I have been looking for a dresser for about two years. I have visited all the big box places and I felt like Goldilocks everything was either to tall or to wide or just overpriced. I decided to check out Chester Furniture Barn and within 10 min I was trying to decide between 3 different dressers. They have dressers that are unique and great quality. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. I was able to pick out the knobs and finish of my dresser. I really love it and I will definitely visit them for my next furniture purchase

Really friendly and great service.

I felt extremely disregarded. I arrived in store ready to make a purchase. An older couple not black arrived moments after me. As I was speaking with the owner he immediately cuts me off and ask the white couple a question. He then walks away and tends to their concerns, and never checks back in with me. I was again ready to buy. His daughter comes over to help I thought. Nope she was also helping to service this couple who was looking for a recliner. When we left all we got was have a nice day. Nothing else. Clearly my money isnt good enough. I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN.

Ive bought a lot of nice furniture, and have they great deals. The dining table and chairs, that I bought years ago, is still in great condition. Quatily furniture sold locally.

Staff was knowledgeable of their products and ways to customize them. They were friendly and helpful without being pushy. The showroom was on the small side, though, with pieces very close together.
