Very happy with my refrigerator and stove both came with a warranty and they also offer delivery. When they were here installing my new appliances I asked Jerry if he could take a look at my washer and he fixed it for me and just charged me a service fee. So glad I found them

This is an excellent used appliance store. They have 90 day warranty and items are very clean. They dont smell like other stores. I have purchased stoves and fridges from here. Stop buy and check it out. Call before, to make sure they are open. Good family business.

Jose was great. I needed a stove immediately on a Friday. I called Jose and he sent pictures of 3 stoves to choose from. I picked one he delivered right away within 2 hours, hooked it up and removed the old one. The stove was clean and it works. Easy to do business with and a man of his word. Thanks again.

Never allow them in your building. These guys tried to attempted to install washer and caused a leak. Instead of repairing the damage they caused they left the building with out repair.When I called the office and asked to speak with a manager the lady that answered the phone refused. Only after writing a poor review did I get a call from management. At which time I was told to take down my review, which is accurate and truthful to the best of my knowledge, or they would call their attorney. As the manager stated, after my tech loosen the hose water began to leak. its only loose not broken. If that was the case they should have tightened what they loosened. Instead of leaving the unit.In my opinion the lady that answered my call was rude, unwilling to help and would not take responsibility for the damage their technician caused. I would never recommend anyone to do business with them.

MY DRYER WENT OUT BEFORE THANKSGIVING. THE GUY SAID THAT THEYLL BE HERE TO REPAIR IT THE FRIDAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING, NO ONE CAME OR CALLED SO I CALLED THEM, HE THEN SAID THAT THEYLL BE HERE THE MONDAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING, YET AGAIN NO CALL SO I HAD TO CALL THEM. NO ONE CAME OUT UNTIL THE SATURDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. I REPEATEDLY TOLD THEM THAT THEY SHOULD COME CHECK AND SEE WHAT WAS NEEDED TO REPAIR THE DRYER AND I WAS TOLD THEY KNOW WHAT WAS NEEDED SO THERE WAS NO POINT FOR THEM TO COME. THEY GOT HERE THE SATURDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING WITHOUT THE PART AND SAID THEYLL BE HERE MONDAY TO FIX IT. HERE IT IS MONDAY YET AGAIN NO CALL SO I CALLED THEM AND NOW THE LADY SAYS THE OTHER PART DIDNT ARRIVE SO HOPEFULLY IT ARRIVES TOMORROW. THE ONLY REASON I USE THIS PLACE IS BECAUSE MY LANDLORD DOES. HE WOULD BE BETTER OFF GOING TO ANOTHER PLACE BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THE LEAST THEY COULD DO IS CONTACT A CUSTOMER AND LET THEM KNOW THE UPDATE STATUS ON REPAIRS BUT INSTEAD YOU HAVE TO CONSTANTLY CALL THEM BECAUSE THEY CONVENIENTLY FORGET ABOUT THE APPOINTMENTS THEY SET.

8-27-15Bought a washer and transmission went out. Called store and I now have a new WASHER on the way!!!! with a 90day warrenty..Bought a refrigerator and stove and they brought me the wrong refrigerator. I needed top freezer and i have side by side. The only reason I frequent this establishment is because my landlord uses them. But... My appliances still work!!!!! So they Do try to make things right.9/2/15

Horrible!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! I purchased a washer that went back RIGHT AFTER my 90 day warranty. Its like the fix the problem to last the warranty period. I called to check the washer I bought and first of all, the guy knew he had brought the wrong part pretended to try and repair it on top of it took my money for the service call and said he brought the wrong part. How? Who knows I gave the model and serial number to the RUDEST lady on earth when I called. So i said ok. Got a call the part was ordered received, and that they will be out to install the part. I said ok. It took THERE PERSONAL REPAIR MAN 4 hours to show to my home THE FIRST TIME! They gave me a time frame for 10 - 2pm. I spoke with the rude lady and told her in going to step out really quick. If the repair man shows up and Im not here the most he will wait is 20 min. She said ok. Well, the repair man gets to my house and or course Im not home. I asked the lady if he could wait 20 miin and she said he will wait 10 min he has to go. I became frustrated and the lady then said well u knew he was coming! I just became really upset and said ok forget it. She calls the next day and days the guy will be out today. Replied, ok. The man shows up to my house and all of a sudden the washer is completely broken. MIND YOU MY 90 DAY WARRANTY JUST EXPIRED HMMM?!?! Not only that they supposedly found me the same kind of matching washer for $100.00?!?! Oh common you want me to buy something else from you crooks!! No do not think so. AGAIN DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THID PLACE.

12/21/2016The service I received from this place has been absolutely ridiculous. My oven went out before Thanksgiving. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving I had an appointment in which I had my nephew stay at my apartment to wait for them because I had to work. They cancelled the appointment because their repairmen ALL called off. I asked to be rescheduled for Friday and was told they werent making appointments because they didnt think the repairmen would show up Friday either, o........k....... So I reschedule for another time, only to have them cancel again because their repairmen didnt show up again. O........k......??? I had an appointment today. I got the call confirming the appointment. Corrina called me to let me know they were 15 mins away. The repairmen called me when they arrived and I ANSWERED. He was at the door and I buzzed him in the building. I noticed that hadnt made it up the stairs so I went downstairs to tge entrance door only to see they had left! And had the nerve to leave a card stuck in the bell with a time on it as if I wasnt at home...AFTER THEY SPOKE WITH ME ON THE PHONE. At this point I was LIVID!!!! The repairman called restricted so I could not call him back. I call the store over and over with NO ANSWER. Finally, Corrina answers after several more calls and several voicemails only to defend these service techs...really? REALLY???? Corrina, you spoke with me to confirm I was home AND the repairman spoke with me to confirm I was mot only home but was at the door to buzz him in. Their solution? To reschedule yet again. This is tge most unprofessional display of customer service I have EVER received. The manager, Jose, NEVER bothered to resolve this at any point. This experience has been completely inconsiderate of my time. Why didnt the repairman call me back if he missed the buzz on the door??? Why didnt the repairman call YOU back at the store/office to get ahold of me before leaving??? TRAIN YOUR REPAIRMEN BETTER! YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!!

I set up at appointment to have my washer serviced they never showed up I called the next day they said they called me but got no answer so they didnt come we set another appointment date the serviceman showed up looked at the washer and seemed completely baffled I paid the service charge of 45 dollars for a guy that didnt know what he was doing ill never use this service again if I could give 0 stars that what they deserve

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars! They are so unprofessional quality is horrifying its like they went dumpster diving. and found old stoves and refrigerators tried to fix it and didnt even clean them and that was that. The only reason I have appliances for them is because are manager brought us this in our new apartment.

They are very un professional the first refrigerator had roaches in it the second one went out a few months later,I was suppose to get reimbursed for my food going bad two months later no check, not returning or answering my calls....the lady who answers the phone is a liar but Im reporting the company to the BBB.

I would like to be serious, but it does not leave me the worst service that I have seen, one employee designed one thing and another and when you try to call the devil they wanted the number, so do not comply with it.
