Fank was a man of his word. The quote was dead on. Justin was a pleasure to work with, just a stand up employee with great customer service. They took care of my car and it came out great. I was very happy overall with the final product.

I will never use Macco in Chester again. Had a door painted on my Lexus. They painted it the wrong color. We took it back and it was as still done wrong. They also painted the mirror and shouldnt have. The 3rd time they left over spray and scratched the door. I called and spoke to the owner Frank. He was very rude and disrespectful and refuses to correct the problem. I did not want to spend my hard earned money for a raggedy job. I will be contacting BBB and my lawyer.

Took my car to them for some bumper work, and they did a pretty good job! If I need to, Ill bring them the car again next time it needs body work.

This was not a good experience. The painting of my vehicle was good. Everything else was terrible. I was lied to on two separate occasions about the state of my vehicle and when I arrived to pick it up, after it was supposedly being detailed for over two hours, the interior was still dusty and only half the exterior was done. That was blamed on a new employee. I would not recommend this Maaco location.

I had dry sap and fading silver paint on my 2007 FJ Cruiser. So I decided to do a full color change to Tuxedo Black metallic. I was told it would take a week... It took 2 weeks and when I picked it up the windshield wipers were not properly replaced. I had to turn around in the rain and park it back at Maacos. At least the paint looks decent, but time will tell on the quality/durability. For the price it may be the best deal you can get these days.

I recently had my truck painted here from white to off white ( I didnt think it would be so difficult but......)Pros.1. Customer Service.The gentlemen there are very well mannered and well spoken, They did make the effort to try to keep me satisfied.2. ValueThe value is ok, but you get what you pay for. I paid a little over 2k so initially I wouldnt say that is a high price, but even that went into the cons because I had to get my vehicle thoroughly detailed for all of the overspray of paint and primer. ( Read Cons)Cons.1. Time.What initially was supposed to be 7 to10 days turned out to be 15. ( I believe to give people worst case scenarios so that in those situations adjustments can be made ahead of time).2. Detail.After the job was done they did less than acceptable cleaning of the vehicle and the overspray of primer on my engine as well as paint on my wheels and tires which were brand new ( less than a month old). I had to go to a professional detail shop to get it off my wheels, tires, lights, and engine.I wanted to leave 2 Pros and Cons each to give a fair analysis, I could give 1 or 2 cons more but then it would be nick picking, again the staff there were courteous but the quality and detail is lacking so those are issues that can be corrected immediately.

Justin was very professional and knowledgeable. After answering all of my questions and concerns I decided to make an appointment to bring my car in for painting. Justin explained to me that there were others cars ahead of mine and the best day to bring my car in would be June 1st which was a week later to ensure my car would be painted in a timely manner. Long story short, my car was not touched in a week and needless to say I needed my car back for personal reasons. Well today I received a call from Frank inquiring about my vehicle. I explained to Frank my concerns and that I may have to bring my car in another time. Frank appeared to be understanding but then he called me back within 5 minutes being very argumentative and stated apparently you wasnt listening when you was told it takes weeks before we can get your car in. I am giving your spot away! Immediately, I disconnected the call to avoid further confrontation. I never had a conversation about my vehicle with Frank nor was he present when I spoke with Justin. Frank was very unprofessional and disrespectful. What was the purpose of him calling me back??? Apparently he wanted to disrespect me for having to reschedule my appointment. I have never been disrespected by anyone who wanted my business. A simple apology would have been nice. I do not feel valued as a customer. I will not be giving my business to Maaco until I receive a call from management. Please note customer service is great until you change your mind about getting their services.

Had my car for 3 weeks painted it the wrong color. Took it back for them to get to get right color they painted the mirror which wasnt supposed to be painted and its the wrong color. Left over spray and scratched the car. Owner does not want to cooperate. I would advise to never use their business.

