Truck was ready to pick up, clean we were very satisfied 😌 with the customer services.

Was moving 1700 miles away and after initially picking up a truck and car carrier at a home depot decided something with over 120,000 miles and some minor issues wouldnt be reliable enough for me to be comfortable driving that distance. Called and asked if there was anything a little newer and in better shape and less than an hour later had a truck with 21,000 and massively updated features including a backup camera and adaptive cruise control at no additional cost. Very understanding and accommodating!

Most of the staff there are great at the desk, but beyond that you can spend 100K and still get treated like a stranger.

I think this place might be understaffed. Our trucks are kept here for routine maintenance and day parking as we drive nights. They have a dumpster that has been a overflowing for at least 3 days now. Not that that is my personal trash or anything. But it is nice to throw your trash out when you are finished with your route. I have always been a fan of Penske and felt they are a better company in general to deal with commercially as well as privately. I have experienced some atrocious mfn things while dealing with Ryder as I have been in the trucking trucking industry for over 20 years. From what I hear from managers and drivers in the area Ryder has stepped up their game some. Pick up some slack Penske.

The evening shift all though short staffed, were polite, professional, and had me in and out. They were great repairing the company rig i drive. 5 stars all the way!

Clean and convenient facility not far from I95 in Chester. Good service at the fuel island which opens at 6:30am and a truck wash bay. Ive never used their rental service, but seems to be well staffed, clean, and enough vehicles to rent. Maintenance service is fairly slow, not due to the mechanics, but because it seems like there is always so much work to be done.

Making the reservation was easy, I spoke with Allison bright and early and she was pleasant, polite and professional. Well done.

Great service and will rent again. Drove 2900 miles from Spokane Washington back to Virginia & they were awesome when the truck broke down in Iowa. Totally satisfied with Penske ( both in Spokane Washington, Chester Virginia & the roadside assistance in Iowa)!!!!

Made online reservation 3–4 weeks ahead, checked my email confirmation the day before to find out; in fact, it was incorrect based on what I had booked. Received a call the day of my rental, of course the day I’m planning to move, saying “oh we’re sorry we have no trucks and can’t get anything to you”. I would never trust these people again. What is the point of reserving ahead? No one honors their word anymore
