Paid for upgraded services that weren’t received, I notified them that I never got my live videos captured or sent to me. I called and they owned up to the mistake but insisted that I had to drive back to Chicago (2 hours for me) for another appointment and they would call me when one was available. Money was never offered back for what I didn’t receive and I never received the call to get my ultrasound recaptured.. it’s been 3 months now.Response: I definitely was told that the video could not be located (I waited on hold for her and a manger to check for 10 minutes) and I gave my emails that the pictures were even sent to. The young lady that answered the phone indeed told me she would call me back with an available appointment within 48 hours. They were apologetic and very nice but I don’t like your response insinuating that I’m lying when I am not. I either want the video that was captured or my money returned, simple!2nd update: Now changing my review to 5 stars as they sent the lost video immediately. Thank you!

Our experience at Goldenview and with Sarah, our tech, was amazing! The atmosphere was quiet and calming, with dimmed lights and soothing music. Sarah was so kind and really made us feel welcome. Huge plus to be able to bring my husband with me, since he cannot attend any prenatal appts. The vibe is completely opposite of a hospital/doctors office and I highly recommend using them at least once during your pregnancy! We will absolutely be returning to see Sarah again during our pregnancy!!!ETA: Sarah was able to accurately determine the gender of our baby at 13 weeks and it was confirmed at the anatomy scan. We came back for a 3D ultrasound at 21 weeks because my husband couldn’t attend the anatomy scan. Once again a great experience!

Amazing experience!!! My husband hasn’t been able to attend any ultrasounds because of covid restrictions so this was the first time he got to see one! Facility way great, friendly and quick and the girl who did our ultrasound was just awesome and made the experience so nice and special!! Would definitely recommend!

I came twice! The first time when I was like in my 26 week and then again at 30! I got to see him grow into all his features 🥰 the tech was so nice and took her time! I got a video, pictures and a stuffed animal with my baby’s heartbeat. This is my first baby and the experience is amazing here. Waiting the couple weeks definitely makes a difference in how you see your baby so around 31 weeks was perfect to go for me ! Will be back if I do ever have another. They were so clean and never had more than you your guest and the tech around!

I had a beautiful experience coming here! I came 5 years ago with my sister when she was pregnant and knew I would come when I was pregnant.... and 5 years later I came to get my gender reveal ultrasound with my stuff animal and heart beat 🥰 specially in the world were living in now! My husband hadn’t had the experience of going to the doctor with me and seen the baby! Golden View allowed my husband to come and experience that beautiful moment with me! Due to the Pandemic my husband was not allowed to be present for the scan, so I decided to schedule an appointment with Goldenview Ultrasound where in a safe environment my husband could finally see our baby, and not only that but we found out the gender! The best experience ever! Will definitely come back !

First of all I booked the night before and was able to come the next day! This place allows you to bring in one person so my husband was very excited. The staff is so nice and patient with the process. They give you so many angles,pics and views ata such a great experience. Our tech even offered to do a gender reveal on this first visit but it was just a little too early. She’s the best and guess what you guys she’s never wrong about her reveals✊🏾. I didn’t feel rushed to get through my ultrasound. All of the 2D and 3D pics are so much better than the blurred ones given at the hospital. Please it’s worth the money to go here I can’t wait to make another appointment!

I went in today for a Chicago special, and loved this experience so much! The lady who performed the ultrasound was amazing! She was so nice and worked with me and baby in order to get the best pictures. Absolutely would recommend to anyone who is pregnant and would like to get a closer look at their baby. I received more then enough pictures on my email and you get 6 printed copies! I was also allowed to bring in my partner who has not been able to experience anything with me this whole pregnancy due to covid. I’m very thankful that he finally got to see his baby up close! 10/10 ❤️

I had my very first ultrasound at 30+ weeks here today so I didn’t know my baby’s gender till today 🥰 The baby was very cranky and stubborn but they helped us get a good look at our baby 😊 My partner was allowed inside which made the experience even better, I definitely recommend you guys go here ! I enjoyed my entire experience with them! It was my first time going there and I already scheduled another appointment for 3D pictures! The receptionist had great knowledge and advice about the services. I also loved the ultrasound technician because she did her job very well! My baby had their legs crossed and I was allowed to use the rest room and move about to see if that would help. Everything worked out great and I’m able to go ahead and have my gender reveal tomorrow! So excited to find out what I’m having!

