Hello all, I have never been to Sally’s until I went last week for my first with a friend. Let’s just say I’m a member of the rewards program now 😇. Long story short, I went to purchase items to go blond on my hair; which by the way came out great! Only because of the suggestions by the team and hospitality I received. Today. 7.7.21 - I was able to get help from the manager (forgot her name) and Valerie; where I was able to get the same support and hospitality to continue my hair care. I appreciate this store, and the staff for I feel it’s a great area to ask questions and get help, and this is coming from an EA to a CEO. Thank you Sally team - see you again soon!

This employee Ashley she looks so nice but when she was closing the store and left she was being really rude to someone I don’t know who it was but she made her cry and yelled at her and pushed her against the car and told her to get in. How rude of her!! Someone should tell her manager

I went in and bought some hair dye. I asked the women how much developer to add to it and she said since its 2oz color put 4oz developer. It came out look white so I googled it after I mixed it and she was wrong. Its 2 oz color 2 oz developer! Im scared to apply it to my hair. What do I do now?? I spent 50$ and it went to waist. Is there a manager I can speak too??? I need 2 new color boxes again.

Lack of items in stores and they dont when they will have them. But the ladies working were polite and attentive.

Love coming to this sallys they always have everything I need. Love there customer service and they have really good deals for lashes, skin care and hair masks!

Store is fully stocked, nice employees.The parking lot SUCKS! Way too many little stores packed in the place. Parked far away for the actual entrance because so many people were parked in front of Sallys for Chase. People just sitting in the way in their car. And theres no way of getting across Pulaski to go East. Go luck.

They are advertising that they are Open for curbside pickup but the online has no options for that and if you try to call their store no one answers. I called 4 other locations along with this nothing could just put they are closed instead of leading consumers on.

Wow okay let me start off first by saying.. not only did they have 1or not 2 Cheap brands but their hair dyes,yet shampoos are all disbeliefs. They didnt even have the right hair color pink, which was supposed to be I think like the hair color bottle thing.#piontless who cares about their rewards club members, if they cant even get gurannted permanent hair color right..

Google map and Calling the Sally’s location states that they are open from 9am-9pm BUT when I showed up it says 9-8pm???? PLEASE UPDATE INFORMATION! thanks

Love it here, they have changed bit since people steal items from there, specially Manic Panic, you have to ask for them.

So I walked in this store as I usually do to make a purchase with my daughter this time first of all I wasnt even greeted like at other stores I visited so I got my things to pay and my daughter picked out a nail polish that she really liked as she was handing it over to me so I could pay it slipped out of her hand falling to the ground and made a bit of a mess I immediately apologized to the girl that came over to clean it and she didnt say anything so then again I apologized thinking she didnt hear me and again didnt say anything so my daughter proceeded to point out to another polish then the lady right away yelled out thats why kids shouldnt be touching things here then I told her it was an accident and she wasnt touching anything she was so rude and made my daughter feel so bad my daughter walked out crying thats such a horrible experience I will no longer be shopping at Sallys I work in retail myself and I would never have acted the way she did
