I called all over town to find something special and Outlaw was the only place that had it. So I went and got it. Told them that I was the one that called. This really friendly, tall, guy with glasses pulled it out of the freezer for me and then I asked about something else. He actually walked over to the case WITH me and showed me what they had. The other guy from the counter even came over with recommendations. The ABSOLUTE best service I have ever had when it came to liquor stores and actually best customer service Ive had anywhere in a long time. I pride myself in customer service so when I get great customer service, I make it known! Prices are great! I had never been there before, but I wont go anywhere else now! They won me over JUST with their customer service! Way to go, guys!

I was excited to try out this liquor store around the corner from where I live. The store was nice prices seemed right but me being a latino male wearing a hoodie I don’t know if that made me suspicious to them but there was a lady hovering over me the whole time as I was just looking trying to decide what beer to get. I just started to feel uncomfortable so I grabbed whatever then left and won’t be going back there.

The manager is very knowledgeable and friendly. The ladies working up front are very helpful. They have an amazing whiskey selection and a great craft beer selection from what I saw. Ill be doing the rest of my purchasing here.

The staff are always super friendly. They will grab you a cold pack out of their freezer to make sure your beer is as cold as possible when you purchase it. The selections are really good. This is a great place.

I have to to say hands down best and friendly customer service. They have made recommendations three different times for bottle a liquor and never disappoints, plus saves me money on cheaper bottle but perform like top shelf that I would normally get. Thanks keep doing what your doing.

Most helpful and friendly liquor store in town. Their competition are the biggest liquor stores in the state. They cant compete with that, so they make up in attitude and willingness to please. I go there regularly.

My favorite liquor store in Cheyenne. The staff is the friendliest and you can tell they love their jobs. They sample different liquors that they have specials on, and are very knowledgeable about liquor, wine and beer. They offer a military discount, and are really centrally located. I live close by, but even if I did not I would still come here just for the service.

Closest liquor store to the hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the selection. They happened to be out of my favourite liquor but the man working came over as I was looking and made a suggestion and did not steer me wrong.

Kinda high priced on SOME items, but its a good and friendly place. Its also local owned unless they sold in the past year. Havent seen the owner sense then.

Its a good quick spot to swing by on the East side of town. Staff are always friendly and have pointed me in the direction of some really good whiskeys that I would have not normally picked. Good place!

Conveniently located. Male staff member greeted me. Female rang me out, very little personality, no smile and didnt offer me a bag. The male staff member picked up on it and offered me a bag as I was leaving.

The store is dicevinglu small from the outside but chances are that they have what you want and its going to be a few dollars cheaper than the bigger stores. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great place to stop for what you need.

Decent selection, reasonable prices. Giving 4 stars because while they have a military discount, it is only offered to active duty servicemembers. I am a veteran, a DOD civilian, and also an active duty servicemembers spouse. But none of those criteria qualify me for the discount.
