Not surprised this donut shack is closed now. They had a strong start though can’t deny. Their donuts were amazing and delicious and fresh. Then after time their quality and service went downhill fast. I ordered a take out order for coffee and never got it or applied back to my card, but at the time they were “hurting” from the impact of Covid so I just let it go as part of a “donation “.But the donuts made our family sick every time. So farewell donut shack.

My boyfriend and I had the best experience here - we stopped by early in the morning for donuts and coffee during a long 3-day cross-country drive. The ladies who served us donuts were incredibly kind and friendly - they even threw in an extra one when I mentioned how much my mom loves crullers. The donuts were delicious (and insanely cheap) and the coffee was great too. I cant express how much it meant to encounter such kind, helpful folks during a relatively stressful time. If were ever back in Cheyenne, we will definitely be back!

The donuts are delicious and very reasonably priced, great variety as well. I decided to do a Sunday Donut Day with my kids and I was very pleased with the donuts we received from here--and so were my kids. I havent tried the coffee drinks yet but I definitely plan on it. Also, the customer service is top notch. They are very friendly and welcoming and really go above and beyond for their customers. One more reason to support small business in Cheyenne 🙂. Was traveling I-80 and discovered Dads by searching Goggle maps for an early morning coffee. What a great find! Amazing customer service, awesome donuts and can definitely brew a specialty coffee and cappuccino.If you are traveling I-80 through Cheyenne, Wyoming Dads is a must for a good cup-o-joe and a donut.

I have visited a few times, but it has been a while. I remember their donuts were usually pretty good. Stopped by the Pershing location this morning on my way to work and got a couple of donuts. Unfortunately, I wasnt able to eat even half of either of them as they were too doughy. They obviously needed to be cooked longer. Very sad, as what I was able to eat had decent flavor.

On a road trip and googled donuts... very happy with our stop! Super sweet and friendly service. Chocolate cream filled was yummy, my 9 year old devoured the donut holes and said they were gooey goodness.Coffee is super tasty! Thank you, we’d stop in agin if driving thru this area.

I ordered late-ish yesterday afternoon for pick up this morning. They made sure I got the specific donuts I requested, and my order was perfect. Great food, great people!

Placed a order online with them bec it said they were open until 2pm and they aren’t open. And they took my money out of my account on my card. If your not open don’t allow ppl to order online from you. And if your closed until further notice then take your website down online. Or say your closed online not OPEN!!

Very fun environment with unique choices in drinks and donuts, but the donuts are super dense and taste like old oil. I really wanted to like them, but there are definitely better choices in town.

My boyfriend and I just moved to Cheyenne and read a lot of great reviews about Dads donuts so we wanted to give it a shot. The building was super cute and the staff was friendly, we were just a tad disappointed in the donuts themselves. We got chocolate glazed with sprinkles and chocolate donut holes, they tasted stale and a bit burnt. We’ll probably give them another shot though because everyone keeps saying how amazing they are!

Its two businesses in one! Fresh cook donuts and brewed coffee. The other side is specialty coffees and teas.$. Plenty of room to sit. I enjoyed the atmosphere. Thank you. Peace out.

I love coffee but due to some medical issues, I have not been able to drink it for years because it causes horrible stomach pain. Boys brew however is the first coffee that hasnt upset my stomach at all! Im very impressed with their prices and quality... they even give a discount if you bring your own cup!Now for the doughnuts... they are incredibly inexpensive and delicious. They melt in your mouth and have so much flavor. The bear claw is my favorite. I also love any of the jelly filled... today I tried the strawberry and raspberry. Both had the perfect amount of jelly and were just tart and sweet enough. Im so happy we have this in Cheyenne and look forward to many more visits!

I had family in town and wanted to give Dads a try. I ordered online and they called right away to tell me they were out of some of the donuts I ordered. They provided great customer service and the donuts did not disappoint!!

This is the BEST donut/coffee shop around. The kids and I LOVE their donuts and the selection to chose from. They are always so pleasant when we come in. This is truly a family/kid friendly place to go! Not to mention the awesome lounge they have and the bright clean colors are so appealing. We only had donuts during this visit. I had a chocolate cake donut with chocolate icing and chocolate chips. It was AMAZING. I will definitely go back to try the coffee and other donuts next time. Service was also excellent and the lady told us that the business is family owned. The donut recipes are from their grandfather.