Amazing ultrasound technician. Friendly from the getgo and all around positive and cheery, this definitely made the experience more memorable. My baby was shy and the technician still worked around it to give us the best photos possible for our appointment.The receptionist however cut me off while I was giving her my 5pm appointment to ask me for my name while I was giving my name to her, and was quite short which just made the waiting room atmosphere somewhat awkward.

This was such a great experience for my husband & I given the fact that he has not been able to come to any of my recent doctor appointments due to COVID. I was so happy to have this as an option for us to do together! We got an adorable video and pictures too! Would definitely recommend. Clean office and very nice, personable staff!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with this experience. The tech who worked with us did not speak nearly at all while we were getting the ultrasound. There were several times where we were able to see the babys face, but none of the pictures that were taken showed her face. We got an arm and several photos that we have no idea what they are. When we watched the video, the music that is edited in did not allow us to hear the babys heart beat. The tech was also pushed down quite hard, then called the other employee to come in and help. We walked away with none of the images we were hoping to get.

Great service all around. Frankie was kind and professional from the start, from confirming our appointment to making us feel welcomed when there. Cynthia did an amazing job with our ultrasound video and pics. We never felt rushed and you could tell she loves what she does, it shows in her personality and the quality of her work. Went at 20 weeks 5days and had a great experience. Everything was very clean and everyone was very kind. Baby was stubborn and kept covering his face but they did everything they could to get baby to move. Allowed me to move around and go to the restroom in hopes that baby moved. Got great photos and videos directly to my email for easy download. Definitely recommend.

MUST DO! I can not recommend this place enough! The highlight of my pregnancy so far! We went for a 14 week gender reveal ultrasound - Josie was our technician and she was fabulous. The customer care was wonderful and it was such a joy to see our little one for a full 30 minutes moving around and to find out baby was a girl!! Ultrasounds at the doctor was been somewhat of a letdown as they usually last for a minute and are focused on getting a measurement and not on you seeing your growing baby. Bonus if you go for a gender reveal on a Friday, they upgrade you to a higher package!

I lost my images due to getting a new phone and things not backing up properly and I wanted one of the baby that I lost... I contacted them and they all worked together and they were able to find my photos from 6 months ago and they delivered them. I am so pleased with their service during the ultrasound, after the ultrasound, and now. I wanted to say how thankful I am in their service and their kindness to not charge me again for the same images! I will be coming back in my future pregnancy!

I applied for the front desk position on October 9, 2020. I received a call today October 21, 2020. & the woman whom called seemed very rushed and bothered. For one I have applied to multiple companies and positions so when I asked what the hours were she responded “well you applied” and laughed. Now, I would have been interested in the position had I not been called about another job elsewhere a day before and when I was just starting to kindly turn the position down, legit after my “I apologize but I think I’m gona pass on the ———-“ she hung up on me! Very unprofessional, and I’m glad I turned the position down as I would hate to work with any management of that sort! Thanks but no thanks Goldenview Ultrasound!

Golden view is AWESOME! Literally just came from my appointment and I had to do a review right away because they were that good. The location is clean friendly and comfortable. The staff is amazing and you can tell they really enjoy doing their jobs. The ultrasound room is very peaceful the lightening is perfect and they even play peaceful music. it’s a huge difference from hospital rooms, id actually prefer all my appointments be held there! A 15/10 I would most definently recommend and go back 1,000 times! (I had the $49 gender reveal Ultrasound!)

This was a great experience for my husband. This is our first baby and he hasn’t been able to got to any appointment or see and ultrasound due to Covid-19. So the 3D really made up for that and was a great experience.

Fantastic experience. Came in at 28 weeks to get some photos of our babe to frame and gift to the grandparents-to-be. Unfortunately, she decided to hide her face behind her arms, making it nearly impossible to get a good shot. The ultrasound tech went above and beyond trying to get the baby moving - even offering to give up her break, so that we could return and try again, which bought us about 30 minutes to run across the street and chug some orange juice in an effort to wake the baby up. The OJ worked, but a little bit too well, as her legs were face for the second try. She still grabbed some side shots that we were able to frame - and when we returned two weeks later for our makeup session, we got a 50+ perfect photos of our baby that we cant wait to share!

