This comment is for no specific CVS, it is for CVS as a company. I have had a CVS card for years, and love the rewards dollars I receive.I was just at a CVS yesterday and received $2.00 rewards, from Pharmacy. On my way out, I purchased some items and tried to use the $2.00 rewards. As the cashier asked for my card, she asked me if I had another card, I said no. She said the $2.00 rewards number doesnt match the card number. I told her I just used the card inside this store five minutes ago, while showing her the receipt. She explained to me that, the pharmacy & the store are separate. I understand that, but if CVS is offering customers a rewards card, what difference should it make, it is still CVS that I am using the card in. This has happened at other CVS stores also, and I would just let me y rewards dollars expire. So thumbs up to the cashier (Chelsea Mass) for explaining this to me. Thumbs down to CVS for a stupid policy.

Why would you tell me a prescription is gonna finished by 1, to only tell me I have to wait 20 minutes while present? The gentlemen at the front desk couldn’t help himself out a pair of boots to save his life! Couldn’t answer simple questions and then he pointed to the “consultation” counter with an attitude as if I called him an offensive name. Real tired of these companies treating people like trash! I just transferred here, but I would transfer to a pharmacy in Timbuktu if they provided better service than here.

I absolutely love this store and especially the pharmacy. Trevor and Antu, my pharmacists, are always professional, kind, and knowledgeable. It is my pleasure to be a customer. There is also a man whom I believe is a store manager, perhaps of Indian descent, who is also an unbelievable asset to your team. I wish I knew his name. He is tall and thin with glasses. He is always very helpful and courteous. One other person I love dealing with is a pharmacy technician named Khatifa. She always asks me how Im doing and is very caring, and a great listener. You should be extremely proud of your employees here. I will always use this CVS location. Thank you.

I went in on a Saturday morning. Big mistake. But I just had surgery, and needed to refill my pain meds asap. I get to the pharmacy, and theres only one guy in line. I think, phew, this will be a breeze. I noticed it started taking a while. He couldnt speak English, and needed a translator. Two ladies were helping him for a while. Finally the pharmacist got involved. Now all 3 ladies were helping this man, and all he needed was to sign up for a CVS card. After a while, the main pharmacist left to get some sort of form for him. When she came back, one of the other ladies finally called next and I moved forward. She asked my name, dob, said she had one prescription for me, and then proceeded to ignore me and go back to the guy trying to sign up for a CVS card. When she returned, she said, oh no, our computer froze again. She went to the other open register, and it was turned off, and she said neither were working. The only computer available was being used to sign this one guy up for a CVS card. The whole process took at least half an hour. He wasnt even picking up a prescription. I couldnt believe it. I know the people behind me were pissed as well. How are 2 of your 3 registers down, and why the heck are you using your only register for half an hour for someone who isnt even picking up a prescription? They should have sent him to any other register to sign up. Really awful customer service today. Unfortunately, it wasnt just the pharmacy. I then proceeded to shop a little, and brought my items up to the main register. The girl behind the counter didnt acknowledge me. In fact, she continued telling a story in Spanish to her coworker while I was standing right in front of her. She wasnt even looking at what she was doing. She lazily rang up my items with one hand as she continued her conversation with her coworker, without looking at me once. The first and only time she spoke to me was to say Print or e-mail receipt? When I was 16, I worked for a company called Eckerd, as a cashier. Ive done their job before, so I normally sympathize and have patience. But not when Im completely ignored to have a chat with a co-worker. Completely unprofessional and rude. I would have been fired if I had done my job that way. This is clearly a bad management problem, as the staff has zero care for the customer whatsoever. It was mind blowing. Very unpleasant and disappointing.

You should consider restaffing the whole store. From upper management all the way to cashiers. Im not sure if customer service is a training that us required to work at CVS but maybe adding it in will help. If it werent so close to home I wouldnt step foot in the door.

I have never been so disrespected before in my life. I am offended and more so disrespected by the lack of humanity I have been shown in your employee. Is it not the duty of an employee to show compassion and understanding when dealing with customers? Or is that not a value you seek when you hire? I am beside myself with how indecent and impudent your employee was. CVS is not only a company to provide overall wellbeing to others, it is also a place where people come to in need of medical assistance for psychological and physical disabilities. I feel so discriminated against by the tone and ignorance your employee portrayed. The utter disregard for compassion has me at a loss for words. I have been in the customer service industry for over 15 years and this is the first time I have ever felt the necessity to post a review. With that being said, I feel like I shouldn’t have to explain myself but I will. I have extreme ADHD and PTSD from childhood trauma and when I spoke with your employee over the phone he was nothing more than ignorant. He was upset I accidentally cut him off, which was obviously due to my ADHD. He should have known that since that was the prescription he was calling about. After I accidentally cut him off he then cut me off by saying “are you done yet?”. Wow. If I’m not mistaken, but customer service should entail listening to the needs of the customer and trying to come up with a solution for them instead of asking them if they are done talking yet. Let them speak and hear them out before getting defensive. It shouldn’t be taken personally like my conversation was. I was simply a frustrated customer who didn’t understand. I wanted answers, not vulgar and insulting responses. I am already frustrated enough to have these disorders and have to see doctors to get treated on a regular basis and I would really prefer not to be ridiculed or make my condition “known” when I all am I trying to do is get my medicine to treat my said disorder.

Basic cvs but photo service has been down for months and still no plans on fixing it? Luckily theres a more convenient walgreens that i could goto instead. That has photo service.
