Purchased a washer and dryer from them In March. Appliances weren’t delivered until late April. Didn’t start to use them until August. Both had issues which cost to repair within 1 month (September) of being used. Called to be repaired. Willing to pay for repair. They scheduled a repair date but never showed or called. They are unprofessional. Appliances are not reliable. Customer satisfaction is not their top priority. Run far away

Poor service very rude Unprofessional My daughter called the BBB she got fed how the treated me after buy in 4 pieces from the and they havent took care of the problem I dealt with them over a Decade and they wasnt like this At all I guess the Covid is there excuse still have this fridge that I have to hit 5 times for my food can stay cold ...Bbb told me to filed a suite to get there justice because they dont care period..😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😬😗😗😗😗😗😗😗😥😥😥😥😥😥😥😥

Lack of organization. Purchased a dryer and was told it will be delivered on a specified day. Never received a call on or prior to. I waited 3 days after to call them to check the status. Of course an excuse on why it couldn’t be delivered. Finally a week later on day of delivery I was given a time of ETA of 11am. Mind you this is one of my rentals and I do not stay at the delivery address. The service rep calls a hour prior stating they were outside. I told him I amScheduled to be there at the designated time given. He proceeds with an attitude and attempted to argue on the phone how sometimes they can show before. That is not my problem. Customer comes first. Nevertheless The manager is nice but service is subpar.

Website is a link farm. At least their phone has an answering machine. Store hours M - 9-5. Saturday 9-2. Maybe they are a great place but their hours dont work for me.

I didnt appreciate their service at all! I had to call everyday for an appointment. Everyday they said they were coming and didnt come for 4 days. When they came, I was quoted one price by one person and when another guy came, he actually tried to snowball the price by almost 800%, yes 800%. Then when I refused him servicing my refrigerator, it seems like my refrigerator was working worse than it was before he came. I was told it seemed like something was sabotaged and it seemed deliberate. I WILL NEVER do business with them again!

Wow the guys just left and i could not be happier. I bought a beautiful stove on Saturday afternoon & it was delivered Monday afternoon. The staff at Lots For Less were super. They gave so much information & made sure i didnt buy more than i needed. Delivery went smooth & the delivery men made sure everything worked good they even replaced my old beat up gas hose at no extra charge. The prices on their pre owned items were already good but when they gave me a additional discount i knew i found my new go to store. I will be telling everyone about the wonderful folks at Lots For Less. Do yourself a big favor and check them out first you wont need to go anywhere else.
