Listen, I have seen my fair share of vintage/ antique stores and this place takes the cake. While yes, some things are priced over what I would personally like to pay but the inventory is worth it.I found Vintage Quest on Instagram by way of a friends recommendation. I had been searching for a couch for months and I could not find one that fit my lifestyle. I set my notifications on and LET ME TELL YOU. Keith does not disappoint.Keith, the owner, has an eye for vintage furniture that is unlike any I have seen. He knows his stuff. Period. And what he doesnt know, he will tell you. I purchased my couch from here a couple weeks back and it was the best decision I have ever made. I have since bought a beautiful gold trim mirror and am looking to find a chair for my bedroom.Location:Vintage Quest is located in Humboldt Park on a strip that has been slowly developing in the last 5-10 yrs on California between Division and Augusta. There is usually plenty of street parking and a new bar has also opened up across the street.The Shop:Not going to lie to you; the space is a bit hectic. BUT ITS HUUUGE! It is essentially two store fronts filled to the brim with all things vintage. Light fixtures, bars, chairs, couches, lamps, records, mirrors, RUGS! You name he got it. Whats amazing is that he knows what he has. Dusty but not dirty. Almost like your messy childhood friend or sibling whose room was chaos but knew where everything was. Kind of like that.Service:Keith usually responds to DMs pretty quickly and phone calls/text even faster. He is at the shop for the most part during normal store hours or when he announces but you can request an appointment. Super easy to talk to and even better at working out payment plans, deposits, etc. He offers drop off for larger furniture pieces, but I have yet to use that service.The point is, this place is awesome.

Keith at Vintage Quest has helped me find so many wonderful things to make my apartment feel like a home. The furniture is always beautiful, and he even remembers the kind of tchotchkes I like!

Excellent vintage furnishings and great service. Pre-covid, I enjoyed stopping by the store just to say hi. Now, I just check out thier Instagram page to see what new items they have. Most items are sold within a few minutes or hours, so you have to act fast. The owner is really kind too and hes created a nice community vibe around his store.

Cool place with a lot of good stuff. A little more eclectic and less staged than some of the other shops which in my opinion is a good thing

Owned and ran by the Mayor of Cali ave. with a constant influx of cool punk and jazz records and all the Boogie Nights style furniture, lamps and ashtrays you always wanted. The owner Keith is a fair man and is always glad to go out of the way for the customer.Vintage Quest also hosts several different art shows and charity events.

If youre in the market for some mid-century modern furnishings - Keith and his shop should be FIRST on your list.

Some really cool finds mostly mid century through the 80s . Records, furniture artwork. New merchandise everyweek.

Vintage furniture, records, you name it! Keith has great pieces and Vintage Quest is a great part of the neighborhood.
