The staff is cool but the prices are ridiculously expensive. If I had not run out of juice I wouldve got 3 bottles of salt nic for the price of their one online.

I really like this location. Friendly staff. Pretty clean place. Good selection of juice. Have most coils in stock at the best price in the area. Chill atmosphere.

Great staff Malik was awesome but shop had basically nothing to choose from when it came to Mods and Ejuice.

If youre local in the area, and need a Vape shop, Cloudz is the place to go. Whenever Ive needed juice on the fly, I can count on then to have what I need...and if they dont, they give me great alternatives. Ive been shopping here since the owner opened his first store. Ive come to know most of the people that work there in a personal level now. Without a doubt I would recommend them to anyone.

The manager Ethan is awesome!! He is very knowledgeable about the products and has an amazing personality. Love him! He makes the store worth going there to buy vape products!

I went to cloudz looking for a birthday gift. Ethan helped me, he was very friendly and polite and above that he seemed very knowledgeable on the product. I was very satisfied with Ethan’s ability to guide me towards a product that would work for me, specifically since I had no real knowledge in what i needed. He answered all my questions and I never once felt like he was being pushy or overselling. I also had high appreciation for the organization and cleanliness of the store. I will definitely be returning to cloudz in the future. I have also made it a point to referred others to this location. I highly suggest this store and insisted that if you visit you ask for Ethan, he really went above and beyond what i expect of customer service. He was excellent!

Had no idea what I was looking for or what I needed and they knew exactly what I needed!!! They are the most polite young men and women Ive come across in customer service in a long time!!! The guys are lazy and you get bad service.. Every time Ive gone there and need coils they never go in the back to check.. They always say they are out.. The only thing Ive ever gotten from there is the juice.. All of their vape pens are for people that want the big cloud of vape and nothing else.. Voltage Vape is the best place.. They have everything and get what you need.. Vape pens are for normal vaping on up to the big cloud.. I go out of my way to go there and clouds is right up the street from me!! I wouldnt waste my time going there unless you want the juice and pens that have the big cloud.. Done with this place..

Absolute junk customer service! Juice selection was fair but prices were outrageous. The sales guy had no intention on letting me know there selection and only wanted to sell me the one juice he vapes. The attitude was by far not called for. Anyother time in my life I would have never put up with it, but I figured he had other problems and let him be. Definitely reminded me of a junkie mentality.

I have had to rethink my last review. Today Cloudz vapor lost a customer. I was there at 14:50 hrs (2:50 pm) And bought a 60ml 12 mg bottle of OFE CLASSIC GOLD JUICE. Paid 26.31( tax included) Went to another place for a different reason, and i get a text. From Cloudz vapor @ 16:01.. Cloudz Vapor Flash Sale! Come in anytime before close tonight and get any 60ml bottle for just $19.99! limit one per customer. Reply STOP to opt-out. I went back to see if they would give me some money back.. and of course they DIDNT HONOR THEIR OWN AD. or give me any money back. The guy even called the owner and he said theres nothing he could do. BULL PUCKY.. HE DOES HAVE AUTHORITY SINCE HE IS THE OWNERNow that I have got this off my chest. I have to find a New place to get my vape juice. May not be going back anytime soon. They dont give a s#!+ About the customer.

Has a sample bar with dozens of flavors. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Most importantly they carry a wide variety of brands, not just their own. You wont find a better vape franchise in Richmond. Believe me, I spent months looking.

I went in here to check it out and the people seemed nice but cocky. Some of the customers were so cocky about everything about vaping. Wow ! I did more research and found out these things can blow up. Have fun in the emergency room

If I could give the store a minus -1 I would.I purchased some Vape juice for my daughter as a gift. The chemical was so harsh that when she tried it she began coughing so hard and long that her throat became raw and sore.The product is THE ONE it states it was the lowest nicotine available. Okay so if that product sucks, but the store should stand behind making the customer satisfied enough to come back to the establishment. NOT!!I could see if we used half the juice or even a third of the juice, we did not and it was our first time to this store not a good comeBack or tell you friends about us experience.I will tell them that the store doesn’t stand behind customer service or theProducts it sales.I personally will not do business with this company or the store anymore and will tell anyone that asks about the policies that only favor the owner bank account not the well being of its patrons. I feel it to be very unethical not to stand behind your product that you sale to people. Everyone works hard for thier money and if your product hurts someone you should try and make it right.

Typically helpful. But, they convinced my mother to buy a faulty atomizer and with their no return policy - we wont be shopping here again. I suggest going out to colonial heights or richmond for AVAIL or vape guys

Great people and great shop, very knowing of any questions you may have. they even have coil building classes !!! one of the best shops in RVA. My go to B&M !!!!

They use to have a much larger selection of everything from equipment to juice but the selection has dwindled to half the size it use to be. Always great service though.

Not a bad place but dudes that work there act like they are so annoyed sometimes😂 Like dude you work at a vape shop stfu! And I cant stand when people sell you something knowing its not that great. They need a few people who wanna be there. Hire some females or something.

Not a bad starting point for a first time vapor experience. Ill update with each visit.My brother prefers then for his ejuice and I came to get my first vape pen. They ran m recommended the Kangertech pen which has served my purposes wonderfully. I need to return to inquire about replacing the cotton, so Ill update after that experience.-Update-These guys are awesome. Told them I was having issues with my pen and they fixed the issue easily plus sold me on a great new ejuice. Even laughed for a long while and discussed some options for a good friend of mine who wants to get off cigarettes. So far, my experiences have been great. Im sure some folks have a rough time, but sincerely you have to just give them a try for yourself. Different strokes for different folks. Ill update again later.

This shop is a cloud chasers dream. So many premium juices to pick from, they have a wall with drippers in juice bottles where you can try out all their top shelf liquids. One of the few stores that feels like a vape lounge. Tons of RDAs, Mechss, rebuilding gear and accessories. This store carries authentics and clones.

So everytime my boyfriend and I go to Cloudz Vapor they have a great selection of oils but one of the employees there is extremely rude and very condescending as if I should know everything about vapes and oils and etc.

Extremely PRICEY on e liquid and didnt have major brands. Wont be back.