I had ran across a speed bump at a very low speed, to my surprise, I had damaged the trim work on the lower drivers side, I was devastated to say the least. The dealership wanted to charge me a arm and both legs, I googled searched Auto repair centers near me, And started reading reviews and I was so impressed with the reviews. Once I arrived I was greeted with a warm friendly welcome. The repair rep. followed me out to the car, He explained to me process, ordered the parts,provided me with a drop off time and date. I was totally impressed with the repairs and the cost of the repairs. The staff at this location were so nice and very friendly, I give them 10 stars,and would highly recommend their service work. I thought it was a serious company, take my truck to paint, they told me it would take 3 days and it took 15 days and the work was very bad and I returned it to be repaired and it took 8 more days and Im still waiting I didnt think I would paint it will take so long I am very upset of this conpania I am going to report it in the workstation and in the corporation

It is refreshing when a company says it will do a certain job and then exceed expectations. My cargo van was painted by maaco and it is flawless. I highly recommend using the company. And the price was fantastic.

Very transparent as far as what the process was and how long the painting of my car would take. Asked about whether or not I had transportation while the car was in their shop. Very respectful and courteous employees. I would definitely use them again for any painting and other car surface corrections.

Stellar work! Affordable prices. They take pride in their work and are transparent with the process. There was an issue with paint from door to body not being consistent in color. They would not let it go like that. They started over and made a change and color is perfectly consistent. I could not be more happy about their work. Was so happy when I picked it up I had to sit on my hands to keep from clapping haha.

I have a 2007 Monte Carlo lt that had real bad body damage Frank and Justin took care of my issues now my Monte Carlo looks amazing thank you guys and your team for the experience for my car. But after the paint job I had issues not good but they charge me more for more work on there behalf . Not good. But they resolved the issues and still not 100 % but I guess its theirbest smh

I wanted to have my sons car painted without breaking the bank. I decided on “Maaco” because of the wonderful work they did painting a car for me years ago. The customer service was excellent and I was very pleased with the paint job. Also, I was able to get my car painted and have minor body work completed in less than a week. I would definitely use them again.

I went in a couple of weeks ago and talked to Justin, he was really friendly and also answered all of my questions. They do really great work and the staff is really friendly!

Took 4 trips to finally get one spot on my car finally fixed a small spot at that. First a bubble. Then repaint again more runs. Then to much clear coat. This maaco.is on Jefferson Davis.

Courteous, knowledgeable staff. Great paint job. I had them repaint my rear bumper and fix some very small dents. Bumper looks great and the paint matches the rest of the car perfectly. All around great job, great price, and my car was ready on time. I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately our experience was not good. Great friendly staff however, the paint job was not of the upmost importance. Bubbles all over, places were the paint ran. Over 4,000 dollars for this. Please shop around before deciding.

Second time Ive taken my car here and satisfied both times. The first time was for gouges in hood and repainting and the fix has held up well. Next I had to get front grill replaced (deer strike) and Frank did a good job researching an aftermarket part to reduce my cost. Charge for labor was very reasonable. Hopefully I wont need them again but would definitely return.

There are hidden fees, Starting price $249 but there priming - preparing cost, different coating wax, coat that hidden until you Get to the store and get consultation! By the price quote for a decent paint job is around $ 600-700 plus! The quality I paid for price over $775 was poor, there was scratch on my 350z marks over putty applied visible,, paint on molding, trimming, and my tires was painted with silver streaks!I would never go back or refer them to anybody!

1st Glad to be here to write a review. Due to the road construction of route 10 and Old Bermuda Hundred rd corridor; the Deer population is on the move. Bam !!! I was told that 5 deer at high speed was crossing the road when 1 of them t-boned me in drivers side door !!! Glass shattered, deer hide hair everywhere !!! Jeremy by Pearl Jam played on. To say the least I was stunned, completely out of the clear morning sky (0930).2nd Glad that Maaco of Chester was. competent enough to put automobile back together in less than 5 days and at a reasonable cost. Thanks Frank, mgr. & Justin3rd Make sure you check your auto insurance policy and see if u r covered for wildlife collision because collision insurance (according to my insurance company) doesnt cover such unless you carry comprehensive. What a fine time to find that out !!!4th Hope that deer is ok and that its insurance worked out better .5th In a blink of an eye, a life changing event can happen, live your best Life and stay prayed up. Now back to Pearl Jam.

