We rented a vehicle for about a month from Best Rentals and were fortunate to have Tony Hayes take care of us. He rented us a new vehicle and explained how to use it. His attention to detail and incredible customer service was greatly appreciated. Professional follow up at every turn. We have used other rental companies --none even come close to the excellent service/product at Best Rentals. I cant say enough about how easy it is to rent here. I was in a real jam when my car broke down. I had 4 kids in the car on the way to the beach and was stuck a half hour from home. Tony came to get me, did the paperwork for a rental, and I was back on the road in an hour! So grateful! Thanks Tony!

I did business with Richard Chevrolet six months ago. I had to rent a car while my car was repaired. Flash forward six months, I have moved to another state and had not thought much about it since then. I woke up this morning and they had debited my account for $210 without notifying me. I called and talked to an extremely rude customer service representative who informed me as to why the debit had been made. It was a mistake on their end and they forgot to charge me for something. This error had just been discovered and they promptly debited my account without informing me first. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Completely unprofessional.
WONDERFUL atmosphere. Very friendly people to deal with, especially Jim in Sales. Jim Kubicza goes the extra mile for his customers. I really enjoy the time I bring my car in for service.
