They have a lot of boots, but do not carry my size. My husband gave me a gift card a year ago, and I still havent found but 1 item to buy. I bought a shirt size large. I usually wear a medium. I loved it. fit me great. BUT, I washed in cold water, put in low heat dryer for 5 minutes, it was still wet, but when it dried on a hanger, it is now extra small. It practically shows my belly button. Of course they dont have any more. Their selection of womens clothes is small. they only have a few items of each so you have to buy when they put out. The only summer items were tank tops and short shorts. This evening I went to look around and 5 minutes before closing they checked out the only other person in the store. As soon as she left, the clerk looked at me at the back of the store, looked at the other worker and said figures I had no idea when they closed. Before I could walk to the front of the store, lights out in all but the area I was in, music off. I should have just hung out and made them stay, but I didnt feel like dealing with people who were already rude. No announcement, no one said hey, just so you know we are closing soon nothing. Id like to just throw my card away, but it has a lot of money on it....I guess I will save it for another town. I wont go back in that one!
My son loves cowboy stuff, being from Pittsburgh we are more city slickers but the staff was great took the time to show him and help him pick up an authentic cowboy hat and boots.I got myself the same, store was really nice! Highly recommend stopping in!! Was worth the trip from staying in Colorado Springs to see Cheyenne, and to make my sons dream come true! You guys are awesome!
I thought this store was very well stocked the staff was friendly and helpful. I dont think theres anything were that they dont have.
We have been to this boot barn several times. The staff are friendly and helpful. The manager jumped right in and helped my mom find boots that she could wear despite her ankle injury from years ago. She was knowledgeable and helpful. We didnt even know she was the manager until we were done shopping. Plus, this boot barn is in a historic building in downtown Cheyenne! If youre looking for western wear, go here!
Good selection of western wear. Prices seem a little high but probably typical for a speciality store. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
Items were inside the Wrangler store. It was great finding western wear, especially since I am from NY. Definitely worth visiting in historic downtown. Friendly staff.
Great store that sells all sorts of western wear but there are some cool t-shirts and hats. Great boot and cowboy hat selections
Employees were not motivated to help us use our $200 credit. They were not friendly. They did not offer any help to call customer service to assist us.Yolanda was wonderful!
Really bummed this is now a big box corporate western store. Still, they have an extensive selection and friendly staff. And the usual prices at a Boot Barn.
Loved it. The girl that helped me was amazing. She showed med right what I needed awesome. Serviciccised
Wow!! This store has all your western wear and more. Prices are reasonable and the staff isn’t following you around like some places.
Great store with big selection. Friendly staff. A must stop when in the area.
Be prepared to spend some money! Lots of things to see and shop, wide variety. Beautiful boots
Never before have I felt more unwelcome than when I came to the Wrangler in Cheyenne. I came to Cheyenne looking for a new leather jacket, and my first stop was at a Murdochs, to which I was told they had no leather jackets, but a young lady gave me the recommendation of the Wrangler, which she said was the biggest leather outlet in Cheyenne. I was thrilled to go into this store and peruse what they had to offer, as well as for a chance to meet my purchasing needs by purchasing locally.I drove over, parked, and went inside, to which a red haired lady in a blue shirt came to me to ask if I needed help. Now, I normally would be happy just to peruse on my own, I normally prefer that, but seeing as this woman came to me and asked, and that I had been given such a good recommendation, I asked where they had their leather jackets.Upon seeing me closer and after responding that I was looking for leather jackets (upon a strong recommendation), her tone changed to one of disdain, and reluctance. I really cant imagine why, but it was quite apparent in her tone and body language. She seemed to want rid of me, to cast me out of the store as if I was some unwelcome guest. She said, We dont really have many leather jackets, we only have one, which she did go and show me, but the whole time her body language and tone suggested that these items were not for someone like me, and that I wasnt an appropriate customer to allow within their store. Now I admit, I am not one who normally dresses in a western/country style. Im not one for cowboy hats or cowboy boots, but I figure western folk must have gained some expertise with leather and I am one who enjoys leather jackets, and I thought I could be pleasantly surprised, even persuaded, to find something in a different style for myself, if it fit the bill. Furthermore, as someone who does not normally get in touch with western culture, I was hopeful for a new perspective to something thats normally unusual to me.I chose to peruse the store further anyhow, on my own, and during my perusal, I in fact found a number of other leather jackets that the woman neglected to mention. I cant help but think she purposefully left them out, as to encourage me to hasten my visit.Nevertheless, I did end up purchasing a new beanie style hat, but this cold, callous welcome from this individual left a sour taste in my mouth.Fortunately, the visit was not all like this, for one employee working the counter in the back was very welcoming. While I was waiting in line up front, red headed lady struck again, asking to help the people behind me, rather than myself who had been, but fortunately the lady in the back offered to ring me up. I thank the lady in the back for being a human being. For the lady with red hair, perhaps learn that not everyone fits your idea of normal, and that there are other human beings in the world. It is for this second employee, that did make me feel welcome, that I didnt give a 1 star rating. But if western culture is anything like this red headed woman presents, perhaps Im happier to patronize another establishment, outside of Cheyenne.
