These guys were great! Saved my back loading furniture and other items. They were on time, clean, polite, and worked diligently the entire time they were on site. Michael and Kaye did a thorough, professional move of furniture from our house to the cabin, changed and brought furniture back from the cabin to the house. At first, I decided not to leave a review for the poor service I received from this company; however, following todays mishap - I decided it was time. This company was tasked with moving a 3 BR house into a storage pod last May and then moving it into a new house in Aug. They were quick and efficient, which garnered very generous tips for all of them at the time. But at the time of move into the pod - had I known what was sacrificed for the efficient speed, I would have never used them. After unloading my pod into my new home in Aug, it quickly became clear. The major things - furniture put back together incorrectly. One piece causing huge gashes into brand new wood floors. Several small damaged areas on multiple furniture pieces - including dining room table, tv stands, wine credenza, bedroom furniture. Multiple furniture pieces badly scratched from stacking / sliding, etc. These pieces were all impeccable when they loaded them from my old house. They moved stuff to the lower basement floor that was clearly marked and to remain upstairs and vice versa. Used zero common sense when stacking, ie. stacked light to heavy on top - crushing lots of boxes and other items underneath. As for the furniture not put together correctly, I called and emailed several times before they finally sent someone out - they reassembled trying to fix it but I suspect it was broken in the move, thus causing the problems so unable to really fix it. I didnt do much about the scratched and damaged furniture because I figured, well it comes with the territory! Wrong - I shouldnt have accepted that. Fast forward to today - I was making up a queen bed when one of the legs snapped off. I thought, hmmm ok - until I looked underneath and saw they had all 4 wheels on wrong, and didnt put the support bar in the middle - well duh, of course its going to break. Thanks Two Men and a Truck - Not only am I already in the process of replacing multiple damaged pieces of furniture and items, I can add a bed frame to the list - because you couldnt be bothered to assemble it correctly. If you want speed, and dont care about quality or damages - these are your guys!

They arrived on time, were professional, courteous, and efficient. Office staff was fantastic. They did a great job of communicating and even called during the move to see how things were going. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck for your moving needs.

The place run in Cheyenne is a complete joke. My mother who’s working at the hospital for 12 hour shifts, trusted these men to come in her garage and move her belongings to a storage unit. The absolute worst job I’ve seen. Belongings that still needed to be moved were left behind. They brought their own boxes, bags, etc. and left trash scattered around. DO NOT LEAVE THEM UNATTENDED. I’m writing this for my senior mother who trusted this company.

Very great team. My movers were on time, asked questions to ensure they were moving everything in order, and were overall awesome! They were VERY fast, and I think my move was finished in less than two hours. I even got a call during the move from the office to ensure everything was going to plan. I will definitely be using them again!

This team was on time. They asked if I would walked around before I had to offer. The team worked quickly and handled my property with care. When finished they discussed the bill, asked if I had questions then provided my receipt.This is my second time using this company. I have had two different crews and the service has been 100% top notch. I recommend Two Men and a Truck to my friends and coworkers.

My 77 year old grandpa Called to have these people move him. They came here and said it is unsanitary and left. And so because they came here we do not get our deposit back. And then they rescheduled us for a month out when our deadline was today. I would not recommend this company to anybody they just take it vantage of people and in fact the elderly as well.

We will not use Two Men and a Truck again and would not recommend them. They have organization, process and communication issues. The 2 young men were nice but inexperienced and not supervised at all. When I talked to their supervisor, he indicated it was my fault they did not know what they supposed to be doing which was packing and moving items to a storage unit. Our request was placed 20 days before the pack/move date and Two Men and a Truck never had anyone visit the 2 sites or even ask for pictures- the person taking the order was not even in Wyoming! The final bill was much more than expected and boxes and supplies was over 6 times the estimate amount and it is clear on the invoice it was a pack and move - not just a move. At the 2nd site, they didnt pack anything - just put it in the truck, as it was, so all the 2nd site items have to be packed to be moved across country so another issue to deal with! When talking to their supervisor (and yes, I was upset with the service but I was professional), he was cordial but not helpful and was defensive.

I called this company twice to try and schedule a long distance move. The first time I got a unofficial quote and was told someone would contact me, two weeks went by and no one called. I called back again and was told by the receptionist she is not sure why they didn’t call, but would send a priority message for someone to get back to me, and again nothing. I moved on and found another company, which is likely for the best as this is probably a sign of poor customer service and not valuing customers.

I am so thankful for how flexible the team in Cheyenne was able to be. After the closing on my home was pushed back by two weeks, I was ready to have to pay a reschedule fee or be told that there wasnt anything they could do during the busy summer moving season. Everyone in the office (especially Justin for taking my panicked phone call at 4:58pm!) was excellent and got me taken care of quickly to make the move work for my new timeline. Thank you so much!! Amazing service and experience, I would definitely recommend their professional services to anyone looking to move!

I could not ask for a more professional moving experience. They very carefully removed a heavy clawfoot tub, and when the bathroom remodel was finished, the same care was given to place it back in the room. Excellent service!

This moving experience was simply the best! Brett Owers and Jose Griego were extremely friendly, efficient, and made the whole experience fun! They were positive and moved quickly while at the same time were cautious and professional.

Had them move our house recently and was very disappointed. They scratched and dented a brand new steel door and absolutely destroyed my desk. The sad part is that I believe they tried to hide the fact that my desk was broken. They also didnt concern themselves with trying to keep our floors clean until we asked them to. I would think this would be a standard practice.
