This review is solely based on Dan who is a manager at this store. He helped me with a lot of issues I was having, after a horrible experience I had in the store. He was very patient with me and addressed my concerns. He has made himself available to me for anything I need in the future regarding my account.I personally would not deal with this store ever again, but am very grateful for the help I received from Dan. Thank you, Dan for all you have done and for making me feel like I was a valued AT and T customer.
I would love to say personally Dante Wooden has been such an amazing representative to me. Every time I go into the stores he welcomes me with his big white teeth and a hello. I feel so comfortable and greatly satisfied when he helps me. I appreciate him so much. He deserve a raise and a STORE MANGER POSTION!!! The reason why is because he is always kind, well groomed, respectful, know how to handle any situation I give him, smiles at me and say hi to me each time I walk into the store . He makes each visit I do feel like he is my son because my son does something like this but works for Verizon but he treats me very well and I am thankful for him . If anybody has any problems please call Dante Wooden because he is the best there . I highly highly recommended anybody to go to him .
Dante helped me adjust my phone plan as well as add a line. He was patient and explained everything in a way I could understand. I had many questions all of which he answered in a detailed manner. My experience with Dante was 100% positive and I will be reaching out to him soon to upgrade two of my phones. I would recommend him to anyone I know.

I went in with my mother to get upgraded phones for both of us. Now, we are not tech savvy and have put off upgrading for awhile. We also wanted two of the same phones so we could help each other with them. Mai and Kevin were hands down the best two AT&T employees we have ever interacted with. Mai answered every single question (even when we asked the same question multiple times) and made sure we were completely set up before we left the store. When Mai saw they only had one of the phones we wanted left in stock Kevin volunteered to pickup another phone from a different AT&T branch for us. I am blown away by the level of customer service from both Mai and Kevin. This was by far the easiest AT&T visit Ive ever had. I highly recommend visiting this branch if you need an update or just need general assistance. This team is exemplary and I cannot compliment Kevin and Mai enough.
Hey my Fiancé and I went into the AT&T store in Cherry hill and had a wonderful and Pleasant experience with one of the workers who helped my Girl up grade her phone I believe the AT&T worker name was Dante wooden. We believe these types of individuals should be recognized for what they do even in a pandemic. I believe this individual would be an asset to AT&T and his family. I would recommend this individual and store to any of my friends.

This store is well staffed and very nice and big inside. Staff is very professional, kind, and hardworking. It is a welcoming store where they take the time to help, where a lot of stores just rush you around and it is obvious they dont want to be there. This store doesnt give you that. Recommend.
I had such a wonderful experience at this Cherry Hill branch!! Everyone was so nice and welcoming as soon as I walked in the door. I felt very securely taken care of and when an issue arose with my new phone they were unbelievably helpful and accommodating! Jenna and Dametri were especially fantastic!! I could not recommend using this store for your AT&T needs more!!
First of all love the energy you feel when I walked in. I didnt have to wait for service, and I enjoyed the customer service I was given. Nelly was very patient with me and mom and solved my problems and got a new phone out the deal. I most definitely will be back for her to do my upgrade

Alhaji helped my family and I, saved us money and was all around a great person! I highly recommend the store and especially him.Addendum: turns out I was actually lied to by this salesperson. Told that something was free that wasn’t (I should’ve known I guess!?!). Then, to add insult to injury, I was signed up for something called Asurion insurance which I did not request, had to spend quite a bit of time on the phone to cancel.I’m thinking about canceling my 10 year + relationship with AT&T and finding another carrier. So disappointed in my whole experience.

