hours are no longer available. This virus is not over and seniors are still at risk, even with the shot. There are still many people that are not cleaning very well and your store is no different not cleaning the food belts, etc

Today was a joke at the kitchen! Kids just ignoring the line arguing with each other. The meatloaf and mash looked disgusting!And I watched the little girl with an attitude completely just ignore the little old lady in line.

Still not sanitizing checkout areas and no wipes for carriages. Have to bring my own. No biggie but cashier area should be sanitized regularly. Also, tell employees masks are worn over the nose, not just the mouth.

Good low prices

This Market Basket is a good one. Easy in and out.

Store was fairly busy. Store is not as laid out as the other Market Baskets. Stocked well. However No one is paying attention to the arrows on the floor or above.Cashiers are pleasant and baggers are ok. Some of them need to learn to pack a bag

I would like to describe my unfortunate experience today at the Chelmsford market basket on Chelmsford st. First and foremost my cashier was very pleasant . I checked out at register 11 and the cashiers name was Lucas . He was very nice and very welcoming. Sadly this review has a com and it’s very significant. The bagger that worked with Lucas had sunglasses on so eye contact with customers wasn’t a thing . When I finally checked out Lucas handed me my receipt and wished me a good rest of my day as i did the same. I also thanked the bagger as i always do and he said nothing back. At that point i wondered why he didn’t say anything back but i continued on .My sister was in front of me checking out then she left to put the bags in my car . It wasn’t till i got in my car I learned He didn’t say a word to both me or my sister who i brought to go shopping . The fact that she shared the same thoughts had me turning back to look and realized that he was engaging with the customer who was behind me . During these trying times it pains me to think that his actions were deliberate. I’m not sure if it has anything to do with the fact that my sister and I are minorities and the gentleman behind me was white that we were given two different experiences. This led me to believe that this was on purpose. I can’t imagine how many others go through it but it’s my job to call this out to ensure that something can be done or at the very least this encounter is noted . Why was this man wearing sunglasses while working in customer service ? I thought the rule of thumb was eye contact ? What was he hiding ? Why couldn’t he greet his customers? Why couldn’t he say your welcome when the customer says thank you ? What is going on ? Why should customers feel worried about the people servicing them at a store ? This happened around 1130 am today at register 11 . I didn’t see his name but i admired the greeting Lucas gave me and so i remembered his name. Thank you Lucas for such wonderful service it helps so much especially when dealing with unpleasant people such as the one bagged for you! I’m grateful that did not stop you from doing your job and making the customer feel welcomed. As for the man with the dark sunglasses 🕶 on, he should not be working in customer service ! I will be shopping at a different location going forward .

Excellent selection. Lowest prices of any grocery store in the area. Fantastic customer service. I love Market Basket for these reasons. Since I started shopping with them, any time I have had to stop into a different grocery store chain in a pinch, I am less than impressed and miss MB. Luckily, in this area, there always seems to be a Market Basket nearby when I am running errands. I enjoy the Chelmsford location in particular because of the great variety they carry and they always have everything I need. It is also not crazy crowded even at peak shopping times. Even if the lines look long, there isnt a long wait because the staff are efficient and well trained. Customer service and low prices are consistent across the board for all of their locations.

The management team and staff is simply wonderful. Every checkout employee is always very talkative and friendly. Mike and Anthony specifically are very nice gentleman who are very helpful and kind. The store is very clean well put together nothing is ever out of place.

Market Basket. Is a great grocery store chain. The employees are friendly, extremely helpful. During this time of social distancing. They have stepped up to ensure the safety of their customers.

Its Sunday it was hectic I dont think anybody wanted to be there.but there is a nice guy working who is like Superman and found that item for me, wish I got his name

Great Food deals.

They now have brown bag now which every one hate so they allow people bring in there own bags which is worst contamination everywhere they should go back to plactic at least its more safer.

Like how this Market Basket has wider aisles. Its a little confusing (to me) that the layout is backwards- bakery is usually to the right, this one is to the left etc. Other than that, its a nice clean store, I must hit it at the right times, as its not as busy as the Burlington MB

No sanitizer at entranceway for cartsa roll of paper towel but nothing to spray on cartsgood thing I carry my own wipes. Keypad for credit cards not wiped between customers. The cashier sanitized her hands after my transaction but the bagger did not before handling my items not after me. They seem to have gotten relaxed when dealing with COVID safety.

Prices are reasonable and customer service is excellent.

This is my favorite market basket. I suffer from anxiety, and I love how much wider the isles are. I dont feel as chlostrophobic as I do in most market baskets. Theres also a much better selection of items, and the produce is fresher.

They need to fix their trash cans outside so that elderly people dont get their fingers smashed when they try to throw away their mask and gloves that they have worn in the store other than that its a great store very polite workers very helpful

I alway go to Market Basket on Bridge Street Lowell, MA. I like it there a lot.Every one that work there, are nice and helpful.

They advertise themselves as having the best prices; which is true in most cases but other companies beat them in certain areas. The amount of money youd save by avoiding Market Basket for better prices on select products isnt worth the trouble of shopping around so youre best off getting it all done at Market Basket; however Stop and Shops gas rewards program and fairly comparable prices keep them competitive. Market Basket has a great prepared foods offering as well.

The seafood seller is too unqualified

One of the few places I can get my Halal chicken and most of my Mediterranean produce. I would give 5stars and my loyalty If the store would care to carry Halal red meat. Our community been asking for years.

Market Basket in Chelmsford has a better than average selection of cold dairy-free beverages, creamers, and cheese alternatives. The frozen vegetables selection is okay and I can usually find frozen MB veggies at good prices. This store usually has at least one variety of gluten-free dairy-free frozen pizza in addition to decorate your own crusts.

Cheaper prices than stop and shop and great employees. Employees wear masks and gloves and the bakery has great food.

Love the selection, prices,quality and neighborhood feel. They have baggers who help with groceries to your car, and their employees are very friendly, polite and professional. Their store is clean and employees go the extra mile with requests or help. The butcher, fish and meat depts are fantastic with any requests and always service with a smile. Bakery cakes and goods are absolutely delicious. The prices are wonderful and reasonable and we are very happy with the store. Its our choice grocery store to shop!

Clean, well-stocked, nice staff, good prepared food section. Only complaint is that it is always busy... Parking lot is full, aisles are full. They are good about opening new registers so keeps the check out lines reasonable. They dont have large sizes or packaged options on some things that I miss, like Campbells chicken noodle soup bundle packs.

I walked to the store and then bought more than I could carry needless to say the prices are fabulous and I was getting prepped for Thanksgiving ahead of time random act of kindness and a lovely woman named Lorraine drove me home!!! It was so unexpected and restored my faith in humanity! The staff was efficient and attentive and even though it was crowded the lines moved along swiftly

Great prices for the basics and pre-packaged food. There is also a good fresh produce selection. The prepared foods are not as good as other local options.

It is a good store. It just gets busy often. So best to go early morning or towards the the tail end of rush hour traffic! I just wish they didnt over stuff my reusable bags I bring tons with me but they try and pack it to the point it overflows and spills out while I drive!

Your standard market basket! Well stocked, ample parking, every thing is easy to locate with enough options! Not to mention if you get lucky you get the courteous checkout cashier.

What are in take out from the market here is so easy. Great prices In fantastic customer-service. I grabbed a few groceries and dinner at the same time.
