Our experience at this Rite Aid today was perfect. We interacted with 3 employees and all were helpful and pleasant, and one went out of her way for us. Id give it 5 stars, but the bathroom wasnt working. Keep up the good work!
Yall be uping your game. The two cashiers I encountered today were very pleasant. And thats not a characteristic I staple to the service I usually receive from this store. Alot of the employees who have cashed me out have been very indifferent, like they aint want to be there, but that was the complete opposite from the experience I had today. Customer service is your backbone and I would do what it takes to keep them around cuz they keeping your posture well girdled in an upright position. Today is Friday July 9th at 11:37 am. I went to Rite Aid 8 days ago to get a covid test - by appointment - in order to have a medical procedure. I was told Id receive the results in 2 days. I still havent received the results & had to go elsewhere to be retested a couple of days ago.EDIT:As requested in your response, I contacted you via email & got a message that the email address is no longer active.
Today I tried to get a prescription filled, but the associates at the pharmacy was acting like they were busy. I tried to ask them to check and make sure my address and insurance was updated with my license and insurance card but the lady was rude and didn’t want to see my license and insurance card. I tried to explain to here that they overcharged me for my prescription last time so I want to make sure my info was right. But she just wave her hand and went to the other side where the pick up window. There was no line! So, then another pharmacist, a male, ask if he could help me. I told him could he check to make sure my address and insurance was correct. He said I have to wait for the pharmacist come back she busy. At that point, I told him to give me back my prescription, I’ll just go somewhere else. Worst pharmacist in Chester. Smh
Stop charging extra stuff to my purchase. Im aware that theres a coin shortage due to the ongoing pandemic, but I dont appreciate having extra change snuck in on my purchase without my knowledge or consent. It was so sneaky that it did not appear on the registers touch screen. But whats this extra charge just to round it to the next whole dollar? Cut it out! #WalgreensisBetter

Repeatedly having an issue with them initiating prior authorizations with my doctor, causing me to have to pay an unspeakable amount of money for bridge supplies as my medications are essential. I have had to ask multiple times for prior authorizations to be initiated after they said they would send the paperwork, which was never done.The pharmacist in charge is great, but the rest of the staff is rather rude. I am a pharmacist myself and have spent plenty of time in their shoes, and although the job sucks at times, being friendly and accommodating to customers should be a priority.
This may be one of the most ghetto stores I’ve ever walked into. Fire everyone and bring in all new staff. Sitting around on there phones. Ignoring customers while taking personal phone calls. Extremely rude and so ghetto I could hardly understand what she was saying. Rite aid do you think you could hire people with intelligence please? I literally don’t feel safe sending money through this store. You’ve all completely failed with this store.
I can barely walk right now, I have my infant with me and i need my medicine. Unfortunately the drive thru has been closed every time I come to try and pick it up. Ive been coming a few times but now I see your not opening it and I have to walk. I wouldnt care if I want injured.Update 10/10/21: last night my sons urgent care sent his medicine. It is now 146pm and they claim before they fill it they have to make sure the person wants the medicine.... so now my son has to wait another day before he can get his treatment... if this was life threatening am I supposed to watch my kids die??? Im switching to walgreens full time
The store itself is fine my problem is the pharmacy they will be quick to tell you that your insurance doesnt cover medications and not help or work with you at all and that is very disappointing because my husband is a diabetic and needed his insulin and told us his insurance doesnt cover it mind you my husband pays for his insurance but that didnt matter to them and that was it so we ended up going to a mom and pop pharmacy and they went above and to get my husband his medication without me even asking them too so honestly I plan on taking all my medications to this new pharmacy and not doing any more business with rite aid pharmacy
I have been shopping here for a long time and have seen employee come and go but team they have here now are absolutely awesome. Tiff has excellent customer service skills. She is one of many great people there.
Pharmacy staff has been rude to me numerous times over the phone while I was trying to figure out my prescriptions. Was hung up on in mid sentence while asking a question.
I been shopping here for close to five years now. Great service always.prices alittle high.but they always have top quality stuff.and the pharmacy always help me and my wife get all our stuff right and in order. This rite aid is a good one by far if not the best one around for sure
I noticed the addition of Organic items which for me is awesome. I love the healthier choices. Prices a bit high at times which is why I wait for a sale.

Horrible here. They leave old products and cosmetics there. They dont change anything unless brote. And the makeups are old and disgusting.

Pharmacy cashier Natasha has very nasty attitude. Customer service is #1 . Dave DeRosa manager witnessed exchange and did nothing. I wil never come to this Rite Aide again.Too kuch ifnorance i will send al my prescriptions to Cvs in the future.
