Pros: Ordered item online with ease, timely communication and good pick up options. Con: My purchase (granted oddly shaped) was delivered to my car in nothing. No bag, box, no form of wrap. I questioned why? The very nice employee said they didnt have anything to fit my purchase. Nope....sorry not good enough. The company needs to find a way to protect my purchase (hence the missing star😳).

Although I absolutely love bed bath and beyond, this location doesn’t represent it at its best. It’s been remodeled for a few months and the way things are organized is very confusing. I found it to be as low in merchandise as in staff.Really hoping it gets better when the remodel is done and they find enough sales people for the floor.

Bed bath and beyond is a great place to find some amazing deals. Found some great clearance items every time we go. Especially the rugs. Always love their service. People are helpful. Free Parking is available.

The Beyond section is wild AF. Good sponge selection. They need more pillows to choose from though real talk.

The store is pretty bare minimum. What happened to all the products?

Found everything I came for and they have a great sale on bath towels! Spent $80 got 4 sets bath towels, a pack of 10 white face towels ( white towels are the truth!), 1 set of kitchen towels and an oil dispenser set. Awesome quality and pricing. Also great service, social distancing and employees wearing masks properly... Nose AND mouth covered! As for me, I wear TWO masks! I got home just before this snow storm started! It was a good mid morning, early afternoon. Everybody stay safe and be well.

We bought a Large Size rug and I am super satisfied. Mainly go to clearance you can get stuff at reasonable prices.

Love there candle sale. Forgot 3 ladies for mothers day ordered good smelling candles on friday at 2am and was ready by 9 on sat morning. Picked up was easy.

My fav thing in the entire store was I found something with skulls on it. I havent owned a warmer in years. This made my day.

Could not find what I was looking for, the store was in considerable disarray due to remodeling.

BB&B delivers with any appointments you might need around the home. Great people and customer service in the store. This particular store also acts as the area warehouse, so if theres anything not on the floor, an associate might be able to check for more stock in 5-10 minutes.

Great visit all around. Had no idea where to find the few things I needed but was in and out with everything in maybe 10 minutes. Very helpful and friendly people there!

It was clean and organized. I found cute little gifts. The only thing I did notice was that no one asked if I needed help as I was searching for a particular mug. I couldn’t find anyone near by to assist.

Compared to the former store I shopped at, on Broadway in Lake View East (before being closed in December 2020), I dont like the layout and finding items arent as easy. Store was messy and seemed unkempt. Wasnt a pleasant experience. Leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully, itll be a better experience on my next visit. Otherwise, I guess Ill need to find another store for my home needs.

The employees say hello but leave you alone unless you ask them for help. If you do decide to ask them for help they do everything they can to take care of you. They also carry a better selection of good bedding then their competitors for less. I went in looking for a specific cake pan that they did not have in the store. the guy I spoke with sent it to my home without charging me for shipping.

Was disapointed looked like they were trying to sell old products during their remodeling.

Im standing in front of the Lincoln Park bed Bath And Beyond taking a pic of Goose Island, one of my favorite places to eat and drink. Now the Lincoln Park BB&B, should really be called, Super BB&B. they have everything and then some. My mom tricked me into buying her a big Calphalon roast pan. Shes thinking about Thanksgiving already!!

Large well stocked store. Could not find want i wanted on there website, but found the perfect item in there clearance.

This is more for BBB as an entity, but also had some issues with this store since they do not keep up to date inventories. Ordered a pick up online. It got cancelled because items were out of stock. Okay no problem. I will go online or go to another store. NOPE got to wait 24-48 hours for your gift card to be refunded. Wasted 1 hour on the phone to get this answer as well. If I didnt have a gift card to use I would not even be going to BBB.

Ordered online dont forget the coupon. They have what you need for your home.

This is a fabulous BB&B location. They have a great selection of products and whenever I visit I always find something new I “need” (lol). I also really appreciate that they have a parking lot in the city. I’ve only ever had 1 bad product experience from here and this store made the return/exchange process incredibly easy and quick.

So the very person who pointed out that the shaker was $9.00 got to the register, when I brought it back into the store and said we never discussed price. Customer service girl literally had just taken the customer behind me, pointed to the long line and said I need to get in the long line to return. Two employees who suck.

Associate #st7766 was great, she was very helpful. The item was not in stock, but shipping time was adequate. My online experience was difficult to execute. So I decided to travel to a brick and mortar. Glad I did!