Not really sure why this location has so many good reviews. I had the worst (absolute WORST) customer service experience of my life here a few weeks ago.My husband and I were eligible for upgrades on our iPhones. We went into the store & were given a quote for a newly adjusted plan which included adding two more “ghost lines.” We were told that without these ghost lines added, we wouldn’t be eligible for a promotional discount. We already had a ghost line on our account prior to coming to the store and really didn’t want three on our line... especially because we were playing for these lines. However we were told we needed to call a number and could remove the initial one. Therefore, we agreed. After spending three hours at the store and voicing our concerns about our bill (unwanted charges) & the need to cut back costs because were expecting our first child, we finally left with our new phones. We had to pay taxes on the new phones as well as an upgrade fee.Once we left, we called the number to remove the initial ghost line. After waiting on the line for hours, we were told by customer service that we couldn’t remove the line until 90 days was over because it was part of our “promotional plan.” We were informed our promotional plan apparently included a free hot spot & HBO Max. We tried activating the hot spot but apparently it was added to our ghost lines....We ended up having to go back to the store & speak with the manager, to have him reverse the plan to put it on our phones because they couldn’t do it over the phone. After an hour at the store, they were able to do so.We received our first bill after purchasing the phones and it was astronomical. We were being charged for all five lines as well as this new promo plan... we tried to call CS again to see what our options were and they said we had to go to an authorized retailer.We went to the store CS told us to go to and they turned us away, giving us another location. We finally went to a THIRD location where we were met with an associate and manager who agreed to let us return our phones under a “buyers remorse” program. In doing so, we had to pay two restocking fees, another round of sales tax & we were told the phones we originally traded in at the Cherry Hill location are “gone” because the store no longer has access to it. Therefore, essentially... AT&T stole our previous phones. They said they don’t know if we’re going to be able to get credit for them. We had to call CS after leaving and we are still trying to work out these charges.We’ve been with AT&T for over 15 years and I’ve never experienced such awful customer service. The reps at this location only want one thing... commission. All we wanted was to upgrade our phones as normal and they took advantage of us. You cannot trust people to help you or hear you out. It’s all a sham.There also seems to be a serious disconnect from the stores and the customer service line.... it’s sad.The cell business is out to get you for all the $$$ you have.
I was there 2/16/21 to get a new 5G SIM card.not sure what the lady name was but she was very rude unprofessional, and not enthusiastic or knowledgeable about the phones or there services. They have some good employees there but she most definitely isn’t one I usually deal with the same person (Jordan) great young man

I went to this at&t location after walking out of the Audubon store because I stood there for 45 minutes and wasn’t even addressed at all- even with a “hello, sir, we are very busy at the moment and there is going to be a long wait”. But the outstanding customer service and extreme composure displayed by Sonny N. during a difficult and frustrating technical issue all but made up for my previous bad experience in Audubon. Sonny was presented with a challenging issue and did not give up and would not let me walk out of the store with my issue unresolved. He was calm, professional, and extremely courteous - - just as well along with the other employees assisting him with my issue. As a professional with 22 years of customer service under my belt, I was jaw on the floor impressed on how determined these employees were to solve my issue. Five stars in not enough.
Jenna was great with outstanding customer service. I was having a rough day, phone broke earlier in the day and needed a new one ASAP. She hooked me up in a timely manner and was easy going and great to communicate with. Forgot my passwords for things but still she had patience and helped me out to the best of her abilities. I recommend if you go to this AT&T definitely look out for her. 👍

Do not waste your time going to the store On Haddonfield road.. The people there are unsure on the products, and the service they are supposed to sell.. There even unable to bill properly or credit your purchases .. Three times is way to much for a simple problem to have to visit a store..
Don’t come to this location. Employees are lazy and aren’t helpful. I sat here for almost an hour, and no one has come to see what else they can do to help. Ill be taking my services to another company. Thanks
The store is an embarrassment. I went to the store for a simple upgrade of 2 devices. Instead the store created 2 additional lines on my account and has yet to come up with a resolution. Called corporate and at&t still has no resolution and is baffled by what happened at this store. I have calls into corporate support and all higher up management and am hoping for an acceptable resolution.*Update*Finally got a resolution from the “office ofThe Vice President”. Stay away from this store and go somewhere else. This store messed my entire account up for over 3 months. Resolution from store level...”call corporate”. Really pathetic and the manager Dimitri should be ashamed of the service he and sales rep offered.

