Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Darlene from Alliance Express. She was an Outstanding professional through out the entire conversation. She went above and beyond to assist me with the best deal for my oil. She gave me different options and recommendations for the best fit for me. She communicated clearly and made me feel at ease with a very stressful process. Darlene was personable, respectful and I believe this woman needs a raise!!!! Thanks Darlene!!!!
10/28/2021Have had Alliance Express/HOP Energy ever since they took over from my previous oil company. The transition, years ago has been seamless. Their technicians are top & knowledgeable . Furnace stopped during night, their technician was here to repair, fix and tune up the system. Nice and efficient gentleman. Never disappointed!
I have been with Alliance Express for 15 years. Any time Ive ever been low on oil, Ive called and gotten delivery that same day or the next.Customer Service is always friendly, knowledgeable and makes sure they explain all plan options and prices for you.They definitely get 5 stars from me. I cant imagine going with a different oil company. Theyll have a customer in me until I dont need oil for heating.

I called today to set up our Pricing Plan agreement for the 21-22 heating season with Alliance Express. Darlene answered our call and walked us through the process. She was professional and extremely helpful. She walked me through the electronic signing process (which sounded scary), but made it so easy and convenient.We have been an Alliance customer for decades and have always been pleased with all our experiences with them, from customer service to delivery, repairs and tune-ups.We highly recommend Alliance to anyone looking for reliability in all areas of heating and cooling.Looking forward to many more years as an Alliance customer.

Alliance Express came to our home tonight to resolve our no heat situation. The technician that came, named Tony, called early to give us an estimated arrival time of 7:30. Tony arrived at 7:15 and was quickly assessing the furnace. Tony was pleasant, efficient and had the heat operational in under 30 minutes. I also want to add that the process of calling for service was straight forward and I had no wait time on hold. Thank you Tony and the Alliance Express / HOPEnergy team for getting the heater working again.
Good Company and comes with nice customer services. Shop around on rates as they can be pricey but justified for the service they offer - you can pretty much sign and forget, they take care of everything for you. The portal is great and has all updated information along with payment options. So giving them the 4 stars based on the service and not price.
I have been using Alliance Express to service my heating system, and deliver oil for many years. They have always been very responsive to any service calls (irrespective of the season) and never let our oil tank run dry. Their budget pricing seems competitive and allows me to plan heating/hot water expenses throughout the year. I recommend them for oil delivery and heating system maintenance.
I have a service contract with Alliance Express which I love. The monthly payment is stable, oil is delivered on a regular basis and yearly maintenance is covered. The tech was here today and was prompt, friendly and efficient. The system is all set for the cold weather!

I’ve found their customer service to be outstanding.I’ve reached out a few times for scheduling a basic burner cleaning as well as a request for relocation of a baseboard during a remodel.The technician (Brad) was onsite the same day and his wealth of knowledge was exactly what I needed.I have an annual agreement with them for oil delivery and find their pricing to be very competitive.

Great oil delivery company for the last two years. Always helpful Oil furnace technician was great. Service was also. Noticed my furnace, tuned by my last company, was putting out a large amount of soot. Within three hours, the service technician was there and fixed the problem.

We have been customers of Alliance Express and its predecessors for over 30 years and have always been satisfied with the service, both in terms of delivery of oil in a timely manner and in the provision of technical support .Our water supply is from a well and the water is very hard. As a result we have had problems with corrosion in the boiler requiring replacement on more than 2 occasions. New boilers were replaced quickly and expertly with minimal interruption of water supply. The technicians have been very experienced and always willing to answer questions and share useful information.The prepay oil delivery plan has worked well for us in this time of fluctuating oil prices.We are very satisfied with the service provided by this company.
Ive been a customer now for 3 years. I just renewed my contact for a 4th year. I noticed an email letting me know that a withdrawal from my account was coming. It was much larger than usual so I called to ask what was up. I spoke with Crystal. She agreed it was unusual and she would look into it. Since I work overnights, I woke up to a voicemail message from Crystal. She explained she found the discrepancy and voided the transaction. She asked me to call the next morning to discuss what happened and to renew my contract for the next winter season. I called the next morning and spoke with Crystal again. She explained in detail what had happened and gave me my balance. She then gave me 3 options for the upcoming season. She was very friendly and professional. Its people like Crystal that keep me coming back. Since I have been in this house, I have used 4 or 5 different oil companies. Some good, some not so good. (Well keep them nameless). I terminated my account and paid the termination fees because I was on automatic delivery and I am so afraid of debts, so I called another company to fill my tank; guess what? Brenda called me and explained me everything about my situation and how they can help me save the money that I use to pay the termination fee, honestly, she is the best, she convinced me to stay.
