It is a great store with knowledgeable pharmacists and associates. Contrary to what Google says, they do not carry Dry Ice!

Went into this store today to look for 5 items. Asked one of the associates for help and he tried to help me out but wasn’t able to. He got one of the managers on duty to help me out. The manager came down from his little office area asked what I was looking for and I told him I was looking for a specific vitamin. He points to the back corner of the store where all the vitamins are and says “they are back there”. I told him I looked for them and couldn’t find them, so instead of coming to help me look he proceeds to go back up into his office. There was not a single customer in the store except for me. What has happened to customer service in some of these stores? Needless to say I will not return to this store.

Rite aid fills my prescription and I get a lot more in the store..
