I walked in there with a 20 pound totebag suitcase. The agent found a box to fit it, taped it up, took my info and made up a label for FedEx ground, 2 day shipment to Arizona. I paid, got my receipt and tracking number and was out the door in 5 minutes--Easy button! NICE!

Man very disappointed with the shipping my order was supposed to be here at my house on Tuesday before Christmas now I have to wait after Christmas. Like how can My order sit at the warehouse for 2 days and not get delivered UPS is way betters least they can get it to me on time

Actually received my package, which is the overall goal of this company, but it reeked like cigarette or cigar smoke. The package currently is airing out in another room. Drivers should NOT smoke in their vehicles.

The office by the airport....took care of special shipping quickly and with immediate knowledge...something USPS and the Lincolnway store couldnt handle

Incompetent! I had an order of raw food (perishable) for my dogs. First, they put it on the wrong truck, so it didnt get delivered on the day it was promised. Secondly, they were supposed to deliver it to the FedEx store in Laramie. I was going to drive in to pick it up and they never delivered it! Unbelievably incompetent!!!! This is not the first time they have screwed up! They also delivered (perishable) very expensive medicine of mine to the wrong address and I had to track it down! If you ever have anything of value, do not use FedEX!

I got here at 5:01pm and the website very clearly says last drop off for FedEx Express is 5:15pm at this location. The doors were locked, but the trucks were still being loaded. I was told that once the doors are locked, youre too late. The FedEx Express truck I need it on was literally parked 15 feet from my car.If Im paying $100 for overnight shipping and get here 14 minutes before the last drop-off time, theres absolutely no excuse to not take my package. Id give less than 1 star if I could.If I wanted this kind of garbage customer service Id go to usps.

Confusing sending packages and the clerk doesnt offer options. 1 package weighs 26.05 cost 23.45. 2 packages total weight 26.60 cost 92.40?? I went back had her redo it the two were still 42.23. Crazy?

The employees here are wonderful! I needed to get lots of stuff made for my mothers funeral (bookmarks, poster etc) and after UPS totally dropped the ball and almost ruined it all, Fedex helped me so much and got it ALL done. They are all so nice and helpful.

The front desk cashiers/clerks always give the best customer service. Always a quick and smooth situation when I visit here whether Im shopping or receiving

0 stars would be more appropriate. I arrived at the Evans FedEx Center at 9:40am. I was standing outside the front door with a box in my hands to drop off and THEY LOCKED THE DOOR IN MY FACE! About 5 minutes later, WHILE I WAS STILL STANDING THERE, they put a sign up on the door stating they were closed until 10am and to go to the other FedEx location. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Theyve certainly lost my business.

The staff at the FedEx Ship Center on Evans is wonderful. Very friendly, always quick and efficient service every time I go in.

This company just seems to do what it wants, I had a package sent to my address and then fedex just decided that they were going to make the package pickup only out of nowhere, then when I called they are trying to play the blame game saying that it was the shipper that changed the instructions, which is impossible because the shipper literally has my address as the delivery not pick up

So hit and miss with customer service, 1/2 the time you get someone who seems like its their first time talking on the phone, other times its like a dream and theyre amazing. All I know, is that if youre getting a package in Laramie and you have an option, DONT USE FEDEX! Use USPS, UPS, DHL, literally anything else.

Young lady that helped us printed the label and had us make sure it was correct. She was very friendly.

Fedex cant do Next Day delivery to Cheyenne. Theyll get it here early in the morning, but wont deliver it until the next day. UPS dont seem to have any problems.

Worst carrier for packages a person could use. They made a single attempt to deliver the package then told me they made 3. Unfortunately I have security so I can see anyone who approaches my home. One time was all they did. Then the woman at the store said she left me 3 voicemails yet I have none. When my wife who lives at the same address (and is my wife like I said so we share the same last name) went into the store to pick the package up they told her I had to. When I showed up they had already mailed the envelope back to the sender. These people are liars and incompetent, on a side note we have another package coming via FedEx its a bed, they managed to lose the arms that connect the headboard to the footboard - thats a large package to lose. USPS is a far better choice in this area.

What a JOKE. Single handedly the worst customer service I have ever received from a shipping company. We got a call from an unknown number, and they left a voicemail (with no name or way to contact them) saying they had a package theyd been trying to deliver for 5 days, and that they were sending it back to the shipper tomorrow if we didnt pick it up. No tracking number, no way to figure out what the package was. We are out of town with no way to be back by the following day. The horribly rude lady told me there was no package there for us. I was persistent and had her check several times because I was alarmed by the voicemail. She finally found one, and proceeded to try to hang up on me after she said yeah found it you can come pick it up. I said WAIT we are out of town, I need you to hold it a few more days, and her response was to argue with me and say they couldnt hold it. Seriously??? People go out of town! Thats life! You cant threaten to send back their packages just because youre lazy. I will NEVER use this fedex facility for anything again. Shame on you!
