I have recently been in the market for a new cell phone and a new carrier. I was helped by Monica. She was extremely knowledgeable. She was went over the newest phones as well the best plan for me. She made sure that she answered any questions I had. Plus she reminded me that I would need a new phone case as well. I wish more stores had employees like Monica.
Monica at the Cherry Hill Nj - Verizon Wireless store, is awesome. I had an issue and she went above and beyond to resolve my problem. I did not have to make more than 1 phone call. She called me back, and followed up with me through resolution. I have never had a service provider be so responsive before. I will recommend Verizon Wireless to anyone that is looking for great customer service!

Great service here! Came in for a new iPhone and the whole process was very quick and simple. They phone I wanted wasnt originally in stock, but the team helped to find it at another location and ship it in for me in just 2 days. The sales reps I spoke to, Will and Brian, were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable!

Went here on a Saturday to get a replacement for my phone and it was an extremely smooth and painless experience. Bryan was very helpful with guiding me through the process of choosing a new phone and for finding one that would meet my needs. He was very knowledgeable and never pushy about which one to get. He also helped set up my new phone and transfer over all of my apps and other data, making the whole process a breeze. Will definitely be returning here again!

Internet connection is mostly smooth. However, sometimes you feel glitch in the system or some tower issue when you travel across the nation. It works ok with GPS and other traveling stuff. Buffering videos might consume sometime on the wheels.

Bryan and Will helped me when I came in the store today. It was a great experience and all my questions were answered. I walked out of the store with brand new equipment and couldn’t be happier.
I went to this location to get a iPhone11. The initial 2 employees we saw were wearing face masks. During the process of the purchase, a third employee started to assist with the transaction... the problem being the third employee was not wearing a face mask. Not only did he come within 6 ft without a mask, he proceeded to touch my current phone periodically touching his face. Promptly, I used hand sanitizer, wiped down my phone, canceled the transaction and we left the store without the new phone.
Great experience with Rahul. He definitely went above and beyond compared to other stores Ive been to. Just won a customer for life!

Very friendly but when I upgraded my phone I didnt realize Mike charged me $19.99 for some Ready? Go! Package and added Mobile Protection for $10/month.I clearly was ripped off and took their friendliness for granted. I will NEVER be back.UPDATE: Spoke with Justin who offered to credit me the $20 and remove the protection plan.
Just had a great experience with the new store manager, Justin. I’ve had issues in the past finding reps that really know what they’re taking about so when he was promoted out of my hometown store in Medford, I had to follow him out to Cherry Hill. Highly recommend visiting this store if you need help understanding either your service or your device . Very fair, will not take advantage of your wallet !!!!