Yolanda was great one of the best customer service experience I had in a long time.
Amazing selection of hats boots and clothing, and probably my favorite part of Cheyenne. Hands down best place Ive been in.
We enjoyed shopping here while passing through Cheyenne. A large selection of western wear was a available along with helpful staff. It was nicely divide into men and womens sides. A nice store in a nice location next to the depot plaza.
Very cool store. Nice selection of boots and western wear.
Great service and good selection
Nice, historical, well kept up place. Staff is nice. Must stop Cheyenne attraction.
I went there to look and buy some boots and the girl asked what size I wore and I said Im not sure. She asked the size of the shoes Im wearing and I told her but even I know that street shoes and western boots are not going to fit the same. So the only thing I could do was try some different sizes and see what fits the best. Its to bad people arent trained to actually measure your feet to get the best fit anymore. Really disappointed no one cares about service anymore. Hope I got the right size.
Top quality clothing. Clean and organized store. Friendly and attentive staff. Definitely worth checking out! Good stuff here.
This place is awesome
Fun place for tourists and locals. Pick up the best cowboy gear here for good prices!
My son purchased boots for our two year old granddaughter but they were too small. We exchanged them with no hassle. We got great customer service and the boot, hat and Western wear selection is phenomenal here.
You can’t go to Cheyenne Wyoming, not having a little Shyanne. One of my favorite places to go shopping when I visit this town. I WOULD recommend it.
Nice store. About as western as can be without selling tack.
Workers seemed rude at first but were very nice. Helped us with getting shoes, and definitely seemed to know what they were doing
Very cute clothes and boots but even when on sales the prices were a little high.
Didnt find anything I really wanted
First time in ....great place...very nice people.....thank you ladies for your help
Good selection
This is the place for all things western. Knowledgeable associates ready to guide you through every item. We both got great fitting Wrangler jeans.
A little pricey
Very friendly staff. Very nice selection of western wear.
The best place for Western wear in Cheyenne. The staff is incredibly helpful. It is worth your time to pay a visit to the historic downtown location.
Wonderful store. Entire staff was super friendly and very helpful (especially Cody). Went back again the same day after our first visit.
Not sure why Google still calls it the Boot Barn as the only signage now is Wrangler. My lovely lady found a pair of boots she loved so we dropped a little coin here. I found the prices of the other stuff really high so I could not give five stars. But the boot selection was outstanding and the prices on those seemed reasonable.
Nice place to shop love the huge collection of boots. The staff was very helpful in finding my fiance a nice pair of boots. Always great when someone helps her do the shopping so I dont have too.
Super selection including some extra wide boot sizes. Large selection of hats too. Prices are very competitive for comparable quality clothes. Friendly helpful staff.
Love Boot Barn. Doesnt really matter the location, however this store is FANTASTIC. Set in a historic building its huge and has everything you need. Weather your a every day Boot and Jean guy like me or just need a pair of boots for your concert this store is right for you.