This place is beyond repair. Maaco should pull their name off the sign immediately. Not only did they have my vehicle for almost a month and never touched it but they continuously lied about progress. Not to mention that you can hear the owner verbally abusing his employees from the front of the shop. DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

Had a repair that needed attention. At first I had a jack leg to do the job. So I ended up at Maaco I’m Chester and they did a very good job of fixing what should’ve been fixed. I would refer anyone with body work or paint work to Maaco in Chester.

The worst paint ever...please do not take your car here. I had my bumper painted on my Nissan 350z. The texture of the paint is really pathetic...it is so cheap...it will really be noticeable on your car. The color is so far off from original it is real easy to detect. A lot of bubbles and runs were left in paint job. Please dont waist your money here. Its that bad!!!

Took my truck there because someone hit me. This place had a pretty high rating thats why I chose this location. They replaced side panel and bumper cover. The first bumper cover was the wrong color fixed that. Somehow the trunk became miss align on the passenger side took it back fixed that well kind of. Now its miss aligned on the driver side. Planning to take it somewhere else

Poor quality paint chipping all over, body seams dont match, and front grill sticks out about a quarter inch from car. Nice guys but thats all they have going for them. Also given run around about time frame for repairs. Only thing they do well is figure out billing, and collecting payment.

Brought my car here and they painted it the wrong color then said it was my fault for not telling them the color. Also got clear coat overspray all over the car and didnt take out the handles like they said they were going to. Also heard Frank tell hid buddy he had to stretch the truth when talking to another client. Frank is a dishonest man only looking to make money and could care less about the paint job. He also owns the one in Petersburg so dont go to either if you care about your vehicle. Also when they pick the color theyre supposed to look at a couple different ones to see which color matches best. They dont do this however and just paint what the car originally was which is why mine was the wrong color. I wish I had a picture it looked terrible. One year later and its chipping all over the front bumper and looks hideous. Never going to Maaco again.

In November I decided to paint my car. They said that by Wednesday I would have my car. I called Wednesday and they said Thursday. Thursday they said Friday and you can just guess what they said to me on Friday. They said it would be done on Saturday and I would recieve a phone call. Saturday I waited and waited. At 1145 I called to know an update. They close at 12pm!!!! The man said it was done and just assumed I would pick it up on Monday (Sunday they are close). At first sight, it looked amazing. But, parts of my windows, lights, tires, and in the inside had pain. My carpet and floor was filled with white dust. They did not clean up.In late January, I decided to give them a second chance. I had gotten into a car accident and needed a new hood and bumper. In one week I received three phone calls relating new prices on new items needed. Okay, fine. The day I picked up the car there were some obvious flaws. The bumper did was not aligned with the the rest of the car and it was not screwed properly underneath the car. I bought the bumper NEW and it had scratches!!! The hood is misaligned, as well. On the left side it is 4 inches from the bumper and the right it is only 2 inches. They did not connect my windshield fluid wires together. I also had paint on the front lights. They then tell me that this is a great job for Maaco. If this is a great job, then I do not want to see an okay job. He then proceed to tell me to bring it in 4-5 weeks for a wax to fix the scratches. Havent called. I am kinda scared to give them a third chance.I do not recommend going to THIS Maaco. I have seen great products from other Maccos. Dont waste your money on this site. Go to a different one.

Paint job looks pretty good for what I payed.Frank and John & other associates were very knowledgeable and nice.A little overspray here and there but not too bad.I was told it wasnt going to be perfect but I am pleased with the job.!

So i did purchased one of the middle paint jobs but when all finished there is so much trash in the paint i have to wet sand and buff it out myself

Worst paint job and body work I have ever seen. Im in the military and I took my 2003 Mazdaspeed there before I deployed. I should have known why they wanted me to pick it up while it was dark. Once I got back from my deployment I noticed the crappy job that was done.Im going to take my car to a real body/paint shop. I suggest you do the same. I guess I got what I paid for.

They fixed my Toyota Camry and painted it the same color. (black) It looks great!! I had to wait a little extra time because they forgot to but my Imblem back on the car. But the guy was very sorry I had to wait and threw in pin stripes free of charge.. Very happy with these guys... good ol fasion common sense & customer service. I will use them again to paint my husbands race car
