The store was well stocked and fairly tidy, but difficult to navigate with a cart (even the smaller ones). The rug department layout was especially cramped and busy; the aisles are so narrow there’s no where to “park”your cart while browsing. If you need just a couple of items, this location fine. If you want to browse and look around, visit right when they open so the store (and parking lot) isn’t as full.

If you love finding discount home products this shop if perfect for you. I usually like to look for kitchen stuff and dishes. This place is dangerous, I always end up walking out with random items I didnt plan on buying. In the spring time they have a great selection of planters available.

Good location on Elston Avenue among other stores. Plenty of parking available. Big store with lots of items inside. Friendly & helpful staff.

Nice clean store with great selection. Tons of everything except furniture is a little limited. Was there at 7pm and was not crowded at all

What i see on IG, IS NOT WHAT I SAW AT THE STORE!! I have gone to HomeGoods a total of 4 times to get a few HALLOWEEN 🎃 items because what other stores and people were posting i really had my eye on a few items But once I got there, I was like WHERE IS UR HALLOWEEN STUFF? All that was there was a few items, along of those glass pumpkins, but all in all 3 little shelves wasnt fair or comparable to what OTHER STORES HAVE!!

If you are looking for reasonably priced home good items, the Home Goods store is the place to shop. I could spend all day here. I founded the items that I was shopping for and more. This is a one stop shop for home good items!!

Lets start with the amazing customer service from the front door greeter with clean carts and smiles and move into a fresh clean well stock but not crowed store with a beautiful selection of eclectic items sure to delight you and beautiful your space, though checkout lines can be long they move quickly and are enhanced by excellent customer service and the wonderful option of carry out for large or heavy items. I certainly choose Homegoods for an afternoon of relaxation.

I always like going to Home Goods. This day it just seemed like a war zone. There was a small line when they opened Sunday morning yet boxes and inventory carts all over the store. Made cart navigation difficult.. Although the store condition did not make me feel like shopping, Ill be back.They do have a lot of great home items at great prices. And also some sweet furniture finds.

One of the better Home Goods in Chicago. A bit bigger than the one on Clyborn which is a plus.

The Elston Ave. location is a relatively small Home Goods location, but its well organized and the staff is helpful, so its a nice place to shop. And Im just a huge fan of Home Goods in general. A great assortment of products at great prices.

Compact store location with plethora of unique looking items. Other same brand locations may be larger but this is right sized and conveniently located.

Very crowded. People in every aisle, many without mask or social distancing. I like the store and products, but left due to being so crowded. Will go back later next week

This is a great store with sooooo much stuff!!!! The staff is friendly and helpful, but the lines are just too long, no matter when you go!

Filled with interesting value priced home and holiday treasures. Always fun shopping. Never know what youll find that you didnt know you needed.

No help from people. Didnt know if they had anybody working the sales floor. And the store is out of date with its merchandise.

This HomeGoods has the best selection of pillows I believe in Chicagoland, I would say they have the most to choose from. Probably same for rugs too. Even when the store is packed its extremely clean which is great 👍🏾 the only negative here is the parking situation. Its absolutely tragic so only go when you have lots of patience and time.

I mean its Homegoods, the only complaint I have is how broke I am after leaving. The staff is very friendly and everything even though seems unorganized is very organized.

Some of the best customer service I have ever seen. I returned 2 chairs recently and they were so kind and happy to help. I feel like that is rare especially around the holidays when everyone is stressed out. They always have a great selection of furniture. This is my favorite location.

I went today and I was looking for chairs, i found 2 that I really liked, i took the little coupon number they put in the chairs that said keep this coupon so i took it to the cashier and then i realized that the lady infront of me was purchasing the same chairs but she didnt have the Tickets i dont blame the lady but what made me so upset isbthe other cashier in 8 was rude saying well, if someone else wants them too bad Im not a person that will be making an scene but please tell your team to be more respectful and dont lie, because i was there and i know i was the one that was right and also the manager at first didnt know what to say and then she just agreed with the cashier in #8 Im more upset about the lie than the chairs, if you guys make mistakes please own it and be honest about it. Also you can check in your security video i was there 13:55:30 to be exactly. Really rude, you lie to me think Im stupid.

I stopped in here after a networking meeting, where coincidentally, we had been talking about customer service and the little things business owners can do to get and keep new clients. The store had just opened, and every one of the 6-7 employees I passed while I was in there smiled genuinely and said, “Good morning!” They all seemed happy to be there, and in a big retail store like that, it really created a very pleasant atmosphere. I just wanted everyone who works there to know that your greetings make a difference!

Nice place to browse. We always leave with something but never spend more than $50. Mostly home decor with housewares. Many seasonal items and inexpensive light duty furniture. Right now, they have a huge variety of throws and holiday cushions.

HomeGoods is a great place to walk around and get inspired for your home. I love it that there are always new things, and fits on every one style. The prices are so affordable, too. Love it!

A couple years ago I found a badass horn-handled magnifying glass. You can find real cool/unique stuff here sometimes. And at a good value. This thing somehow got discounted. Best $12 Ive spent.