Very well maintained Bed Bath and Beyond store. There is a decent sized parking lot that usually has enough spots but can fill up on the weekends. The store is layed out very well with each section comprising different elements of kitchen, bed, and bath essentials. Very organized and clean with no clutter. The staff is very attentive and helpful.

I went here on multiple occasions to exchange damaged items from our wedding registry. A few plates that were shipped were broken twice. The manager, Ashley, was extremely helpful in helping fix the problem and getting us everything we needed. Also, we had a great experience using our registry completion discount after the wedding.

Staff @ the door helped me find my 1st item. Another staff member directed me to my 2nd item. Then I found my 3rd item alone. I went for 3 items & purchased all of them using their coupons that came in the mail with 20%off! And, love their parking lot.

Its in terrible location for rush hour traffic. The store is keep in ok order considering the amount of inventory they carry. The staff have to be hunted down on the sales floor however and have very little knowledge of the products. In fact the only time Ive ever been interacted with by an employee, outside of the cashier, is when Im leaving and they say thanks for coming. All that being said its still there easiest location to get to in Chicago and they carry a lot of relevant items, which is why I still gave it 3 stars.

Nice store with huge stock, though the one bowl that I was looking for out of stocks. It’s still is impressive. It’s a complete store for all your bed, kitchen and bathroom needs (not sanitary needs).

Just bought a juicer yesterday and they sold us used one with yellowish hue. Whole juicer is scratched at multiple places. There are greens stuck in the machine here and there from previous use. Highly disappointed. Will be returning. Selling a used product calling it new is not fair at all. Very bad experience.

Terrible customer service department. I stood and waited 10 mins to try and pick up an online order, only to have both people behind the desk basically ignore me. What looked like the store manager decided to talk to/help an employee who came to the desk after me. I think it is pretty basic common sense to help the customer who was their first, before an employee. I ended up walking through the store and finding the items on my own. This isnt how online pickup is supposed to work, it is supposed to make things faster. Wont be shopping at this store anymore, should have just ordered from Amazon...

Always a fun store to spend some time in while your wife goes for some more directed shopping. Something always attracts you as you trail your wife and before you know it, you are lost and on your on. Freedom.As you explore the aisles you discover things you didnt know existed but you still needed, things that you dont need but you want but can use.At check out your trolley has more stuff than your wifes trolley.

So I returned a quilt that I bought at another BB&B. Easy peasy with a lovely smile from the woman with the fabulous purple hair! I found a great little deal in Clearance-yaaay! And I bought one more set of kitchen towels which was a great deal 5 go $9.99 and I just love them!

Found the store to be well stocked, in general, though the towel selection was a bit limited - Kohls has a better selection, but nonetheless they had some colors the the others guys didnt have.

Probably one of the worst retail experiences Ive had in a long while. sure we all know the store with tons of inventory and things stacked the ceiling. Thats just bed bath & beyond, its the way its always been. and with a little help I found the two items that I needed. My girlfriend had sent me a text with her 20% off coupon and I still get the coupons that were addressed to my late wife who passed away years ago. However, what I asked to use the discount sent to either name I was turned down. The coupons for 20% off come to both names at my address. And do so quite often. And if you read books about the start of places like Home Depot, Marriott Hotels or Nordstroms you would find the customer at the center of everything they do. Clearly this is not the case at bed bath & beyond.when I found they wouldnt offer the discount I left the $55 worth of items on the counter and went to another retailer two blocks away. I found the two items I needed, was greeted at the register kindly, paid for my items and will likely not return to bed bath & beyond for many months if not years to come.

The fiance and I worked on our registry here and the staff was super helpful.

As a former employee of Bed Bath & Beyond I expected great customer service but what I got was the opposite. I walked through the whole store and was not greeted or asked if I needed help with anything. The young lady in the bedding department had an attitude when I asked for help which was suprising because back when I work for the company everyone literally went above and beyond to help everyone. I hope corporate looks into this store and fixes the many issues that are going on. Customer service desk was not the best experience too, everyone seemed like they did not want to be there. I would of went to Walmart if I knew that was what I was going to experience.

First time at this location but very convenient location to a lot of other shopping stores.

The wife and I had been fighting a lot so I took her here, its her favourite store, to look at new sheets. We were having our first good time in weeks until she strayed too far into the beyond section and by the time I found the right thread count she was gone. Now im stuck eating frozen microwaveable meals from trader Joes everyday:(

Bought everything on my list, except cooking pans. They were a little pricey. All in all, a good shopping experience.