I did not have a good session at all. I drove 1 1/2 hours and was so excited to see my baby! When I got to the back my baby was holding his feet in his hand which the tech said made it hard for her to see his face I understood that, but then she went on to say my baby is to skinny and and his cord is in his face so she would suggest a redo, I am 23 weeks pregnant and my OBGYN Always says my baby looks bigger. She only tried for a little less then 10 minutes I left with nothing at all to show and have to come back and pay more.

I loved she gave my baby a chance to act right considering her hands were blocking her face at first. 32 weeks pregnant we got the best pictures and my family and friends enjoyed the live!

Went on 10/10/20 at 3pm in Chicago location and our ultrasound tech was so nice and patient with my stubborn little girl. Her hands were in her face for most of the appt, but the tech made sure to get as much as she could and stretched our time to the max! I only wanted the most basic ultrasound to avoid unnecessary excess exposure for baby and completed the “sneak peeks & heartbeats” 2D ultrasound package. Warm, attentive staff, fair pricing, clean, inviting facility.

We were so grateful to find goldenview! With an anterior placenta and a baby that likes to hide, we really didn’t see much during our Doctor appointments. Goldenview gave us great recommendations on things to do before our appointment (like drinking extra water & eating something sweet) to try to make it easier to see him. While we didn’t see much the first time, they worked with our schedule for a re-do and were so helpful and nice throughout the process. It worked the second time around and we were finally able to see our baby! Josie and Sarah were fantastic technicians. They took their time and never rushed through anything. The rest of the staff were so nice and welcoming. The office is super family friendly and the whole staff were amazing with our 2 year old, really making her feel welcome and special while also having enough toys, books, and chairs to keep her occupied. I truly cannot recommend them more!

Goldenview has a staff that truly goes above and beyond to ensure that your precious experience is top notch! Ashley, the receptionist greeted us with a warm smile and check in was smooth and easy. I had the pleasure of getting my scan done with Sarah and she was simply a pleasure. She was sweet and patient, as my little girl wasn’t feeling very photogenic that day. She had me drink cold water, change positions and use the restroom in efforts of getting a better look at her little face! All of which seemed to help! We will definitely be going back around our 28weeks to try another package! You cannot go wrong with Goldenview!

Nice, clean space. Competitive prices. You get one on one attention. The staff was super friendly which is the most important in my opinion. The tech was also very experienced and knowledgeable. The only reason I rated it down one star is because I believe the tech may have slipped with the gender. Unless she was trying to throw me off... But I doubt that.

Sarah was super nice and talkative. The wait was less than 10 min. The session was about 15 min. I went here my previous pregnancy and loved it, so I came back! Affordable and accurate and also worth the 1.5 hr drive!!! Highly recommend

The tech who completed my Ultrasound was super nice and focused but also interacted with us (They have about 8 chairs in the room and kid friendly place they have toys to keep kids entertained during the session) making it feel like she knew us long time but of course keeping it professional. I did not feel like I had a single stranger in the room. I would definitely come back and/or recommend friends to this place. Also, parking is available which is always a plus. Only thing I wished the 3D was a better quality but the video made it worth it for sure. They took me in as soon as I completed my forms no wait time.

The office is quiet cute with the stuffed animals sitting the lobby to tempt to you to purchase them so you can take it home to hear your babys heartbeat, which is nice. Very clean facility. I was seen right on time for my appointment even though, I was the one 20 minutes late and the girls at the front desk were very friendly. Our tech Alex was out of this world, she was so friendly and explained everything we were looking at. With her help we were able to generate some beautiful 2D and 3D images. I think this was money well spent to really see our little one and have digital images to share. The ultrasound machine and large flat screen here is much better than what was used on me for the 20 week anatomy ultrasound for my doctor. As a first time mom, Ive had to position myself awkwardly to see the images of my baby on those portable ultrasound machines at the doctors office. Here, you get a big screen right in front of you and get a perfect/comfortable view. The room is actually really relaxed with space for larger groups but still very intimate if you prefer. We will be back at 30+ weeks for more 3D/4D images! This place truly puts my doctor’s office to shame, just extremely happy I found you! Its great to know that there are businesses out there that do care about clients and arent just trying to get money out of you. I want to thank Alex again for making our experience the best we have had yet viewing our baby!!

I had a good experience & also had a couple optional deals with the packages. We got the 3D/4D ultrasound & it was very soothing that I wanted to go to sleep. The tech really tried her best to get her to turn the other way to get a very clear shot. Overall the ladies were nice & you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in.