Associates were very friendly and helpful during the sale, but after the sale support is nonexistent. We feel lied to regarding a promotion. We went to the store and the store promised to help and that it was no issue at all. Several weeks later, still no call or help from the store (after they promised a call in 24hrs). Tried several times to contact the Manager that promised to call us and each time he is unavailable for a different reason but will call back soon - of course, he never actually calls.
I have been a loyal customer with AT&T for over 6 years. I have visited many locations but this location by far has been the best. Mike assisted me. His curbside service was exceptional, fast and convenient. It was a safe way to be able to still get the service I needed, all while being safe.I definitely will recommend Mike to assist anyone I know who is a customer at AT&T!

Dan Young was very helpful in resolving a problem I had with the AT&T on line phone upgrade process. He got through the bureaucracy of poor customer service support and fixed a problem they created, and I got my new phone in a couple of days. I highly recommend this store and Dan in particular.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this location. I had a lot of issues with my bill and charges that weren’t supposed to be on my bill. I was told I could stay in the store while I called billing and that they would wait for me to be done to help me get a new phone. They patiently waited (my phone call took 1 hour) and stayed with me until the end of my call. After my call and billing issues were fixed I was helped by Jamir and Yoenni. The store was closing, but they didn’t stop or get angry to help me. They were kind, professional and fast. The store is clean and looks really nice inside. All customer service was amazing no matter who was talking to me. They all wanted to make sure I went home with my new phone no matter how long it took. Jamir made sure i got the phone I wanted and at a great price. Yoenni was running around making sure everyone was being helped and continuously checked in with me during my call and told me to take my time! If you are in the cherry hill area choose this location and see Jamir or Yoenni!

Came in today to purchase a new phone for my son’s birthday. I wasn’t sure about what I wanted so I had A LOT of questions about different iPhones and pricing. Jordon helped me through everything. He was very knowledgeable with all the different phones. He answered all of my questions sufficiently and didn’t try to push me into buying anything extra. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I signed up with Jenna in another store and have followed her around as she moved through different stores because her customer service is that top-notch. She is always going above and beyond for me whether I have a billing question, I need to add or modify my service, or if I want information on a new product. She is my go to person for everything. I very much appreciate her help every time I come in!

Because of Covid 19, my husband and I arrived masked. A man, woman, and child were being helped at a table across the room. An employee entered, mask below his nose, and said one of us had to wait outside. After my husband left, I was asked what I needed. I replied that I wanted to upgrade my Apple 6. I was never asked my name to check my account, never told to sit down, not offered any info on anything. I asked if I would do better online, and he answered “yes”. So I left!It was an extremely rude and uncomfortable experience. I have always been quite satisfied at my AT&T store. Not this visit!!He did, however, manage to bring up TV service!! I answered negatively.
Over a week has past since the RSM promised to call me within 24 hours. I made several attempts to call the store and each time, for different reasons, the RSM couldnt take the call but would call right back. Obviously, that never happened either. Its very disappointing to be treated so nicely in the store and then to find out that it was only a show and that theres no real service or concern after the sale.
Robert was very helpful with walking me through the necessary steps to setting up my phone. He took his time to thoroughly explain questions about my wireless bill. I really appreciate all his help.

Mike & Pete are literally THE BEST! They just go above and beyond to satisfy all your AT&T needs. They helped me with promos I had no idea about and also got me the phone I’ve been wanting while working to keep my bill affordable even with the new phone! At one point I needed to leave and come back, and when I got back to the store they immediately jumped back into our transaction. I never waited! I also got the accessories I wanted and Mike installed the screen protector which I would’ve messed up big time! I have their cards too in case I need anything moving forward! Great experience! Can’t thank Mike & Pete enough!

Dan, the store manager, went above and beyond to rectify a mistake by another store. I would recommend going here if you have an existing AT&T account or plan on switching from another cellular provider.
Worked with Mike and Peter at the Haddonfield Rd location. Expecting to leave with one phone, and walked out with 4 new iPhone 11’s and saving hundred from my previous carrier. Was able to upgrade my entire family. Definitely a great team here in Cherry Hill. Would recommend anyone to come here and work with this solid team!

Bad experience with the insurance policy, we pay insurance for all of our phones on our account and my phone broke and they tell us we had to pay $250.00 for a replacement when all I wanted was to replace the screen. But thankful my father was able to to get the phone fix somewhere else and with only a $50 deductible, that what we pay insurance for. Bad overall
