We have used Aquae Sulis for our last 3 bathroom remodels.The staff is prompt and attentive. We cant say enough about their product quality, knowledgeand level of service. We have and will continue to recommend this business to our friends.

Beautiful showroom, terrible customer service! Went to this store to get fixtures for my bathroom remodeling and had to wait weeks for parts. Got other parts from the same fixture collection from other vendors because i gave up on these guys. Everyone else was timely and delivered. These guys were ridiculous, I called and got no reason for the delays. I asked for the parts to be delivered, but that was just forgotten. Not sure what their business model is, but its sure not customer based.

We stopped in on a whim after visiting the Rebuilders Exchange. We were looking for a replacement part for our kitchen faucet and were just starting our bathroom remodel and found the perfect tub. The staff were friendly and helpful even though we are obviously new at remodeling.

We were pleasantly surprised by this store having driven past it on Elston many times over. They have a broad selection although they are a Kohler brand reseller so dont expect to find a Toto toilet here. We wound up purchasing a Lacava vanity that had been on display at an amazing price and the staff were lovely and helpful. Definitely worth visiting if you are remodeling or updating for inspiration.
