First time at Michoacana in ridge mall and definitely will not be my last! Ordered two fresh corns with lime and I can’t believe I didn’t order more:( a little pricey but not a big deal. also, I was helped by a tall man with glasses today and his customer service was A+. Extremely helpful and was thankful for my business. Definitely would recommend to you everyone.

We love coming here almost every Sunday with my family. They have everything and everything is so good. Their churros are so good, they melt in your mouth. Especially in this cold weather. If you’re looking for a quick snack to fill you, get their corn and their lemonade. Definitely recommend this place.

Terrible stop! I ordered a cheesecake and strawberry ice cream, the cheesecake was hard as rock and flavorless. Watching the employee struggle to scoop it up was concerning. Not to mention the strawberry milk ice cream was extremely watery. The consistency of these ice creams are all over the place! For a shop that specializes in ice cream and is expensive, you’d expect better tasting desserts. Overall I will definitely not be coming back, I’d rather make the extra 10 min drive to the original Michoacána azteca!

Where to start! Huge menu with a variety of ice creams that are delicious, great staff members, and their aguas frescas are a must! I definitely recommend anyone to stop by and have a taste.

There is pistachio in the mint chocolate chip ice cream. Who would of thought? I am allergic to trinuts and spent 4 hours in the hospital. My grandparents and I went back to the place to inform the manager. The husband was so nice and sweet. They brought along their nutritionist who hammered me and yelled at my grandparents and I, telling my grandma it’s all her fault. When I told her I was allergic to trinuts and pistachios, she got in my face and said, “Do you know those are pistachios are trinuts? Well you’re not educated enough” She then proceeded to tell me my own age. She said I was 16 and I am able to speak for myself, I am a child. I am thirteen years old. Is she a lawyer, no. The wife did not speak, as though she owns the place. The hazard signs are as small as a piece of paper. I am not satisfied at all.

The staff is always kind and attentive each time I come in!! I recommend their mango & strawberry yogurts

Absolutely amazing establishment. Its hard finding a michoacana that caters to your ice cream needs. This michoacana is consistently updating their menu, and ensures their customers recieve products of the highest quality. I would highly recommend the frozen lemonade as it quenches ones thirst and delivers a blast of a flavor. The lines are massive, and it only proves this is one shop you MUST stop by before you leave the mall! Definitely will see me again :)

Female Cashier on 6-26-20 @ 2pm need training in dealing with the public. Rude and ignorant. I will not be back to order from here as long as I see her. Will not get my money from me and I will not recommend for a quick snack. Customer service is everything!

I came here to purchase a funnel cake and they told me it would take 10 minutes, which was fine. I ended up waiting 30 minutes for a mediocre funnel cake because they gave 2 people behind me their cake. When asked why they were given their cake before me, they claimed “they ordered first” when they clearly didn’t because I was in front of them. The staff rolled their eyes whenever I asked if the funnel cake was ready yet. Never coming back.

Their ice cream is the best!! I recently visited the store and found out they have funnel cakes. Freshly made! Very nice people

Stopped by to get a quick snack and I loved their agua de limon it’s a must have.!. they have a variety of paletas and Ice creams I’ll 100% stop by next time I’m in the mall

Went here an normally get water based products because have a dairy allergy, went here today an saw strawberry water i asked if it has dairy at first the young lady said no but i asked again before i took a sip an she said it has some dairy milk in it an wouldnt take it back knowing i cant have dairy . didnt want to make a fuss or a scene so paid for it but feel cheated . never coming here again horrible experience .

Well I was disappointed with my experience today, getting busy but no care about customer service anymore Ive been waiting on the line for about 10min when i said its my turn Ive been told the line starts from somewhere else.been treated as a 5 years oldIve been a loyal customer every time i come to the mall, so sad today will be my last time just because for the way have been treated.

I love that place! It is super clean, the employees are very smiling 🤩 they have to try the funne cake and they will love the churros 💯 recommended! Reasonable prices to be a mall 🙏🏼

Every time my family and I go to the mall, we have to move to the Michoacan. The service is excellent, what I like most are the popsicles and the horchata water. Everything is of good quality. I recommend it.