Great prices, donuts are pretty good. Friendly staff, but they need more breakfast items and a different coffee shop in there. The atmosphere is alright. I like that they have a lounge area and table area. You can also get donuts right across the street at Safeway and better drinks. I am sure we will be back to give it another go because it is cheap but IDK about this one.

We have always sought out the best doughnuts available and our trip across country has been no different. This morning my husband and I came across what is hands down the very best doughnut and coffee shop ever. Dads Donuts and The Boys Brew in Cheyenne, WY. The Bear Claw was tender with the right amount of sweetness and the filling was heavenly. The same could be said for every one of the doughnuts we ate. JJ, who develops their own coffee brand has the smoothest dark blend with no bitter aftertaste and with an amazing amount of caffeine to keep you going no matter what you are doing. I normally take photos of my reviews, but as we are driving across country and eating in the car, we had inhaled the doughnuts before the thought of a picture entered our minds. I stopped in here on a Friday morning on my way out of Colorado. I saw all the positive reviews and was excited, but to be honest I wasn’t very impressed with the donuts. Nice place, nice worker but the donuts just weren’t fresh and there wasn’t much variety. It was 6:40am so I would have expected some to be fresh. I just didn’t feel like they were worth the price.

Finally a place a bit quirky but with good vibes. Just wished the hours were longer. This has been a nice addition to the south side and I hope to see it stay

Best donuts in the world. Ive never had such a fluffy, and I mean fluffy, texture in my mouth. The atmosphere is more than welcoming. I also have acid reflux and the coffee is easy on the gut. I hope tgis place is still around to make it a regular thing with my kids do come play some d n d and teach them chess.

These donuts are amazing! Today I had a maple glazed cake donut and it was absolutely delicious! I also like the everything donuts and the plain raised and the apple fritters/bear claws. Just be prepared for a mouthful of cinnamon depending on who made them. They even make kid donuts on Saturdays, like dirt and worms with crushed Oreos and a gummy worm. The peanut butter cup Reeses flavor donut was surprisingly good as well!

We stopped in here on our way through Cheyenne. It was very easy to get to off I-80. The coffees we got were amazing! We got one of their specials and one of our custom usuals. Also got a dozen of our choice of amazing donuts for $10.99. Plus the employees were helping and very friendly.

They tried to up sell me on there day old donuts and the tasted like yeast do not spend your money on them the donut shop on central is way better and I left the donuts in my car for two days and they were still as good as the first day.

Im not sure why coffee is advertised as they dont offer anything but an average cafe version. I stopped in to learn this & went in search of a good, strong brew for my roadtrip.

We visited the shop before church today. The doughnuts were delicious. The service at the doughnut counter couldnt have been better. Then I decided to try the coffee, I love coffee. When the lady gave me the coffee, iced mocha breve, I asked if I could get a dome lid and she said, we only use those if you order whipped cream. Odd but okay. Then I tasted it. It was bitter and not mixed. The chocolate was added to the ice milk so it was not mixed at all. It was the worst coffee Ive has since moving to Cheyenne. I threw it in the trash on my way out the door. Highly disappointed and a waste of money. I probably wont be back.

They are still trying new donut recipes and flavor combinations, but will allow you samples. The coffee is good. I enjoyed the winter wolf.

Gone a few times to give this place a chance and have been disappointed each time. The price is fair for coffee but it is not great. Got a few different lattes and never had enough coffee, got one with an extra shot and then it just tastes like coffee no flavor, needs balance. Plus I asked for a sprinkle of cinnamon and got a pile of it so when I took a drink it was like doing the cinnamon challenge.The donuts are not great tried several kinds. Got one that was raw in the middle with runny dough. Fritters tastes like the fryer need the oil changed a month ago. All in all I’m sad that Cheyenne can’t have something good it’s always subpar. Sadly disappointedNo you are not remembering the right person. No one asked me if it tasted ok because I just grabbed it and left. Funny how they were concerned about other reviews but a little rude to me. This was my third trip here but will definitely be my last now.

I came in to get a doughnut at 6 pm. I was rudely told the doughnut side is closed but there were about a hundred doughnuts on the shelf. So apparently, I could buy a coffee, but not a doughnut (they were literally sitting right in front of us going bad). Obviously they have a fantastic business model... Lets keep the place open, allow people to come in and then tell them they cant buy our product.I for one will not be coming back. I just went over to Safeway where I could buy a doughnut, even though the “doughnut side” was closed.
