Pay your bill, they keep your stuff. Pretty simple. They have someone that lives on site, and they patrol a lot. Feels.a lot safer than other units Ive used.

Kangaroo Storage is okay, its just a safe place to put your things but if your like me and need to get in and out of your store unit all the time, the front lady starts asking to many questions and kind of over the top nosey, I could understand if I was someone who didnt pay for here and was always on the property but I pay my rent here and that is why they have hrs from 7am - 10 pm after that if rules were broken then day something, but the price is really good and the best in town.

I have been paying to store a vehicle with this facility for over 5 years. The car is paid for in full until May 2020. In the middle of global pandemic they told me it was required to move the car so they could cement their lot - a lot that DID NOT meet Kangaroo standards of some sort. AFTER 5 years of paying it now doesn’t meet their standards, so it had to be redone. I spoke to Sara on Friday and told her I would need to have the car moved Monday, to which she responded they would be available during normal business hours until 530p on Monday - as the office staff has to be available to unlock the lot. On Monday I drove over an hour, arranged for the car to be picked up and towed off lot, and after being told by SARA that they were open normal business hours ... THEY WERE CLOSED ALL DAY MONDAY. The day before the car needed to be towed and THE DAY SARA SAID FOR SURE SHE SPECIFICALLY WOULD BE THERE FOR ME TO TOW THE CAR OFF THE LOT. SHE LIED. THEY WERE CLOSED. ALL DAY. WHICH MEANT NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO OPEN THE GATE. THE NEXT DAY THEY BLAMED MY HUSBAND AND I FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO DRIVE TO THEM AGAIN. THEY WOULD NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THEY FAILED BY NOT BEING AVAILABLE THE DAY SARA HAD SCHEDULED WITH ME TO BE AVAILABLE ALL DAY UNTIL 530p TO PICK UP THE VEHICLE. THEY WOULD NOT COMPROMISE AFTER THEIR CLOSING OF THE OFFICE. Today is April 29, 2020. The car is legally paid for until May 15, 2020. THEY ALSO REFUSED TO REFUND OUR OVERPAYMENT. When the “manager” Troy spoke to my husband he said Sara stated she has a recording of me cursing at her. I told my husband I never cursed at her and asked for proof. When asked to produce the recording BOTH SARA AND TROY WERE UNABLE TO DO SO and resorted to name calling. As my husband spoke to them I repeatedly heard him asking not to be yelled at, not to be lied about, to please have his question answered, to please speak to him and not through him in an attempt to yell at me. When asked why he was being penalized for them holding the car hostage and not allowing us to pick it up during the hours agreed upon with Sara the previous Friday the response he received was the car was being towed, oh well, and TO GO AHEAD AND SUE THEM. Also per BOTH TROY AND SARA WE CAN GET THE MONEY THEY OWE US WHEN WE DO SUE THEM FOR IT. The pettiness they turned to for $70. Amazing. They had the car towed off lot and per the tow company it would cost over $315 to pick it up immediately and $50/day after that. All when the car is still LEGALLY PAID FOR UNTIL MAY 2020. The car they towed off lot and it is now so expensive it is no longer recoverable.I AM A KNOWN GUIDE IN CHEYENNE, LARAMIE, AND ALL PARTS OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. I AM A STUDENT WITH VERY LITTLE AND THE ONE BELONGING I KEPT SAFE AND PAID FOR WAS STOLEN BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE.THIS IS ALL TRUTHFUL AND IN WRITING BECAUSE IT IS THE LEGAL TRUTH AND IT WILL BE KNOWN WHAT TYPE OF BUSINESS THESE PEOPLE ARE RUNNING. GO TO ANOTHER STORAGE FACILITY IF POSSIBLE. DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE DO THIS TO YOU.

We loved this place when Tim owned it because there wasnt so many rules. Then the new owner moved in and the new manager Troy was rude which made the company seem shady. Told everyone to move their cars and RVs from the back to redo the lot or they will sell it. Not lenient or anything. We had no where else to go cause we live in our travel trailer and theres no room for our van which was a gift from my husbands uncle at our home, so we ended up finding a better place in town to park it. We dont plan on moving it back. Its been 4 months and they havent touched the lot because of covid right now. The said it wouldve been done by summer and summer is here now. We also knew a lot of the staff and they knew us. The only one there now is Sarah and she is a manager. We only like doing business with her because she is very nice to us and understands us. Everyone else weve talked to there now, has an attitude or they dont care. We still have a unit there because we have a lot of stuff to go through but once its empty, we are considering leaving.EDIT: because of this review, we received a notice in the mail that our rent was increased by $15. Because of this notice, this place is not deserving of the 3 stars we gave it, so we dropped it to 1. We are leaving and will be out before our due date. Apparently someone doesnt like constructive cristism. Good luck trying to find people to rent from you cause we will NOT recommend you!

They actually care about your storage needs and and go out of their way to help you in any way that’s in their ability! I will definitely keep using these guys!! Thanks again AAA

Clean and secure, we didn’t have any problems with mice or bugs. The people were great and even called me when I forget to lock my unit.

Go anywhere but here! They care more about the money hitting the bank everyday than they care about you or your things. They dont see people. They see $$$.

I have had a unit with them for a long time now, they are some of the most respectful and considerate people. A great company with great values. Affordable and nice storage units also.

Excellent customer service. Storage units are just off college drive but hidden from the main road. Located behind a big fence which was nice too. People at the front desk made the entire process a breeze.

Very friendly staff. Came in not really knowing what size I needed, but they were able to show me several units and answered every question I had. Highly recommend this place. :)

I have to say the units are nice and clean. The staff is nice but when it comes to using there trucks they aint free. I was charged a $200 dollar deposit and on top of that I had to pay $20 bucks just to use it. I dont see the free in that.

Me and my wife recently visited AAA self storage we were helped by jordan and couldnt have asked for anyone better! Super friendly there storage units were very clean i would definitely refer there buisness to anyone looking for a clean and quick place to get a storage will definitely be back in the future!

We moved our camper here to take advantage of the hours. We can come get it it drop it off 7 days a week, 6am - 10pm. Access is controlled through a security gate, lots of cameras, and its right by the ramp on to I-80.
