The cashier was on her phone. Plus the internet was down so I couldnt use my Sheetz card. Nice 🤬

3 issues in one visit. 2 food items made incorrectly. 1 cash gas purchase lost due to having to wait. They couldnt find it in the computer. They handed me 20 bucks and said sorry. Gas was only 18.00.Food is usually good tho.

Late night coffee and snack run. So I was actually going to meet a friend and decided to get a snack. Then I wanted a cup of coffee too. Now there are other places I couldve went to but this was convenient and near the highest and also my destination. I just be so iffy with stopping that late and not being able to get a Hot Cup Of Coffee when I want one. Sheetz had Hot Coffee and the snacks I wanted. Lol I even grabbed a breakfast sandwich. 😁 I decided to take some photos to upload so people can know what to look for. The staff was friendly an patient. The guy that made my sandwich washed his hands and put fresh gloves on. The cashier was to funny. An I normally dont go to Sheetz.

Every time we visit; its the same nonsense time and time again and its exhausting. We have to wait for the order for a long time and it isnt even busy enough to at least understand the time length; the staff is more focused on being seen and noticed instead of actually doing their jobs and when the food is complete for pick up, we have to go on a hunt which results in actually going out of our way to FIND OUT if the order is complete. This establishment is unnecessarily unprofessional.Update: To Sheetz OwnerPlease do not pretend you care by responding to my detailed review. There is nothing more to learn. Enjoy your day.

Love this place and have been coming for years but most recently I noticed the self check out kiosk. I hated it when Walmart did it and I’m not happy that Sheetz is doing it. If they get rid of it I’ll make it five stars.

My fist stop on the way to work each morning. Great staff, fast, friendly and efficient. Always fresh food and cold beverages.

Ordered double meat on my sub did not get and Ordered it toasted and it was not toasted. This is not the first this has happened. Tried to call and complain but no one answered the phone.

This location has the worst customer service! They hire these young people who are obviously not trained. They will walk away with customers in line, and even the so called managers barely acknowledge the customers presence. I am an unhappy FORMER customer. I have been ignored for the last time.

I usually come here for gas and coffee, and usually disregard the rudeness from employees. This morning I guess power outages happened over night but I stand in line to pay for gas and coffee and when I get the the register the woman there tells me systems down we only take cash. Mind you I didnt see any sign posted saying this. I proceed to move and leave items out of the way on the counter and she acts like Im going to steal them. Ive been coming to this place for almost seven years but this is it. My business will now go to Wawa.

This store has turned into an absolute dirt hole. Its always dirty, pumps are old and rarely print fuel receipts, the clerks and food service must be the worst. Could really use an update including personnel.

I didnt possibly think that there would ever be an establishment that would refuse service to a veteran; this is without explanation and apology. Upon requesting why I was being refused service, I was told to leave or they would call the police. I have never experienced such blatant racism in my life, even after serving. If you are, have, or are going to serve your country, please spare yourself the trouble and find somewhere that will support you.

Open my sandwich around my lunch time at work and realize it my sandwich was not made correctly. Dont have time to take the sandwich back to Sheetz because I only have 30 minutes this is a real inconvenience.

Currently waiting outside because I see people walking inside without face coverings, though I’m sure it’s hard to tell people to cover up, store policies seem to dictate otherwise.

Taking business else where. Why should my sister be carded when she is getting candy and Im getting beer for my dad. My sister never touched the alcohol. Not coming here just on the principle of what if a friend in my group forgets their id.

Heads up: The food in the cafe is snack sized even though you pay full price. Burgers the size of biscuits! WTH! Only buy gas from a gas station is the lesson I had to learn the hard way.

I buy gasoline from here very frequently. Quite satisfied.

I ordered the meatball sub and it was hot and it was delicious! The staff did a great job on service, especially since they had a rush hour few minutes happening.

This place helped me survive college! Friday nights always consisted of hotdogs and milkshakes here. Great staff, clean area, and good food!

Tho forgot my fries for two combos.. they were amazing. I had gotten home and realized I had no fries for my combo order and went back. I was polite and told them I knew how fast food went... buuuut I had been deprived of my paid fries. she gave me a FULL refund and a few coupons to compensate for the poor service. the rest of the un messed up food was amazing. This was around 1030 pm on the 10 of a Tuesday night of 2017 so whoever was managing was definitely so much help. way to go sheets, GREAT night manager!!!

Went in for coffee. I usually drink decaffeinated. Eight coffee pots, one had about an inch of coffee in it while others were empty. Wawa changes their coffee out if it is over 30-45 minutes old. Maybe Sheets should learn from them.

The stuff is good but they take way too long to make just about anything, and they take their time on it too, and often walk away from what they’re doing multiple times. When they need more cashiers, everyone’s in the back making food. When food needs to be made, everyone’s up front on the register with no line.

Store was a mess along with the restroom. Walked out without making a purchase due to no one at the cash register Worst first experience.

Mmmm steak and cheese with no steak and soggy fries. Glad I paid $22 for this and some wings with no sauce .

Had an awesome smokehouse burger when I was there, it was hot and fresh, and the fries are always good. Would avoid the o-rings though, there arent the best.

I placed a order over $30 and I get all the way home to look in my bag and noticed that the fries were missing so I go back and Holy was there at the register in full blown conversations with a customer that was a employee after they were done talking about who works and when holy then felt it was important to see what I needed she said “ok” while making my fries she fixed her pants and shirt with gloves on and proceeded to continue to talk to her co worker very unprofessional this happened between 1145 and 1210 the worst customer service I seen from sheetz ever

Male employee named Will was walking behind the food prep area with a cigarette on his mouth!!! Needless to say, I did not order food. You can just imagine what else goes on. Service is slow and restrooms dirty.

I asked for help with ordering because I couldnt find the advertised meal. Then when u got it I handed back and asked for my hash browns. Manger said she put it in my sandwich so I could find them.

Staff is ok. Attitudes do need improvement. Eggs were nasty
