I just took my kids here for new school shoes yesterday and we had a great experience. They had lots of great sales going on including clearance sales. My son has been over the moon about his new pair of gamer themed Vans and both of my girls like their Sketchers. My 4 year old daughter was a bit disappointed that they were out of the Paw Patrol tennis shoes she wanted in her size but once she saw the Sketchers Twinkle Toes, with sparkles that light up, she was sold. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not only did we receive the clearance prices on name-brand shoes but we also received an additional $12 in discounts. 10/10 recommend.

They have shoes, which a shoe store should. Prices are decent. But the staff doesnt seem to know they even work there. Completely absent minded and dont have any clue about what theyre doing.

Had to exchange some shoes that were a bit too big. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I also purchased some slippers while I was there. Thumbs up!

The young lady that waited on me was very pleasant and helpful. She was very accommodating and kind. My first time ever going to Shoe Carnival. Its hard for me to walk and that was quite a hike for me - but her patience and kindness was well worth it. I will be come back and make Shoe Carnival the store for me and my family.

Youll find shoes here. Big ones. Little ones. Mostly overpriced and made by children in other countries, but they do indeed protect your feet from daily wear and tear. Employees are nice and sales are convenient if you only ever buy your shoes in pairs.

Hate to say it but Ill certainly not be returning here again. The manager is nice and helpful, and the shoe selection is decent but I just cant stand a place that aggressively pushes for your private information. We need your phone number for the system. No you dont. Trying to pressure me into giving them my email not once, not twice but thrice. First time was asking and I said no, should have ended there. Then they tried again most stubbornly. After I said no that time when it came time for the receipt they tried to get me to give them my email again. No.I want shoes, not your emails, not your pressuring sales tactics. Thats what I get for trying to buy from a store front rather than online. If you want to be bugged for your information over and over again feel free to go here, but if you hate people constantly trying to sign you up for things you dont want avoid this place like I will.

I popped in just before leaving Frontier Mall because of the large discount signs plastered outside the store advertising 30-70% off. I was disappointed with the supposed sale however, as it seemed that the best they could do in the mens knock a few pairs down from $65 to $50.Dont get me wrong the signs did their job getting me in the store, but the clear lack of discounted selection left me feeling like I had wasted my time, so in the end, the long term effect will be the opposite of what the marketing was intending.

I found 2 pairs of shoes on the clearance rack. All of the shoes on that rack had pink stinkers except for the one pair of Skechers I picked up. I asked for the price and was told $45 even though all of the other Skechers on the rack were marked down to $25. I said that didn’t sound like a clearance price and was informed that if there are less than 6 pairs of a style left, “we mark them down a little and put them on the clearance rack”. I said that didn’t seem right. If they aren’t clearance they shouldn’t be on a rack right under the hot pink clearance sign! Needless to say I only left with one pair of shoes. No wonder people drive south or shop Amazon. No Gimmicks!!

This place is unorganized, we wanted a pair of shoes, the box had one black, one brown. They made a half attempt to help find the match. Wasnt too impressed with with them!