There is a good selection here, but its very over-priced. Even Black Friday deals were not significant enough and I was able to find what I needed elsewhere for a lot less money. I bought boots that Boot Barn carried for about $50 less at a different store.
Clerks was very curious
Customer service was outstanding. Purchased my son a Stetson. Place was right out of the pages of what you a picture a western supply store is..
My other second home.
Lots an lots of inventory. Wasnt impressed with staff. When we immediately didnt want to buy anything was just there to see the historic building the staff was almost rude. Then when we did want to purchase something no one would help us.
Hats, boots, shirts and western clothing for men and women. Anything you need in western apparel. The store is housed in this beautiful and wellkept 3 story building that was built in 1892. The structure is a main attraction and an icon in downtown Cheyenne.
Great place for clothes. Work clothes, dress clothes and a friendly staff willing to help. Great layout of boots, Jeans and cowboy hats.
Found the perfect boots with matching jeans with the help of a friendly staff member. Definitely will go back when Im in the area again!
Crazy nice Wrangler store. Staff really helpful and friendly. Good folks up there :)
Was passing through Cheyenne, and decided to shop for an upcoming western themed wedding, and definately picked the right place! Incredible selection of boots, jeans, shorts and dresses. Staff obviously liked working there, and were great. Definately a destination if visiting Cheyenne .
Great merchandise and awesome staff. Love this place for all the Cheyenne things!
Love their selection of Miss Me Jeans and they always have the most up to date fashions! A little pricey but very cute clothes. And the cowboys inside are great to look at! :)
So fun. Great prices.
I dont look like the typical boot barn shopper Im from California I dress as if I am but I am in business in my street clothes you would never know it so alot times I am treated with disregardOr ignored.customer service was excellentKudos to Cass she was patient helped me find what I was looking for.
Great selection of boots. Finding a hat in a 7-3/4 wasnt easy and I gave up. The sales staff is low pressure and helpful without being pushy.
Found a cute dress here for a reasonable price that I ended up wearing for my wedding. Love their selection of boots and clothes.
Really great Store to shop Cowboy-/Cowgirl-Boots and accessories. Service could be better (was not worse but could be better)
Really nice shop. Had lots of clothing, scarves, boots, hats, shirts. Very unique store.
Great western wear store with a large selection. Friendly, helpful staff
What a wonderful place to shop. Love it!
Always a pleasure to shop here. Great staff and quality merchandise
LOVED THE SERVICE AND WILL ALWAYS COME BACK !!
Excellent selection, super friendly staff eager to help, but walking away & seeing g the sign for a military discount after Ive paid was a gut punch. A small sign on the counter near the card reader would be more noticeable.
We went into the store this A.M. fathers day. Staff was Soo nice. Helped my husband shape his felt Stetson. The staff helped us puchase a shirt and vest. Would recommend goi g to this store. Very kind and helpful.
Historic place in the Cheyenne Depot Plaza. Great selection of western hats and boots!
Tiffany was very helpful. Very good service and selection. Please open one in Scottsbluff Nebraska
Great place. I buy most of my jeans here. Nice selection and knowledgeable staff.
Employees are great. Management is terrible. I have never seen such an astonishing attrition rate. Most likely due to underpaying their emloyees, giving minimal lunches with no breaks, working employees right under 40 hours.
Found what I was looking for. Staff a little helpful, but not like the one off Dell Range.
I love this store. Great staff and items, but a little pricey. Lol.
Great selection and excellent customer service!
WOW!!!!! What an awesome place to shop for all my western wear.. I bought a great hat, boots and jeans..
Wide selection of merchandise and services was spot on
Nice store has not changed at all lol
Great selection of boots, clothes and hats. Why no hats larger than 7-5/8?
Great store. They’ve got everything.
Anything Western ... from cowboy boots to hats to jeans and shirts. Friendly and helpful staff.
Finally got me a pair of boots that fit! Jesi was a great help, and the selection was awesome! Thanks!
Super friendly staff and a great selection of western wear. Even non-cowboys can find stuff here to Benin the Wyoming style!
