Attempted to send back a futon mattress, double wrap with plastic I purchased, but refused return because not in box, which it didn’t come in when I received. Ok no problem, I’m more irritated by the large gentleman that saw my husband standing at the door before I even came inside and then continued to stare with us waiting for no reason, before he bothered to say anything.And the first words out of his mouth are, are you shipping that. Ummm for what other reason would I be bringing a wrapped cushion into a shipping store. For you to take a nap later? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Very poor customer service. The guy working there with the Salt and Pepper beard and small twist hairs as very unprofessional. Would not take my item tried to force to buy boxes that didn’t need. My item was wrapped the way it was sent to me. Got loud with me with other customers in the store. He need more training when working with the public. I took my item to another location with out any problems. It’s a shame I had find another location in the pouring rain.

The associate with twists and salt/pepper beard is not as cordial towards men as he is the ladies. Last 2 times I dropped off package there was no hi or thank you to me, not so with the female customers. I will go to the Petersburg location from now on. Just asking for simple courtesy.

Needed something laminated, was told it would be about an hour, came back 3 hours later and they still had not started. Took it somewhere else and got it done in 10 mins.

This shipment center has had 2 of my packages ride around on their trucks for several days. One was listed as on vehicle out for delivery on Saturday but want delivered until Wednesday. Im still waiting on my second package that has been on a delivery truck since yesterday. And at 11 pm last night they noted it as attempted to deliver and something about the weather. USPS is faster and honest.

Calvin at this location was amazing and very helpful. I had a document I needed printed, but it was in the wrong format and he was able to correct it and help me out. Props to amazing customer service.

I have always had a positive and wonderful service experience at this store. Staff are always helpful and accommodating as much as they can to meet my needs quickly. I left UPS due to unkind customer service rules...this store is fast and precise.

Last year I downloaded more than 100 boxes, the person who attended me and who was a woman, gave me an excellent professional service. and now this Sunday, October 20, two trips, a total of 51 boxes, the person who was in that place looked annoyed. He called his boss named Cris, complaining that they were too many boxes and told me that this was no place to go. Too many boxes, the company I work for more than 6 years using the fedex service ... now I will try to convince my bosses to move to UPS because I will need to do this again by the year 2020 of March 2020️ 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️

Service has always been fast and easy! They always greet you and I am in and out! Never had a bad experience at this store!

It was quick, easy, and I was in and out within 5 mins of being there.

Some things in life should be simple. I tried to get some business cards printed. One visit and three days later, I was quoted several prices, but still no firm final price. Too complicated. Must be a better system else where.

The guy working the counter made it soo difficult. Go to UPS .Have to set up a account? To send a package. Nobody has time for that. Go to ups. The guy here is a dork. Like if anybody has time to be explaines tge process. Service is disconnected from reality. No on e goes to tge store to be explaimed everything take my package charge me. Im out. I had to take my stuff and leave. Inept

Always long lines, staff is not friendly, terrible customer service, and they dont recycle packaging material.

Went in to this location to have quite a bit of stuff printed out. Varying sizes and quantities. It did take quite a bit longer than they expected but the team there worked very hard to get everything printed, bound, and shipped!

Just sad. How long does it take to measure and weigh 3 boxes. They are too lazy to do that so they sent me to Richmond so I can make my shipment in time. Then they laugh and joke with each other about as I walk out. Thanks!

Worst customer service ever, got there at 701 p.m. the FedEx overnight lady just got there and didnt except my package because of 1 minute. Sad we rely on these companies to do small business. Shame on u FedEx.