I was given an ultrasound package from GoldenView as a gift, and I could not have been happier! During our routine ultrasounds at the hospital I was never able to really see my baby, so getting to finally look at his sweet face was a real treat!Alex was my technician and she was awesome! She was very friendly, and was especially helpful getting my little guy to turn and face the camera. Also, I had my 2.5 year old with me and both the receptionist and Alex were very patient and tolerant of my toddler in meltdown mode.The atmosphere in the ultrasound room is very spa-like with soft lighting and pleasant music. I could have fallen asleep!The best is having all the keepsakes! I have some beautiful black and white, gold 3D, and a DVD of the whole experience (plus a DVD of pictures I can print myself).I surprised my husband by putting my favorite golden 3D into one of their cards they sell in the lobby. He was teary-eyed when he realized he was looking at his son.Thanks again to the ladies at GoldenView Ultrasound! I have came here for my 3D ultrasound of my last 3 children and now I was able to bring my daughter here for her 3d ultrasound so she can experience the Joy of seeing her baby boy as well. Its a wonderful experience but the time does go by super fast you wish you can stay and look at your baby for hours lol. Josie was our tech and she was a great, very kind person. They are all very friendly & accommodating from the moment walking in until the time you leave. I will be back here again for any future grandchildren. Thank you

We had such a great experience with Goldenview US. Our tech was Josie, and she was very patient with us and the baby. He had his hands in his face and she took her time and used a great deal of skill to get us great pictures. Its a small office and that actually made me feel like it was more private and gave us more 1:1 time. I havent watched the DVD yet but my in-laws have and they cried. Thank you so much Goldenview, especially Josie, for letting us see our little one :)

Loved our experience here! The ultrasound technician was so sweet and funny :) She did her best to get us the best shots of our baby and took her time with us. We didnt feel rushed and it was a great experience for our whole family, we had 8 family members that came and there was plenty of space and optimum comfort! I highly recommend it!

It was pretty cool i got to see and hear my little jellybean. Cant wait to go back 03-30-2017 to try to find out the sex. And the staff was awsome. I love how big and calming the room feels. I love all the keepsake i got when i first went and as for my ultrasound i have them all over the house. I also love that they put the baby heartbeat in a stuffed animal of your choice this helps if the patient has a child already so that they could get use to somewhat being a sibling. My daughter loves listening to it and every guest we have she Makes them.listen to it. Keep up the good work you guys are awesome.

My wife and I went in because we wanted a clear picture of our baby at 11 weeks and we certainly got it! Sarah was patient and obviously enjoys what shes doing. She worked with us and we got to see our little one waving and bouncing around. Were definitely coming back for the gender reveal!

I went to Goldenview Ultrasound in Chicago, IL for an early gender reveal while I was on vacation with my hubby. We made an appointment at 11:30 but arrived early as requested. Parking was very easy and convenient. They were not busy so ended up getting us in earlier then expected. The staff were super friendly and very sweet! The room we were taken back to was very cozy and private which we enjoyed. If you were taking family members with you they have tons of extra seating for everyone to enjoy the experience with you. The lady that did the ultrasound seemed very knowledgable too. My babies legs were crossed so she worked with me and patiently kept trying to find the gender. This was an amazing experience for my husband and I and I appreciate the kindness Goldenview showed to us. I would recommend them to anyone!

This place was absolutely amazing! The room was private but very comfortable and cozy. Our ultrasound technician, Josie, was such a delight. She was patient, and did a great job capturing the most perfect images of our baby even though our little one was moving nonstop! Josie was a true professional. She answered all of our many questions, and explained exactly what we were looking at through out our visit. She made this memorable experience just perfect! I definitely recommend Goldenview Ultrasound!! (Ask for Josie!!)

I’ve been here various times during my previous pregnancy and now my current one. Each time goldenview ultrasound provides amazing service and I will forever go back due to that. Also, my ultrasound tech Sarah was super sweet and nice! I highly recommend coming here to everyone! You will leave happy and satisfied.

The ladies are very nice everytime we go. They are also very patient if your baby isnt cooperating. We drove 2 hours and our baby wasnt cooperating so she gave us extra time between other appointments to try more. Finally we got the perfect shots. Thanks again we had a wonderful experience and will see you in a few weeks for our 3rd visit.

It was such an amazing experience and mostly in part due to the exceptional service! I will definitely be going back once I have my second child!!
